    In June, we purchased a Frigidaire gas range from All Make Appliance via a web site called Greentoe.com. The range was delivered by a 3rd party trucking company, *************************** hired by All Make Appliance (contact number ************). The delivery driver damaged my bluestone steps as he forcefully dragged the range up to my front door. He had no regard for my home whatsoever. We emailed *** from All Make Appliance with our frustration over the damage and the overall poor delivery experience. He told us to send him pictures of the damage, which we did. He then asked us to provide a quote to replace the bluestone steps, which we did. Now he has changed his tune, pointing the blame solely on the trucking company and telling us that it's not his responsibility. We bought the range from HIM, not the trucking company. At the very least, he should pay for half of the repair. Instead, he is washing his hands of the situation and telling us, the CUSTOMER, to take it up with the trucking company. We emailed Greentoe to make them aware of this situation and to ask for their help in resolving the issue with one of their "approved" retailers (All Make Appliance). They sent an email on our behalf to *** of All Make Appliance, but did not enforce anything or demand a resolution. They basically threw the ball back in ***'s court and have not said anything since! I'd also like to add that NOBODY EVER answers the phone at Greentoe! I don't understand how a company that has all of these great media accolades as shown on their web site, can not take one single call with a customer -- is there an actual person behind this company or is it run by AI robots??? WE are disgusted. This has been a horrible experience. We would never purchase or recommend anything from All Make Appliance or Greentoe every again.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, Greentoe is not responsible for issues related to delivery or any damages that may occur during that process. These aspects are managed directly by the retailer and their chosen delivery service.


    We understand how distressing this situation is and recognize your disappointment with the response from All Make Appliance. While we facilitated communication by forwarding your concerns to them, we unfortunately do not have the authority to enforce or demand specific resolutions regarding damages caused by third parties during delivery.


    We recommend continuing to engage with All Make Appliance and the delivery company, *************************** to seek a satisfactory resolution. Although our direct involvement in delivery matters is limited, we are committed to ensuring that our marketplace connects customers with reputable and responsive retailers.     Date of transaction: 09/07/2023 Amount paid: $2,030 Business committed to provide a GE model PFQ97HSPVDS.Nature of dispute and resolution: I was unsatisfied with the unit and immediately contact Greentoe to initiate a return. Per their return policy, this is allowed for ANY REASON within 30 days of delivery. After many emails back and forth, they ultimately refused to honor their return policy.Order number: PO-*********

    I had ordered a dishwasher on greentoe.com. the purchase was declined by my credit card on ***** because my credit card company thought it was fraudulent activity. Without the consent of the card holder myself, greentoe took it upon themselves to try my credit card and charge it again days later. Surprisingly, the payment went through this time without my knowledge. The company failed to send me a receipt. I received a dishwasher on my doorstep 3 weeks later. My credit card company can confirm the date of the transaction that was declined. And a second transaction that was surprisingly approved without card holders ( my self) authority. I feel robbed and frustrated. They will not accept the dishwasher back four full refund. I actually offered to pay for half of the shipping to make them happy. They were unwilling to work with me. Completely frustrated, hoping somebody can help. *************************** And closing the ** and order number.

    I used the website for the first time made an offer and it was accepted 4 days later i still had not received any other confirmation or tracking number i tried to call but they tell you to email so i did and no response then they emailed and tole me they had a glitch and my offer was not accepted and it would be more money if i wanted the item i replied back to cancel the transaction and send me confirmation that it was canceled i then tried to remove my credit card info and the site would not let me so i canceled my card and found these other complaints on the bbb which propted me to tell me story and the shady business practices of this company

    I placed my credit card information on the greentoe.com website to purchase a TV. ************ decides to work with Electronic Express merchant and I get charged for a TV that was returned back to wearhouse on Nov 10th. 3 months later I still have not received a refund from merchant and greentoe.com will do nothing to help with protecting me against there decision to use this merchant. I have been out $2500 with no TV and no money. All these companies do is blame PayPal which is not even my bank or credit card nor was I aware that paypal was being used on there website.

    Ordered a ** on 8/19/22; Greentoe's vendor put the ** on sale, with bonus items on 08/22/22, and told me that it was out of stock for me, yet when calling the vendor direct I was told it would ship in 48 hours. They are holding my money at this time, and no one from their company will return phone calls or emails. I now want nothing to do with this company and am looking to get a refund, but again have no response via email or phone.
