              Scheduled a Covid test with the above listed company through their web portal. I provided personal information to include sensitive information such at drivers license , dob and ********************** history information for myself and my wife *****************************. We arrived at the address for the appointment made and the business was non existent. This is a clear violation of HIPPA laws.We went to another Covid clinic down the street and the medical person stated there was another female who stated or had the same experience of this Hummingbird Clinic falsely portraying a legitimate business.
