Hi I am writing to formally report a fraudulent incident involving my Zerion Wallet account. I initially sent money from my ********* account to my **********************. While using the Discover feature in the Trust Wallet app, I entered Zerions link, which allowed me to open a wallet in Zerion.I currently have $16,000 in my Zerion Wallet. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, the transaction did not go through. Upon contacting ******* online chat support, I was informed that I must reach a $20,000 volume wallet balance before I can withdraw my money. This condition was never disclosed when I initially used the platform and is clearly an attempt to scam users.I have gathered substantial evidence, including screenshots of the conversations and transaction attempts, to support my claim. Additionally, I have discovered that a fraudulent website (**************************) is impersonating Zerion, which may be part of this scam.I urgently seek guidance on the next steps I can take to recover my funds. Hello i purchased SOL on Trustwallet using Transak Then i accidentally sent my SOL back by mistake :( My solana trustwallet address Address - *******************************************B Destination - ******************************************** ********* **** * **************************************************************************************** I Have tried ********* times to contact Trustwallet but i have not recieved a response and because of this circle of no customer support i have been forced to bring the issue here and file an appeal. I have included photo evidence to support all of these claims. On January 14, 2025, I sent $116.89 from Trust Wallet to my personal wallet. As you can see by the documents I attached, I sent it to the correct wallet address, but when I hit the send button the wallet address was changed during the transaction, and I never received my money in my wallet. I reported it to Trust Wallet and they are saying that I accidently sent it to the incorrect wallet, and they cannot retrieve the funds. This was not my mistake. I clearly put in the correct wallet address, and they should be held accountable for the loss of my funds. good even my name is ****** ***** I was a trust wallet customer up until the day I called there customer service number and reported my coins turning up being transferred from my account they filled out a ticket and said they would get back with within 24 hours in whitch that day never came after talking with several customer service **** I was drop on call several times there after I filled ticket after ticket until my coins and tokens all had vanished then from there on out everytime I filled out a ticket it was immediately closed and during all these transactions the same two addresses showed up on my bscscan if any further information is needed to to help me recover my lost our stolen crypto from trust wallet please feel free to contact me or please help me resolve this problem I am having with this business along with the thousand other people that are having the same problems as I am having with this company I have all transaction verification referrals to this problem they said they were going to take care of that never happened thank you,******Initial Complaint

I opened an account in Trust Wallet and I have been trying to withdraw funds from the account and every time I try to transfer funds they get frozen. I have tried two times and both times it freezes. They have no telephone contact numbers to call about any issues and do not respond to emails at all. This company is a scam and steals your money. Trust Wallet 11-30-2024 - 12-10-2024 On 12-6-2024 I made some short-term crypto trading. When I tried to make a withdrawal I was informed by the online service that my account was suspected of money laundering and locked. To verify my account I was instructed to make a $4000 deposit to the address they would provide. Today 12-10-2024 after scraping the money together and I told the online service that I was ready to make my $4000 deposit to unlock my holdings and needed the address to send it to. They proceeded to give me the address and I made the transfer. After waiting for several hours without any movement I asked online service if I could get it expedited. I was told that I didnt tell them correctly what the deposit was for and now they want an additional $8000 deposit. CoinMarketCap 11-24-2024 - 12-09-2024 I didnt know anything about crypto trading but wanted to learn in the first place. I invested $990 initially then another $60 later and that is when he said he would need my credit card information. I no longer have access to any of my money on both platforms.Initial Complaint

I setup an account with ********************** with funds. There was a 12 word digital key that was required. I've went into my account one day and the next I couldn't. I never changed my 12 digit key. But, some how it's changed and my funds are gone forever. I believe that I was scammed. I never told ANYONE that I even had a trust wallet. I transferred close to $400 to my ******** wallet. The transaction says complete in my trust account l, yet my money NEVER showed up in my ******** wallet.
