    Hi , I am writing to formally report a fraudulent incident involving my Zerion Wallet account. I initially sent money from my Robinhood account to my Trust Wallet. While using the Discover feature in the Trust Wallet app, I entered Zerions link, which allowed me to open a wallet in Zerion.I currently have $16,000 in my Zerion Wallet. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, the transaction did not go through. Upon contacting Zerions online chat support, I was informed that I must reach a $20,000 volume wallet balance before I can withdraw my money. This condition was never disclosed when I initially used the platform and is clearly an attempt to scam users.I have gathered substantial evidence, including screenshots of the conversations and transaction attempts, to support my claim. Additionally, I have discovered that a fraudulent website (******************************************) is impersonating Zerion, which may be part of this scam.I urgently seek guidance on the next steps I can take to recover my funds. Please let me know:If there is any legal action I can pursue to reclaim my money.If there are any agencies or financial institutions that can intervene on my behalf.What additional steps I should take to report and prevent this scam from affecting others.I appreciate your time and assistance. Please let me know how I should proceed.

    I maid a payment to this crypto block chain already they States that I only have to pay $9,049.00 in fees. I asked them if that was correct and they said yes. They didn't inform me that I would have to pay around $3,145 to pay for my account to no longer suspended after I paid the fees agreeded on. I registered with Zerion to be able to use 3rd party sending me crypto currency but they lied and said I didn't get registered. I asked them to registered me before my girlfriend sent me money.

    The ************** of crypto currency is keeping my funds from me being able to withdraw them. They do not display the 10% fee on their policy. They describe because their a block chain they can do what ever they want. They are keeping my US Dollar token away from me. I dont belive consumers should use these companies services if they are not willing to comply with their policies listed and then make up their own rules when ever they want and impact the consumer to the point thay can't pay for their bills.
