      While they falsely appear to want to work with you, first they want you to prove that you don't need to do business with them. Unfortunately, someone used my previous credit card without permission, so I had to cancel that card. I didn't know that being a victim and the resulting only "good" credit score was enough for Wells Fargo to refuse to help me. So if helping others is important to you, send them a clear message by walking away from them.

      I borrowed on a *** loan six days ago. The *** interest and the *** interest should be the same. They are $900 different and no one can figure it out. Math is not a guess. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK !!!!

      Wells Fargo does not value customers, instead they hold your money hostage. Money that was put into my account which was a refund was not available to me and Wells Fargo did absolutely NOTHING to resolve this issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WELLS FARGO FOR YOUR BANKING NEEDS. They are RIDICULOUS.

      Wells Fargo enables scam transactions.Wells Fargo enables scam transactions.I made a purchase from a ******** ad for a product, it was never delivered - the tracking info was fake, and then deleted, and the company website is now offline.Hundreds of people had the same scam happen to them, I tried to dispute the transaction with Wells Fargo and they sided with the scammers despite being provided a mountain of evidence that the entire thing was a ******* NOT expect Wells Fargo to have your back with a fraudulent transaction, they wasted hours and hours of my time trying to get it taken care of - only to enable the theft of my money by siding with the scamming ********** a result, I'm closing my business and personal accounts I've had with ********************** for over 15 years, and this is the story I will tell to anyone willling to listen.Wells Fargo should be ashamed.

      I attempted to send a wire transfer to my daughter for 100k for a real estate closing on 7/21/2025. The receiving bank ( **) rejected it because the ** ****** typed in one of the account #' s incorrectly. The following day he tried to file an amendment the next day. ******* told them they had to resend the transfer because they had rejected the transfer and not accepted the money For the last week we have been told that they are trying to get the money back to my account! The end result is that my 100k is still missing and my daughter's closing is not happening. Any suggestions? Any lawyers that specialize in bank misdeeds?

      Poor **************** Im extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo. They mailed me checks connected to my credit card, boldly advertising 0% interestwhich sounded helpful at the time. What they hid in nearly unreadable fine print was a hefty processing fee. When I used one of the checks (thinking it functioned like a regular check, since Id never used one before), I was shocked to find Id been charged $101 in fees.I only used the check because the company I was dealing with needed one on the spot, and I had no idea this one came with hidden fees. I would never have used it if Id known. When I contacted Wells Fargo, customer service was completely unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do.This feels extremely deceptive. They advertise the checks as a no-fee convenience, but its really a trap with surprise charges. I work hard for my money, and I expect transparencynot misleading offers and zero accountability. Very upsetting experience.

      If I could give 3 stars, I would.I was a loyal Wells Fargo customer for 25+ years with five personal accounts and a business account. After moving to ********, I tried opening a business account onlineit failed. I called for help and was told I had to go in-person. So I drove 2 hours to the nearest listed branch, only to find it was just an investment office. They said the nearest full branch is in ********* hours away.I explained that I have a published book on ****** and *************************, and I need a business account so my customers can pay me. The *** told me to fly back to ******* or drive 28 hours. Im 69, legally blind, and caring for a 1-year-old. That response was not only useless, it was cruel.On top of that, Wells Fargo closed my unused $11,000 credit card, which had a $0 balance, and slashed my credit score by 100 points for no reason. Youve already been fined in the past for opening unauthorized accounts in my name. I still gave you another chanceand again, you delivered nothing but barriers.Wells Fargo Seminole, *******, has officially lost a loyal customer. You dont help peopleyou humiliate them.1 star is too generous.

      Made a credit application through a home improvement provider. No confirmation that they had received my application, just a phone call 4 days later with a guy that immediately asks me for my DOB and last 4 of my social. He then told me that I would receive a callback from the underwriters in 15 minutes. Never happened. I called today and was informed that since I didn't get an immediate approval, that we were declined despite having an almost 800 credit score. I guess the algorithm looks at more than just credit score, but how come they couldn't communicate that with me. The agent kept talking over me, could tell she had a script to follow, but she was also very rude. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible experience all the way around. We can put it on a credit card or pull money out of savings, so paying for the work is no big deal, but now I have a hard inquiry on my credit that dropped my scores ***** points.

      Wells Fargo ****************** BRANCH is the worst in every way..stay away from WELLS FARGO BRANCHES IN ********************** AND *****************..NASTY TELLERS, OBNOXIOUS *****.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN THEY INSULTED MY 99 YEAR OLD MOTHER
