Earlier this year, approximately around March 8th, 2026, I noticed an unusual transaction on my credit card that had been declined. The transaction was for the amount of $20 from Openspace. Because it was declined, I thought nothing of it. However, over the rest of March and into April, more transactions continued to hit my card. Several of these transactions successfully posted which I am currently disputing with my bank. Since closing the previous card and having it replaced, I continue to receive attempted charges repeatedly about 7 per week. I have never even heard of this business until this situation began, have no reason to do business with them, and have not lost custody of my card. I have attempted to contact the business directly to have them remove my information and stop charging me, to no avail.I would like compensation for these false charges, an explanation of these charges, specifically, the name of the person or business associated with these charges so I may identify who is using my credit card information, and for these charges to stop immediately.

    Dear BBB and Complainant,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Based on the information provided, we have been unable to identify any account or transaction associated with the complaint. Additionally, OpenSpace does not store customers' credit card information, thus it is impossible for us to initiate charges since we don't store credit cards.
To investigate this matter, we request that the complainant provide additional information:
The exact transaction date(s) and amount(s) of the charge(s).
The merchant descriptor as it appears on the credit card statement.
    Any description of the charge.
