This is my formal request to address and resolve the unauthorized accounts that are currently listed on my credit report. Commencing on or about January 14th 2024, I fell victim to a multi-layered scam operation which involved me making deposits for a total amount of ********* USD from my Wells Fargo account to fraudulent investment firm(s). When determining whats reasonable and fair, we should focus on the issue of liability; common queries include, but are not limited to, the following (i) whether Wells Fargo did not take notice of any rule, law, or regulation, and/or possibly missed any material elements of the relevant bylaws or codes of conduct, that may have prevented them from protecting my financial safety; (ii) whether by virtue of Wells Fargos custodianship over my funds or by its control over them, they owed a fiduciary duty to the me and if so, whether that duty was breached; (iii) whether Wells Fargo promoted the transaction(s) in question despite being aware of the nature of the transaction(s) in question (iv) whether Wells Fargo was in compliance with its own policies and procedures; (v) whether Wells Fargo owed duties to myself, what the scope of those duties was, and whether Wells Fargo did not uphold those duties; (vi) whether Wells Fargos conduct was unfair; and (vii) whether Wells Fargo has within its power the ability to, and should, compensate me for the harm that has befallen me.Upon identification of such unusual or suspicious activity, it is crucial that the relevant staff member adequately describe the factors making an activity or transaction suspicious, thoroughly depict the extent and nature of this activity, and properly communicate to the customer that such activity meets the relevant criteria of fraud. Filed a dispute for multiple charges. I was only credited for 1 charge. I called in to get it fixed and got tossed around and then hung up on when I asked for the call to be escalated to someone who can access my account without the claim number. this bank cashed this money order which i need a refund for they are not officers of the bankruptcy court this is a scam i tried a complaint against ************* first that is why it is a little over a tear it was stamped not signed and i am sure they cashed other similar checks when they are not the bankruptcy court i got this address on line to mail the money order to before i realized it was a ****************** is asking something impossible to refund the money and that has been going on for at least 6 months i sent the paper they requested to the correct bankruptcy court and have not yet received a reply they were not expecting the money order so i do not know why ****************** asked me to do that i am 72 and cannot lose that moneyBusiness Response

On the 11th. Went to Wells Fargo to get my cash out my agent was ******. ******** vice President. Was told they moved it to **********. She said she called me twice. To call her back. What was the point of calling her back. She did not say if u dont call moving to everything bro *********** 35 miles a ay. I am 71. Dont drive far. Asked her to move my money back to ***********. Very nasty. She said she said no. U did not call me back. Seems very controlling. To m. This is my money. If she had left a message I am moving your money. Would have called back. Who ever the president is. I need him to know what happened. No one touches my money without my permission. 70 miles round trip. I have been with them. At least 30 yrs. Send a letter. Say what u are planning on doing. Discusting how she talked me. I am surprised she was not laughing as controlling she was. I am not going to just move my money. Without reporting this. Called 2 times. Just call me back. If I I was planning on selling a stock I would have. Did she make money for moving it. ? President of the company. Needs to be informed. What she did did and how I was treated. Funny got my tax paper fir income tax. Said I made a dollar. Really. Need an audit. Complaint taken in dictation by H363137**3238313831H rep ** 03/17/25 On the 4th of this month I made a mistake on bill pay, I sent $400.35 and I stop the transaction immediately. And I called them the next day to explain what happened, they told me they have to investigate it and it will take 10 days, and I said why it should take so long when I know I made the mistake. So I called back after 3 or 4 days and nothing had happened, then I called on the 10th day nothing has happened. Then when I called today they transferred me to multiple people and then they said your not able to stop a payment on a bank issue check electronically and no one said that to me until today and I talk to 5-6 people and they never said that, and now there saying I have to wait another 10 days to receive my $400. I asked them if they can go back and listen to the recording and they said they don**;t have access.Business Response
