    This is a scam. They take your money and your name. You cannot talk to anyone from the company. Only email. I have sent them emails to stop using my name, number and email to "potential leads", that's a joke in itself. Took 2 weeks to get my first fake lead, I still don't know where they get these so-called leads. Not even real people. But in the small chance it is a real person those people call me to tell me they never searched or looked for a home in years. This is fake. So glad I didn't input my actual clients in the database for them to yet harass them. I am so ****** at this company I am going to call my attorney. STAY FAR away from this company and Cheapassleads.com or localrealestateleads.com.....same company FYI.

    So first off.... you should take note of the fact that all 5-star reviews they have are from years ago. And every review within the last year is 1-star.The second thing is that this review is for a related company called CheapAssLeads - the "pay per close" lead gen ********** it's possible that at some point they were a legitimate company that provided valuable services for their clients, but that's not the case anymore.What they claim is that they will give you a guaranteed number of "leads" in a month, which they claim are people that opt in through advertisements and have an interest in buying or selling a home. They also claim that the leads are distributed between a number of agents in the area on a "round *****" type of system.What they actually do is just dump random names and numbers into a CRM. But 90% of them aren't real people because the emails bounce and the numbers aren't in service. ***And you can tell which ones these are because of a weird formatting thing w/ the contact last name... there's a space in FRONT of the name in the last name field.And then for the 10% of people that were real, they never opted in through any advertisements. A few of them were nice enough to talk to me so that I could figure out what was going on.The ones that I spoke to were 1) out of state, and 2) not in the housing market.*****AND THEIR INFORMATION HAD BEEN GIVEN TO OTHER REAL ESTATE AGENTS!!!So any legitimate leads they were generating were essentially being sold to other agents!!

    Cheap A** Leads Does not give Realtor what they are looking for and are untruthful about the fees.They give till you one thing and thing come and ask you for another fee I would not have signed up with a lead company that I had to pay 500 a month for. I was told if I paid around 400 in the start-up cost I then could pay $97 a month I could and I would have to pay a fee for selling a house. and I was told this was for Seller leads the 2 people I did get through to were buyers and were so unable to buy a house not in 5 years if they were lucky. Then they try to hit my bank account for a crazy $400 dollar fee and said you have to pay we have you on tap told them to cancel and they said no that is unexpectable I ask to speak to someone higher manager he said he was the manager and I could not cancel. I am a struggling Realtor and I don't like throwing my money away
