      What the heck is this 60 dollar charge membership fee? It only advertised a 5 dollar sign up fee to ask a question. Can people not sign up without having to have a membership because i sure did not see a distinction made. Just Ask seems so shady now. Like i empethise with buisnesses trying to make money but not in a be confusing trying to trick people way, seems like the type of thing to that prevents you from getting more customers. Ide rather have a refund than to have my bank dispute or even block my card that so many other things in my life are connected too. TBH i might have even been willing to buy a 60 dollar membership if the website was clearly up front about it, but this seems so low class. Obviously praying on peoples desperation and hoping they wont notice until its too late. Geez.

This means that we were able to cancel the transaction before the funds left your account. When this happens the charge will just disappear from your account because it was never finalized.

      I was charged for a membership that I signed up for that was canceled because of non payment , And now I'm being charged for the membership fee that was canceled that. I would have already canceled if my account did not say it was canceled for non payment

      I apologize for any inconvenience.  I see that one of our customer service agents refunded the $30 payment on 6/26/2023.  Your payment is showing as 'reversed' on our end. This means that we were able to cancel the transaction before the funds left your account. When this happens the charge will just disappear from your account because it was never finalized.

      I signed up for legal response ********************* issue on May 26, 2023 for one time use. charged ***** immediately. Charged another ***** on June 26, 2023. Called toll free number for refund and was told fee was nonrefundable because I signed up for membership. I complained vigorously to the *** but was told they will not refund fee but would cancel account.I want my ***** returned to my account NOW

      The date of the transaction for 06/26/2023. The website initiated with a chat and offered to answer my question for 5 dollars and When I put in my card details they posted my question from the chat automatically and charged me 60 dollars which was not mentioned anywhere. When I called them about the same they said that it was mentioned in the terms of service that posting a question costs 60 dollars. It is clear deception and even if posting a question costs 60 dollars they cannot automatically post my question without asking first

    I contacted Just Answer the day before yesterday (Saturday) on a question about our RV. No where did I see I was going to be automatically signed up for membership and charged a nonrefundable $39 fee. Also the person assigned to my question lost internet after asking me his first question. He informed me of this via email an hour later, by that time my husband had solved our problem. I am asking a full refund of $39 plus $5 for no response to my question.

    I was charged $5.00 up front for an appraisal from the experts at Justanswer.com. When I looked at my charge card I noticed they not only charged $5 but there was a second charge for $65. I tried to chat with them on their website but before I could they wanted my credit card number and it would cost $1 to join and $55 if I wanted to continue. I did not approve the $65 charge.

    I used JUST ANSWER, May 30, 2023, for a question (1) question regarding a pool. They charged me $33.00. Ok, I will accept that one. Today, June 25, 2023, I was checking my on line bank account and saw another charge to Just Answer for an additional $33.00, dated June 23, 2023. I did not use this service but once. I tried to do an on line chat with Just Answer and they wanted to charge me again just to get help with this matter. I want a refund of $33.00 for this months fee and I want to be deleted from whatever they are selling.I messaged my bank personnel to hold the *********** will try to call Just Answer tomorrow.

    I signed up with justanswer.com on June 3, 2023. I was not aware that my questions and communications were posted publicly on the internet. I revealed personal details in my questions and communications. I contacted Justanswer regarding this two weeks ago and again today. Both times I was assured that that my questions would be "locked" so they are not publicly viewable. This is untrue as all of my questions are easily found just by doing a ****** search. I am verifying this fact upon being logged out and using a private browser.

    I just got charged for a 55$ recurring charge as of June 25th. I called within 1 hour of this recurring charge and requested for it to be cancelled also for a refund of the 55$ as it was unused within the one hour time frame of it charging me for a brand new month. I have been told repeatedly they will do nothing about it and have requested for a manager over and over again. I have not been able to get in contact with them nor have they bothered to attempt to get in contact with me. I need this refund of 55$.
