I am trying to cancel my Slack Pro subscription through Slack technologies. I have attached an email where I contacted their customer service team and the customer service employee of Slack refused to help me cancel the subscription despite me providing him the receipt with all the information necessary to cancel. I am trying to cancel the subscription to avoid future charges and Slack is refusing to cancel the subscription. I have no ability or way to cancel the subscription except through them as the company that provides the subscription. I believe their refusal to cancel the subscription is illegal.

On 10/12/24, I signed up and paid for a private ********************************* on Slack called *********. The group is supported by Slack. The Nerdville *********** was founded and managed by ************************* along with his sister, *******************. I was charged $2,300 to join this group that promised to earn me over 3 million **************** Membership Rewards points through **************** Platinum (Personal and Business) cards and credit card referrals with bonuses. **** ********************* of Encino, ********** guaranteed that the **************** Membership Reward points earning methods that he perfected would also earn me 3+ million points. I paid him and ******************* a $2,300 fee for admission into their group that was sponsored by **************** and did not receive what I paid for. **** ********************* promised that his group was sponsored and sanctioned by **************** and the credit card bonus referral links were directly sent to him by ****************. Its unfair and unscrupulous that **************** would support and sanction the *************** and not back up the membership rewards earnings claims. His credit card bonus application links and referral links via **************** didnt earn me the bonus points that were promised. I am asking that Slack intervene and get my money back from this group, Nerdville Miles that is facilitated and supported by Slack.

Hello. I just learned that Slack is using ChatGPT, a plagiarist tool, as part of its services. The tool being used was made by OpenAI, a company that is violating intellectual property rights on a nationwide (and global) scale. OpenAI (openai.com) provides software named "ChatGTP," which is software that generates text as though a human wrote the text. It was built with data from the Common Crawl dataset, a conglomerate of stolen copyrighted articles, internet posts, web pages, and books scraped from 60 million domains over a period of 12 years. TechCrunch reports this data includes copyrighted material from **** The New *********** Reddit, the full text of online books, and more. So anyone who ever published anything on the Internet anywhere, therefore, has had pieces of their content illegally collected, distributed, and sold to people using GTP-based writing tools. The ************* **************** recently ruled that non-human expression is ineligible for copyright protection. So for those who wish to simply copy and paste the text with this GPT thing, this new ruling means everything they generate with GPT becomes public domain material. The company is basically taking copyrighted material and putting it into the public domain.OpenAI additionally serves a global audience. That means the company is selling ******** intellectual property and citizen PII to foreigners and foreign governments.I would appreciate it if you would intervene the use of this software in your institution, as it infringes on my intellectual property rights as a writer.Thank you for reading.
