  The site lets you tell them what is the *** you will pay and let suppliers bid on your offer. In reality the suppliers approve your bid, and then take the money from paypal with no real intention of sending you the item. After a bunch of ******* and complaints they give you back the money, but in reality you just gave them a 4-6 weeks loan of over $1000 with no real return and a lot of time wasted!

  It took 2 weeks to even get a delivery date after I bought the appliance. Greentoe did nothing to help until I complained repeatedly by email, then they facilitated a delivery date...only to use a vendor who delivered the item late and damaged. All this to save maybe $40 vs. a big-box store (who would have delivered it in a few days).

  Never had an issue in the past years I've been dealing with them. All vendors shipped the merchandise to me in a few days. All *** warranty

  I ordered ******* washer. They processed my PayPal payment. I waited close a month with no updates. It kept showing processing. I got an email from PayPal for refund notification. StranglyGrentoe site showed shipped. I contacted CS, who informed me that the order was cancelled and to send them screenshot fo the order showing shipped. I did exactly that. Still no response! THIS IS A HASSLE THAT I DIDN'T NEED IN MY LIFE.

  I was worried, but I found Greentoe kept me updated every step of the way and I would use them again in the future. I saved a good chunk of money on a TV and I would do this process again in the future.

  Was concerned given the negative reviews here, but I received a fast delivery with extra packaging, good communication, and an unbelievable price. I didn't have any reason to call for customer service, so can't comment, but my transaction went smoothly.

  I was skeptical, I wish I read more about Green *** but I have to believe with Better Business Bureau and the reviews that give it 1.5 out of Five Points over all the other goobers out there that give it such blowing feedback. I meant to say glowing but blowing might be more appropriate. If you want to save a little bit of money and give up any control, give up any customer service contact that you can count on, if you want to give up any sort of time frame control, if you want to give up every bit of control and deal with the anxiety Then this site might be for you. It wasn't for me. I got a refund, it took me about eight emails, for phone calls and four and a half weeks. I don't consider that acceptable and I don't think you would either

  This company is a joke. I have purchased the same product twice, had the item say the purchase was accepted and in processing, then a few hours later have customer service cancel my purchase and send a generic email about how theyve been working on getting me an offer but all retailers are out of stock so rather than mislead me theyve expired my offer. For starters I didnt have an offer I had a processing purchase that they didnt want to process at that price so they cancelled it. Shady business. Then they relist the item a few hours later again magically back in stock. Obviously youre never going to get an item to go through unless you pay full price, regardless of if the offer is accepted, theyll just cancel your order. When you email them, they never reply back. Youre better off ordering at full price from an actual reputable seller and not having a shady business obtain your card information in the process of playing you.
