7/14/2025 I downloaded and setup a crypto currency wallet with a Trust wallet application found on ****** play. Trust wallet publicly claims there product to be a safe and secure platform that stores crypto currency. Trust wallet does not collect personal information and as instructed during setup I chose a 6 digit numerical pass code and when I provided my phone number the application sent via text message what they informed me is a unique and random pass phrase that I must use to setup my new crypto wallet and would allow the security system to recognize my device. I received the passphrase that was around 20 random words. I then copied it and pasted it in the window the app security required and then I was required to enter my number pass code and just as Trust Wallet advertised my new crypto wallet was created and opened. I then successfully transferred an amount of bitcoin valued over $5000 and Etherium valued at around $100. I closed the application until the next morning when I opened to discover a transfer had been made that sent my assets somewhere. I started a support ticket through the support function of the application and provided my email address and almost immediately I received a confirmation email stating that I would be contacted within 72 hours by a support team member. I did get emailed from a team member who said he would be handling my support ticket and to reply with particular information regarding the issue. I gathered the information and replied to the email as instructed. My mail server informed me it could not deliver my reply because the Trust wallet server has rejected it. Having issues getting the system to accept a payment. Tried mutiple payments... ******, ***** **********, credit card...... even lowered the amount i tried to send, changed the actual product i wanted and it still wouldnt accept the debit.This company is a financial company that has no proper phone number for calling to get help. Trust wallet claims transfer never showed up. Documents shows it arrived in 3 minutes and was credited to account. I'm being refused service and expected to send another round of funds to pay for what i already paid. I hear words like rubbish used when I try to show Documents. Get called drunk when trying to work on solutions and ask for history. When I call office and leave messages no body returns calls.The transfer took place on 5/18/25 at 7:55 & 7:57 each took less then 5 minutes to be received and credited to account.
