      I found an older version disc I bought on Amazon, their version 10. I put it in, it worked but a lot of features were disabled. Simple things like copy/paste and deleting blank pages, none of it is enabled. I contacted Nitro which is nearly illegal to do. They have no phone number (you'll never get anyone), no email, no support chat, no support anything. Only their "community forum" where the blind help the blind and if you're lucky an "advocate" will stop in on the forum and you might get your question answered within just a few short weeks. About 3 weeks later I was told that their v. 10 has been discontinued and they "turned their servers off" for v10. That means you can't use your license to activate those other features, and PS.... go buy our new stuff so we can make more money off you. I was astounded!! I'd never heard of anything like this where you own the physical disc (not a download) and they make it where features are turned off unless you register the software, and they can turn their servers off to s**** you over so you have to buy their new stuff if you want even some of the basic features to be enabled. This is a new low in software, where even having a physical disc won't save you. This is unbelievable!! I won't be buying any more Nitro software. Within just a few years they'll make it so it doesn't work. "Sorry about the brakes on your 3 year old car. We disabled them for you. But we do have our new 2023 models you can buy." No more Nitro for me! Stay away from them.

      Purchase 8 user and receive two free plus we purchased the upgrades. Approximately $1,700. The program couldnt handle scanned documents. They came out all jumbled. We tried to have our copier company and it company fix it but it all pointed to nitro. After two weeks customer service made an appointment with ** to remote into our system and the Nitro rep finally said I dont know how to fix this. We have given them a chance and they cant resolve the problems. We requested a refund but they say their third party administrator wont allow it. They said a new version is coming with no release date. How can we continue to function in our business and wait for their potential remedy. We want a refund as their product doesnt work.
