              Western towing towed a vehicle out of my parking lot for no permit out of a visitor spot. Due to the tow over 500$ in damage was caused to the vehicle they towed. Radiator, ac condensor, coolant reservoir, fan and fan shroud were all damaged. An email was sent to the risk management for the company, I was told it would be reviewed. Its been over a week and they refuse to answer any emails about the issue. Website will not allow me to upload pictures, I can send pictures via email.

              I wish I could give negative stars to this company. This predatory company harasses customers by trolling apartment, complexes, wrongfully, towing and using peoples cars. Please use your power to put them out of business. They are a menace.
