1 starLadies, please read this review before signing up for Tawkify matchmaking services! I am a successful 40 yr old woman who signed up because I was promised a higher caliber of dates compared to the dating apps. Tawkify told me they had a database of 1.5 million people, had a strong presence in the midwest and that I would go in front of their review board to ensure I was a good fit as a client. I was approved within 24 hours and signed up for their three match experience for $4,500. After signing up, I met with my personal matchmaker where I shared intimate details about what I was looking for in a partner, including my life goals and income. This is where I learned the dates were blind which was never disclosed in the intro call. In addition, after my first date I learned he had signed for their $99.00 database package. Why would Tawkify not tell me I could be matched with men only paying $99 compared to my $4.5k investment? My dates consisted of men not having real jobs, just divorced living in an apartment with their kids, and being blind sided finding out real time on a date that he was hearing impaired or another time finding out he was a recovering alcoholic. Their matchmaking process is all about quantity not quality. I complained to their customer service team after every date and each time they never took accountability. I asked them to release my phone records but they declined. I even pursued the lawyer route but decided to cut my losses because I didnt want to pay any more money towards this scam of a process. Im hoping this review will help other women like me not pay thousands of dollars for a company that has zero accountability for their short falls.Tawkify

1 starAfter much consideration, I decided to sign my mother up for Tawkify, hoping it would be a gateway to new connections and possibly romance. The idea of a personalized matchmaking service seemed promising, and with the anticipation of curated dates, we were optimistic.Unfortunately, our experience has been underwhelming and disheartening. Despite being in the dating pool for nearly a full year, my mother has not received a single call or email from Tawkifynot even a welcome message to acknowledge her membership. This lack of interaction and updates has been deeply disappointing.Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which echo our sentiments of dissatisfaction. It appears that while some users have had positive encounters with Tawkify, others have experienced similar issues with the service1.In retrospect, I regret not researching more thoroughly before making any payments. 1 starIf I could give this company negative stars I would. They absolutely do not listen to what you want. They try to sell you on an experience that is amazing and their dating pool is unlike any other. Once you get into it, you realize they recruit people from something that is essentially like a "career fair" They want you to drop THOUSANDS and I mean THOUSANDS of dollars for mediocre matches. I even switched matchmakers to see if it would be better, but it turned out even worse. If you try to talk to them and work out a way to get your money back, they DO NOT CARE. Honestly, there are so many negative things I can keep saying but I will just tell you right now.. DO NOT DO IT. Go on a vacation for the money, and do better for yourself.Tawkify

1 starI really regret spending money on Tawkify. I had very simple preferences, for example to me matched w someone with similar political beliefs, and twice was matched with people with very different political beliefs. When I complained, both times I was told "The guy lied to your matchmaker, sorry, we do our best." Was also matched w someone with very different physical characteristics than I had requested and again was told "He lied to us, he used old pictures, sorry." So: Tawkify doesnt do a good job of screening matches. I can use hinge for free if I want to match with guys who lie to me. My expectations were totally unmet and I deeply regret the huge financial investment (approx $1,300 a match for 6 matches).Tawkify

1 starA total waste of money. Every matchmaker I was assigned to over text (as there were many) would flake when our phone meeting was scheduled. I didn't even get a chance to discuss being put into their "famous $$$$ Client database" - which is what I initially wanted. After 2 weeks, when I finally got through to an actual person, the woman was defensive when I mentioned what had happened to me and that the client service was questionable. Thank god I didn't waste thousands due extremely poor client service.Tawkify

1 starThis service was a waste of $. Multiple matchmakers, very few people in their database, all they did was set me up on dates with people on match.com. Not remotely interested in any of the dates, and kept asking me to relax my requirements. Feel like I lost $thousands. Dont do it.Tawkify

1 starTawkify markets itself as offering personalized service, but after they **** you in with their initial phone call and have your money, you never talk to a human being again if you are in their general match pool. That means you are basically throwing your money is you don't get matched because ***** is available to help you or at all interested in getting your matched. My money would have been better spent on six months of a dating app (as terrible as those are) because not only did I not get any service, I got ZERO connections to anyone for my $100.Tawkify

1 starI am highly dissatisfied so far with the matchmaking services provided to me via Tawkify. First of all, since I was charged $12,600 for a full 12-month matchmaking service, I had expected a lot more from the service provided to me. In honest truth, I feel I wasted my hard earned savings on this useless service that gives s***** as h*** matches. My first match was so awful that I ended up complaining so much that they changed my matchmaker to someone else and gave me an additional bonus since they will not refund me any of my money as per their biased evil contract that I had just agreed to like a fool! Secondly, the other two matches I have had so far are really sucky as well since neither of those individuals are secure in their careers (or are even established in where they are at in their career/place of living) since they keep changing jobs. Not only that, but I did not find any of these matches attractive or had anything in common with them. Also, since I am of *********** descent and am not interested in *********** men, I have voiced that many times to my matchmaker, but when I requested a change of the kind of profession to look for matches for myself, my matchmaker suggested I consider *********** men as well as divorced men. I do not need Tawkify's help meeting successful *********** men since I mainly associate with ************ at home! Every date/match is worth more than $1k for me so I do not need Tawkify's help in meeting guys that my mother could easily introduce me to! I genuinely feel the matchmaking services provided my Tawkify are a waste of money and useless as hell! I DO NOT recommend anyone to register for Tawkify's matchmaking service or even to be in their database because I feel this is a complete SCAM, and probably nothing of value will come from the expensive matchmaking services I had signed up and paid for, which is very unfortunate for me. 1 starThey allow a few top 3/4 preferences that they can guarantee. On the call with the sales rep, my preferences were pretty conservative, but the sales rep kept broadening them. Basically, they are more interested in just sending you on dates and are not concerned about whether the dates are quality dates or not. Later on, when I tried to go back to my conservative preferences they said they cannot guarantee me a match. They are also not willing to refund the remaining amount. One of their matchmaker was trying to set me up with a non-monogamous person and this had sent me to a panic attack.Tawkify

1 starI wish I had read these reviews before giving a lot of money to these people who just tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up. I told them what I was looking for and they said sure no problem We should be able to match you! All the matches met none of my criteria for a match. If I was going to match with these people, I could have found them for free online. Then after four matchmakers and not one match, they told me they are not enough people in the pool and basically I should just deal with whats out there or pause my account. I dont normally complain or write reviews about businesses, but I was very upset and dissatisfied with this service and want others to know before they give away their hard earned money.Tawkify
