I have an home equity account through Wells Fargo. I called to make my payment of ****** on June 13th and spoke with ********. She stated I had no payment due at the time, which I found odd because I have a 30 year loan. I again asked her to submit my payment. She stated that even if I wanted too she couldnt submit it due to her system. I asked her to document this and she did. I called back july 14th to make my monthly payment and the representative I spoke with at the time Informed me my account was 31 days passed due. I explained that I called and I was told I had nothing due. I am in the middle of refinancing my home and cant due to this. I requested this in writing and she wouldnt do so. I was told to fax a letter requesting a letter. I did so, contacted the board of communications and called the escalation department. The individual handling my case, *********************** informed me she got ahold of ******** and she couldnt quite recall the conversation. I asked to have the recording pulled, which can not be located. I then receive a letter that ******** stated I called for July to make my payment I was going to call back. This is false. What this company is doing is fraudulent. I said I spoke with *********************** and indeed he admitted Wells Fargo being at fault and that if the representative could not take my payment she shouldve transferred me to someone who could. I have spoke with managers and called everyday for 3 weeks and this had yet to be handled properly. I cannot Refinance my home due to this error made by Wells Fargo. Im going to lose over 100000$. This has to be rectified and the company will not help me. Please instruct me on how to resolve this. They will jot admit fault and mysteriously none of my calls have been recorded.my ex husband is on this account. I have phone records of me calling from my cell phone carrier. I attached the letter they felt was sufficient.Business Response

Wells Fargo started doing more shady fees, they are charging me a $25 monthly fee on August 1. I have no idea why, I have no low balance or anything. I just want my $25 refunded, and to make sure they stop charging me "monthly service fees" for something I never agreed to. Make sure I never get charged these recurring fees too for no value added! It is absurd for banks to charge you money randomly when they have never done so for the same account I have had for 8+ years.Business Response

On 8/6/2022 I contacted Wells Fargo regarding fraud charges on my credit card account. I was transferred several times. When I finally reached the fraud department I told the rep none of the charges made from Chewy.com were mine. This rep proceeded to ask me, in a very rude and condescending voice, 50 different ways the same question. Am I sure the charges aren't mine, you don't remember making the charges? did you leave your card out and someone else saw the number?did you loan your card to someone else? did you let someone else use the card? did you use the card? I felt like I was in an interrogation room and being interrogated by good cop bad cop minus the good cop. I ALREADY TOLD HER THEY WEREN'T MY CHARGES. The other part of this complaint is their Fraud Monitoring is a joke. Why wasn't I contacted questioning those charges? I haven't used that card for purchases in months, possibly even over a year except for a balance transfer I made in February. All of a sudden 4 charges to Chewy.com should have been a red flag to contact me.Business Response

On February 17, 2022 I did a transaction online which is $1496.99 to deposit on my cousin bank account which is Bank de l'union Hatienne (BUH) . The money never get to my bank account. The transaction reference # ********. MoneyGram said they received a charged back from the bank I have to contact the bank to receive my money . After I filed a complaint with CFPB that is the response I got. August 4, 2022 CFPB Case Number 220714-9049282 MoneyGram Number ******** Dear ***************************, MoneyGram has completed the review of your case regarding MoneyGram reference number ******** submitted to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus online portal on July 28, 2022. In the CFPBs Complaint Portal, you indicated that your transaction had not been deposited and requested a refund. After investigation, our records show that we received a chargeback request from your financial institution and the funds were returned to them. Therefore, you will need to contact your financial institution for assistance. If you have any questions, you may contact us directly by e-mailing us at ***************************** or calling us at **************. To assist us in addressing your inquiries efficiently and promptly, please reference case number ******** in any future correspondence. I went to wellsfargo in ********* **. And try to cash a 2 checks. I was told by the teller and the branch manger that they cant cash my check with no reason on why. I felt humiliated in front of other customers. They were whispering. So I decided to try a different wellsfargo in a different area and was able to cash both checks with no problem. The teller at Jonesboro wellsfargo didnt even attempt to try and verified the check they was very nasty and had a nasty attitude. Wellsfargo in Fayetteville was able to verify the check with the manager and was able to cash it. This has caused me stress, panic attacks and nervous breakdown like I did something wrong. I have 2 witness . I received this check from a program with Jonesboro housing who banks with Wells Fargo and have tried to call them on multiple times to verify the check. The company that wrote the check have an account with them and does daily transactions with them. The director even tried to contact them no answer. I will be getting an attorney involved regarding this matterBusiness Response

There is a continuous and increasing inconsistency with the balance of my account and the time difference between my fiancs money my daughter money and my son My fianc and I work for the same company and get paid from the exact same job performance because we drive OTR team so all of the info is Processed at the exact same time Furthermore my % to my other bank is posted at or at the same time as my fiancs account so Im not getting why the account at WELLS FARGO is delinquent and tardy posting my moneyBusiness Response
