      On 6/6/23 and 7/10/24 $410.09 was paid to bill pay that I didnt authorize. The following months August, September and October 2023, I received bills due on 9th of month for $410.09. What $410.09 represents I dont know, I didnt pay them, no late penalty. I have no loans ********** owed for credit card payments. My regular settlement date is the *****rd of the month. So I had 2 settlement dates. The 9th of the month has to be a scam. I finally locked my credit card and the $410.09 monthly emails stopped.I disputed the June and July 2023 payments twice. Both times they said I authorized them, not even looking at my evidence.I think there is a back door to my account, they shut my alerts off and authorized the payment.Wells Fargo ***** **** has no over sight, they have the same song and dance every time. The manager and personal banker are worthless, they knew it was a scam and provided cover for the scammers. They took advantage of my age(77) and my health issues. They were ***** confident that I would go away. I closed my account. I cant trust bankers that lie and steal from their customers. At the bottom of each statement there is a reference number on each $410.09 payment no one will tell me what it means, big secret?There maybe more theft and scam. I would like a independent audit of my credit card for the last year.. They will not do it voluntary.This happened at Wells Fargo, ***** ****..

      No real answer with proof, just the same song and dance routine. They also have a problem with the truth.

      Im having trouble getting any evidence from Wells Fargo.
      I want what the reference # to $410.09 says on my statement. This must say something about that transaction. They say I can look at them. That is about all. They have produced nothing. I also I want proof that I authorized June and July bill pay payments and I authorized this bogus account. I recall none of it. It was setup by WF to scam me nothing else. Makes no sense to me. I also think there was a back door in my account back then, they can make changes and set up this bogus account. They say I lost or let someone use my credit card. That is a lie, they issued me another credit card, I never used it, but this scam was on that credit card to. I never purchased anything or had payments for $410.09. I have never borrowed any money from Wells Fargo or authorized payments for $410.09. Where this number came from I dont know. I never authorized or wanted 09 monthly credit card pay date. My regular settlement date is 23rd each month. Having 2 settlement dates makes no since to me. They took advantage of my age(78) and poor health to scam me. They never helped me from day one. All they did was lie and answer to no one.
      They have all the evidence. All I have is a statement and emails. No email requesting June 9and July 9 23 payments, I guess Im a mind reader. But they sent payment due August-September- October which I never paid, I was never charged for a late payment or not making these bogus payments.
      All of this makes no sense to me.

      I have a Credit Card with these shady people through window world. I pay them $1,111.01 per month, non interest baring through 9/26/24. In October for the second time they have tried to charge me a late fee, They emailed and text me that my payment was late, In reviewing my checking account I paid them $1,111.01 on October 12, 2023 and again for my November bill on October 22, 2023. I paid them early instead of being grateful, the idiot (****) who answered the phone said their billing cycle doesnt start until later in the month so it took my payment as and extra payment in october and charged me a late charge for November as not paid and I owed $2,222.02. The person on the phone laughed at me when I became upset. They then instructed me this could not be paid off by another credit card. I always pay me bills and never have a problem except with these IDIOTS. I see the get an F rating understandable. Please take some action.

      I have been banking with Wells Fargo for six years. Recently, I joined Crunch Fitness as a member and personal training client for $24mo and 208 wk respectively. I cancelled my training on sept 21 over the phone. My trainer never met with me when he was supposed to and I was paying for sessions without using the sessions I already had paid for due to his schedule. A week later they accessed my account and withdrew money. I contact wells and they refunded it and placed a stop payment on the vendor. Well, every two weeks they would access my account by changing one letter or several in their name. Wells continued to work with me and and blocking the charges but Crunch would not stop. They changed my debit card number and that still did not stop it. So I was told to close my account and open a new one. Problem was, I had gone clothes chopping the month before, received the clothes and none of them fit because they all came from *****! Returned to the merchant and were waiting for the credits back to my account. Well, ********************** decided to close my account. They informed me on 11/30 my account would close. But since my paycheck was direct deposit, they would still receive deposits until the end of the month. That DID NOT happen! Instead, they returned my check and sent it back to my employer on 11/22. They then withheld the $650 in credits I was waiting for from Crunch Fitness and the clothes! Sent back auto debits on my account that should have been paid if my check had been accepted. I love had to borrow money to open a new account, have my car ********************** cancel and now cannot pay my rent! I am still waiting to receive my paycheck from two weeks ago! At this point, I just want my money back from the clothes and crunch fitness!

      Hello, I invested in this arbitrage *********************** website after speaking to a man named *******. He seemed straight forward and would call and chat every other day at one point. After running the system for a short time with $500 worth of bitcoin at the time. I started back in May 2023. After seeing it create good profits I invested more over the course of a few months. I invested a total of just over $28,000.00 USD in bitcoin. I also know someone else that has over .4 bitcoin also invested in the system that I was able to speak to during the process. Funds were send trough Wells Fargo and I reached out to them but haven't gotten any response from them since October 13th, 2023. Please help me resolve my matter with Wells Fargo.

      I have been a Wells Fargo credit card customer for 6-7 years, with a consistent history of timely payments via autopay. Recently, I discovered that my autopay was canceled without my authorization. Upon contacting Wells Fargo, I was told that I had canceled the autopay, which is inaccurate; I have never interrupted this service.Furthermore, when attempting to reinstate autopay, I was restricted from using my **** of America account and was directed to use a Wells Fargo checking account instead. This restriction seems to be a deliberate tactic to coerce customers into using Wells Fargo as their primary banking institution.This issue has led to unjust late fees, as the cancellation of autopay was a result of a system error on Wells Fargo's part, not any action of my own. I am now in the process of closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere due to this unsatisfactory service and the financial inconvenience it has caused.I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate remedial action, including the reversal of any wrongful fees and an assurance that such incidents will not recur.

      I transferred $300.00 from my savings account into my checking account. The following day the money that had been transferred from savings didn't show in my checking account. It does still show it is not in my savings. So it just disappeared!? I had to transfer money again from savings to checking in order to pay a bill. I want my $300.00 back from the first transaction since it just disappeared before I could even pay my bill! This happened 12/2/23

      Wells fargo added CPI insurance to my auto loan and then violated ********* law when they never sent a **** letter and no presale ;***** after they repossessed the truck . They were not fair in a settlement and JAMS was unfair. I was sent the abirritation paper work in the fall again 2023 sent them in and Wells Fargo Bank is now saying they wont set up new arbirriritration there again not holding to there promises and it has gone on long enough.
