    Purchased and used product heavily for 1 year, but then switched career paths and no longer needed it. My renewal date came up without me realizing and saw I was charged for another year. When I messaged support explaining my situation, ******* helped me out with a refund on my accidental renewal. I will 100% be using Grammarly in the future and I have already recommended it to a prior coworker of mine.

    They falsely advertise 12 USD a month, but that's for the 144 Lump sum each year, not everyone especially broke COLLEGE STUDENTS have the money for that. They are extremely deceptive.
