      Below is an email that i have sent numerous times to Western Towing. I sent it directly to the supervisor and have gotten zero reply. They do not return my calls. I can provide my debit card statement showing the date and time I shopped there. Hello Western Towing, Last night was a horrible experience that should have never happened. I went shopping at the Ralphs Grocery store in ************* with my wife and 2 girls. We parked in the Raphs parking structure and shopped for about 40 minutes. We were buying groceries for my daughters that are spending the weekend here in ********* at a nearby hotel. We check out of ****** and walked them to their hotel room a block down the street. Then my wife and I returned to the parking garage after only being parked for just over an hour and our car was gone. The is a big red sign that said parking was for 2 hours. We did not over stay our time. To make matters worse, we had to now take an **** for 25 dollars to go pick up our car. We paid the $475.00 to get the car. When we went back to get it there was a security guard there watching us get in the car. When we tried to start it, ( a brand new 2025 ****** Rav 4) the horn started beeping out of control, lights were flashing, and alarms going off. This made us very upset that perhaps something was broken during the tow. Then your security guard came over and we figured out how to get all of the sounds to stop. I was angry and told him he can leave now. He thought I said something rude to my wife and literally got right up in my face and started threatening me. I am sure if you have video, you will see this exactly. Then he threatened to call the Police on me for drinking and I dont even drink. This was very unprofessional. I have receipts of shopping at the store with time stamps that will prove everything. I will be refusing to pay this towing charge. Either Western Towing refunds the cost on my card, or I will dispute it with my credit card company and not pay it

      I live i ********************** and have recently purchased a new car. I have been i contact with my apartment about receiving a new sticker pass. This morning I received a letter on my car from Western towing explaining because I do not have a parking pass that I will be towed next time I park in my spot. I attempted to contact western towing to ask them if there was anything I could do about this issue. The woman stated that there is not a "do not tow" list, she did not know the routes or drivers, There were no supervisors I could talk to, and that if I parked in my spot, I would be towed at my expense. when I asked if she had any solution or any way to help me she said "i dont know" and proceeded to say since she cannot help me she would be hanging up and proceeded to do so. I feel that this woman's demeanor and her projected lack of knowledge on such matters was deliberate and that she had the ability to do one or more things about this situation. I am now forced to park on the street where multiple cars have been broken into out of fear that my car will be towed at my expense, in my apartment that I live in, for the parking space I pay for. date: 06/23/2025 Driver #: 776

      On 6/15/2025 our car was towed from our daughters apartment complex from the guest parking space our son in law was waiting next to the car while our daughter was getting the necessary paperwork for the permit he told the tow truck driver they were on the way with the permit and he said they better get here quick our son in law had to leave the parking garage because of no cell reception and by the time he got back they were towing the car my daughter ran down the street after the tow truck and he would not stop we tried to contact several people and were given the run around all day long on the 16th when we were finally able to get in touch with the manager it was 3:30 pm and had to leave a voicemail this is no doubt a scam so it was either get the car out or pay an additional $75 for another day impound this is a scam unprofessional and a racket if we didnt live in ******* I would file a civil lawsuit it is flat out thievery the night attendant named **** said the tow truck driver should not have towed the car as per company policy personally I think they are a bunch of liars and thieves if you could help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it I doubt I will ever see any money my wife and I are retired and have a limited income and could really use the help in recovering our money.       My car was driven by someone else at that time without my approval I even tried to do a police report but I couldnt because the officer said that my gf lend him the car keys but he wasnt trying to give the car back and he got my car towed and I didnt find out out 8 days later I got a letter from western towing and I fell like its not fair for charging me for the days I wasnt aware of my car being there

      On 5/18/25 my vehicle was towed by Western Towing. The person who requested the *** was a MAINTENANCE WORKER who has no authority to request a tow. Veh. Code ***** establishes the requirements for removing a vehicle from private property. By law if any violations occurred they would need to issued a notice of parking violation and ninety-six (96) hours have elapsed since the issuance of the notice. The person authorizing the tow has to be on record as having authority, i.e., the property manager, on-site manager, security company, etc. It can not be a gardener, maintenance personnel or resident of the property unless the resident owns the parking space in which the vehicle is being towed from. I was not provided any documentation from Western Towing in regards to this matter. The ** police advised me this is a common complaint with this company and have advised me to move forward with a civil lawsuit for this violation of Veh. Code *****. It was explained to me the reason for towing was for invalid parking permit however my parking permit is valid and Im not in any violation of any parking regulations on this private property apartment complex. This was an illegal tow and the police were informed of this occurrence and have asked me to follow up with them in regard to how this gets resolved.

      On May 11, 2025, Western Towing unlawfully towed my 2015 ************* GLK 350 (permanent disabled license plate ******* from my residential *** space at *********** by the Sea. I am a permanently disabled tenant with a valid disabled placard and parking permit (#****), both clearly displayed and later verified by their employee, ****. Despite this, I was charged $475 for No Handicap / No Permitan objectively false justification.The tow violated California Vehicle Code ***** in multiple ways:No written authorization from an on-site agent (required by *****(l)(1)(A)), if they really worked with an on-site agent, the agent would have verified my proper parking permit AND the handicap license plate Redacted, unverifiable authorization form (violates *****(l)(1)(B))Vehicle was towed 17 miles away (exceeding the legal 10-mile limit under *****(n)(1)(A))No bilingual notice of right to dispute provided (violates *****(c)(1)(C)(iii))I was forced to pay under duress to retrieve my car. The incident caused the following damages: $475.00 towing/storage fee $70.00 transportation and mileage $1,250.00 time/legal preparation $3,700.00 bumper damage, drained battery, AWD strain $5,000.00 missed medical care, rehab access delay $15,000.00 emotional distress and humiliation $22,000.00 *** * ***** Civil Rights violations $21,000.00 statutory/punitive damages under CVC ***** Total damages: $68,495.00 This appears to be a predatory pattern targeting disabled individuals. I seek full reimbursement and accountability for these discriminatory and unlawful actions.

      On Monday 4/28 my car was towed and damaged from my assigned parking space illegally. The car was not returned immediately and after 6 hours and rounds with a rude employee the car was released.

      Im a care provider and a behavioral / Autism specialist for adults and children So Im mandated to provide care as needed 24 hrs 7 days a week. I was called out to the residents of *************************** to assist her on a medical emergency in the ******************* apt ********************************** I arrived at the apt at like 4am Saturday morning upon arrival the client was home alone and on the floor due to her going to the bathroom she falls i proceeded to getting her up off the bathroom floor and place her back in bed after examining for any broken ******** the mist of all that western towing towed my vehicle from out of guest parking for no parking premit was registered to the car so they took it I contacted the leasing office of the apartment they tell me I shouldve parked somewhere else and no i cant assist you In getting my car out of the pound she was very disrespectful and **** **** told me I shouldve left the client on the floor to go find a parking permit after 3am office is closed.I explained to the towing company that Im a medical provider and I was there on a medical emergency call to help a patient and do not live in the apartment Im just there for medical emergency it was no reason to tow it plus its after hours office closed so it cost me 500$ to get my car out. Im a single mother with Chronic medical issues and my son is autistic mentally and physically I have programs, school I just purchased the car for us part off us getting back on my feet after a long struggle after Covid. I need help with dealing with this towing company. This people just go around and take people cars in all the local apartments they towed a vehicle of mine and stole all my stuff out of it like camera game system laptops etc. I have experienced this before with the same company now I know they are thieves hiding behind the city stealing peoples stuff and getting away with it and then making people pay to get your own property back . HELP PLEASE NEED MY CAR

      It is a company that only steals from people, they agree to take the cars no matter what and wherever the person who serves in *********** is a disgusting person just like the person who gives you the car, there were more than 8 people waiting for the car to be returned and yelling at them and harassing them, they are racists but they are gringos, nacos and pigs ??

      I was illegally towed from: Western Towing Motor Carrier permit # ***** *************************************** ph: ************ fax ************ Towed from my mothers apt complex on a public street.- Towed on a public street on 01/26/2025 at 9:07pm - Paid over 500dlls to recover my car - ************** is profiting from these illegal tows - Public Street parking has "retail only signs" but there are not shops or retail stores in the area.- ******** from ************** apartments was very rude and offered no assistance stating that the 6 parking spots belonged to the "stores".- Signs are confusing, saw 6 cars towed in 1 night. - Western towing is ready to tow making incredible profits off Pulse Millenia residents and residents of the area. - Tow fee was ****** - Daily storage fee was 70/day = ****** - Release fee 100 - Total amounts paid = ******
