      They claim to have US bar certified attorneys answering customer questions, it is very clear that it is either a bot or someone just using ****** in a foreign country. The person on the other end barely understood my question in plain English, couldn't give any detail and the answers were almost verbatim generic ****** responses. What they advertise is completely fake and a lie

      I'm sorry to hear that you didnt receive an answer that satisfied your question. This is definitely not the experience that we want to create for our customers. But I am glad you contacted us so we have the opportunity to rectify this

      Moreover, upon reviewing your account, your membership payment has been cancelled on 5/19/2024. This is showing as 'reversed' or 'voided' on our end. This means that we were able to cancel the transaction before the funds left your account. When this happens the charge will just disappear from your account because it was never finalized. Moving forward, you will not receive any recurring charges.

      Just answer says it is a $5 totally refundable charge However, when I checked my account this morning. They charged me $30. I have asked for a refund with no response.

      Thought it said $1 to join. Came up when I was trying to track a missing package from Amazon. A man called me and knew nothing of what I was asking. I cancelled right away and the woman said they have nothing to do with Amazon. It was only about an hour or so after I joined but accident. They still charged 47 dollars.

      I was charged a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I have no email confirmation or receipt of signing up for a monthly subscription. I contacted the company and they refused to cancel my subscription. I was told that I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours or whenever is possible for admin to respond and cancel my subscription. I was unable to obtain a refund or cancel when I called the first time. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that I had to wait 30 minutes for a call back. I waited and did not receive a return call. At that point, I called a second time and used their automated system to cancel the membership. I called a third time to request a refund and I was locked out of their system. I will be disputing the charges through my financial institution.

      JustAnswer.com I have no memory of giving them any kind of payment information.However they say that is did and are now charging me ***** dollars a month.I just want to report that what ever happened it was somehow unwitting and I think it is an abuse to suprise men in this way *****

      I used this service once in December 2023. They have billed me every month since. My dog has been dead for three months. How do I stop automatic payments. I have tried without success.

      I went to ask a question, it said 5 $ membership, so I thought I would try it.First they cannot answer, but most important I see they charge me $55 instead of 5.I has already started to cancel the service after only about 2 hours of non answers when I found out it was 55$ a month. I simply want them to reverse the 55$ charge for 2 reasons. 1 It was not make clear it was 55$ it showed 5$, second they are of no help what so ever.

      i used the doctor ********************** app today 05/17/24. i asked a bout a medication and the assistant said the doctor can help with that. then i chatted with the doctor - reviewed some items then he said i need to go to my doctor - they can not write scripts for this.Why not tell me that you could not fulfill my request before i paid the fee. total BS Predatory practices and preying on the sick

      I dropped my telephone in the bathtub. I went online and googled how to take the back off a ***** 5G phone so I could let it dry out. During the course of my online search- I box came up that said ask a question- so I ask the question and got an answer. Then a box came up and said that if I wanted to talk to someone in online chat about how to fix my phone (JUSTANSWER)- I needed to put in my credit card info so that they could charge me $1.00 ( can be refunded ) and then I could continue. During the course of answering my question- which was " I probably did not need to try to fix the phone by myself"- I got a message from my credit card that said they were charging me $55.00 for a membership. Totally underhanded business practice......

      On April 5, 2024 I apparently asked a company called JustAnswer for information online. I was charged $2. Today, upon looking over my most recent 1st *************** account, I see that ********************** charged me $55. I called their number *************) to find out what the charge was for. Their agent told me about my April 5th inquiry. If I understood him correctly, their company plans to charge me $55 a month indefinitely. I cancelled my "account." (I never formally set up an account.) This whole collection attempt is a scam. They refused to refund my money.
