*********************************** Leads failed to provide promised services, refused a refund, and is attempting to charge me again despite delivering no results.Complaint Details:On July 3, 2025, I entered into a 90-day agreement with ***************** Leads for their lead generation service. I paid $97.00 for the monthly service and an additional $414.00 for a Boost that was supposed to deliver ******************************************* my target area.Six weeks into the agreement, I have not received a single qualified lead. The company is now attempting to charge me another $414.00 for the next 30 days despite not delivering any leads as promised.I contacted the company to request a refund, but they stated they have a no refunds policy. I then asked them to apply the $414.00 I had already paid toward the standard $97/month plan instead. They refused this request as well.I believe this constitutes false advertising and a failure to deliver the agreed-upon service. Their refusal to offer any fair resolution suggests this is a scam targeting real estate professionals.Desired Resolution:Refund of $511.00 already paid.BBB review of ***************** Leads advertising, billing, and sales practices to prevent further consumer harm.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a program to receive leads to generate clients for my real estate. I reached out several time to inform them that I hadn't received any legitimate leads for the entire time I was paying for this service. They have since locked me out of the system so I cannot show all the message I received stating people that were contacted stating they weren't interested. I have requested a copy of my what I actually signed up for and an itemized list of people interested in purchasing property. I was sent a bogus listed as filesave-All_Jun 18 25 10_42 am.csv nothing attached show these leads were attached to my account. I then requested for this information showing additional information that specifically relates to my account and have not gotten a responseInitial Complaint

I signed up with ***************** Leads, also known as High Level, for their real estate lead generation service. They explicitly guaranteed that I would receive 10+ qualified real estate leads each month, personally verified and either transferred directly to me or scheduled as appointments. This was a key selling point and the primary reason I agreed to pay $511 per month (broken down as $414 for the service and $97 for the software platform).I was charged $511 per month for three consecutive months, totaling $1,533. Despite these payments, I never received a single leadnot oneand none of the services promised were fulfilled. The company assured me that they would evaluate my market, generate leads, personally verify them, and then facilitate direct handoffs or appointment setups. This never occurred, not even once. When I reached out to cancel the service due to their failure to perform, I was repeatedly denied. I called several times and was told my area would start producing, but it never did. After continued poor performance, I sent five written requests via email requesting that my service be terminated and my payments refunded due to promissory fraudthey promised a service in writing, took my money, and did not ********** date, the company has not responded appropriately or issued any form of refund. Not a single appointment or connection was provided to me in the entire 3 months. I am requesting a full refund of $1,533 for services never rendered, based on the company's failure to deliver what was promised and its refusal to cancel when asked.Initial Complaint

In December 2024 I entered a 3 month agreement with ***************** Leads for a program that "sells" agents real estate leads. The base program was "8-10 leads per month for $97". Of course I ignorantly let them talk me into the upgraded 3 month contract which was "$397/mo for ***** leads". I paid with my debit card. After about 30 days and maybe 5 "leads", I could tell it wasn't going at all how I thought it would. First of all, almost every "lead" had no idea how I got their number or why I was calling them because they weren't looking at buying or selling a house. Anyway, I contacted the company and they redid my contract to split the payments up differently since I wasn't seeing results I was paying for. In March, the third month, I canceled the upgraded program but kept the $97 CRM, so I was charged $97. My debit card has since been changed, they went ahead and took it right from my bank account without authorization, and all the sudden they took over $200 again in April. I have tried contacting the company but it's basically an online pyramid scheme.Initial Complaint

In February, I came across an advertisement for a lead generation service that offered 810 leads per month for $97. The price point was appealing and seemed like a manageable investment, so I reached out to the company. I was told that I would only be charged $97 to get started. However, once I paid, I was immediately pressured to upgrade to a higher-priced plan, even though I had clearly stated that I wanted to stick with the basic $97 ********* took approximately 1012 days just to get started, which was already disappointing. What I ended up paying for was access to a *** platform and a promise of 810 leads per month. Unfortunately, every lead I received was either fake or unreachableno responses to calls, texts, or emails. When I reached out to cancel and requested a refund, the company pushed back, claiming I hadnt given the program enough time and encouraged me to stay. I reiterated that I wanted to cancel and expected a refund. To my surprise, I was told I would be charged for another month due to a 30-day cancellation policydespite having received no legitimate leads or value from the ********** my opinion, the leads were not genuine, the *** system was subpar, and the overall experience felt misleading. Im sharing this in hopes of helping others make informed decisions before signing up.Initial Complaint

This company is selling real estate leads and an AI generated response service. The people they are texting are supposed to have interest in buying or selling real estate. However, they seem to just be messaging random numbers of people that have no interest in actually entering a real estate transaction. Not even one of the leads they sent me is interested in buying and/or selling a property. They refuse to refund me my money and this is a terrible scam they are running on people. I have seen others complain about them online as well. They are stealing money promising to deliver leads and the leads they give are just random people who haven't shown any interest in making a real estate transaction. Ther actions are unethical and they should be shut down for unethical business practices. Further, they started charging me for services in October but didn't even setup my communications until 12/3 (confirmation attached). Also, when I asked them to refund me they try to say that I don't follow up enough. The service is meant to send people that are ready to be followed up with and they only sent two people. In addition, the people that they sent were not ready for transactions.Initial Complaint

On 8/28/2024 I spoke with the owner of the company after coming across an ad on ********. The ad was related to a pay per closing referral leads program. In speaking with the owner regarding the opportunities with company, I asked how they generate their leads in which I was told they create landing pages and promote ads on ******. I asked to see a sample of the landing page and was told that I could view a copy of the landing page once I enrolled in a subscription service with the company. He went on and said that many realtors have had success with the ads and landing pages they've created and for 97/month I was guaranteed 8 quality leads. I paid $97 to set up services on a month to month contract and was scheduled for an onboarding call with another employee the following Tuesday 9/3/2024. The employee recorded the entire zoom call and showed me how to access the **** She also went step by step on how to view each lead once they come in. I specifically asked this employee where can I view where the lead source came from. She stated that I would be able to view the landing page the lead came from but mentioned because of the "test lead" being used it wouldn't show the actual page source and that I would be able to view that information once my account was set up and real leads were being funneled in. At this time, she also encouraged me to increase my membership to a 3 month contract which guaranteed 40 quality leads a month at $297/month. I was charged an additional $315 to finalize new agreement. I was told I should start receiving new leads within 7 days. I didn't receive my first lead until 12 days later. When I contacted 2nd lead they stated they never signed up or enrolled on any site. When I attempted to view the source landing page it showed nothing but the name of the lead and details regarding their home search. I contacted company support and they stated they are unable to show me exactly where leads are coming from. I requested to end contractInitial Complaint

Was told we would have a *** that would be calling all leads. The leads are not being called on a regular basis. We have not been introduced to an ISA either. The leads are also the worst quality leads I have ever received. They put leads into a hot or lava status and those leads dont answer the phone. I wanted to cancel because they lied about what they are doing and they refuse to cancel. They lie and deceive Realtors. They should be shut down. I should have known better when we were not supplied with a phone number to reach them. You can only email support. These people are liars.Initial Complaint
