    Real estate lead service promised a certain number of valid leads for a predetermined amount each month. We decided to try it and were encouraged by the lead service to bump up our investment to the next level in order to secure a workable number of leads. That was almost one month ago, and three weeks past the time of promised delivery. No valid leads have been delivered and we are attempting cancellation. We were assured this could happen, but now we are being told we locked in to a three month contract. At best, this is misrepresentation. At worst, fraud. We want our investment recovered and this company investigated so that it doesnt happen to others. We are happy to provide any and all documentation or information we have to support our claim.

    The company promises to deliver 8 to 10 leads per month while they generate the leads, but they failed to share that while you pay for the *** and the dialer number they wont be providing leads for a while and upon further questioning, they bait and switch you and upsell you to a different package. They intentionally make it sound as if youre not patient but yet the sales pitch is to get you to that point in their process unknowingly. So I reached out after declining to go up in the higher priced tiers To discuss with management and was stonewalled for a week. Once I got a response, they blamed everything on us. I never got a lead after 30 days with poor communication or lack of communication and then a belittling conversation while trying to cancel. Bait and switch and little to poor communication. Better options for sure.

    Company wants to charge me for another month of service. The agreement i had with them was based upon the payment method i could use. I was lied to about an alleged glitch in their system which required a temporary alternative payment method. I have since learned that they do not accept the original payment method of a *********** credit card at all. Upon learning this, i requested to cancel my contract with them having been lied to oringally. They have agreed to cancel the account but want to charge an additional month to the alternative payment method provided when i was lied to about the glitch. There was an agreement of a 30 day notice for canceling, but i believe based upon the deception that practiced to get me to agree to that, the 30 day notice should be nullified. I don't even care if they keep the original payment for the $114 but I do not want to be charged anything more.

    I identified the company as a scam and advised that they were illegally and unethically using my name to harass people with AI and **** calls that I never authorized. I told the agent ******** this was a scam and I wanted my account and info removed immediately. All leads show stop or wrong number. They insisted I stay against my will and still want to bill me $17 and $97 for more time I do not want and refuse to pay.. I want to be removed from this scam immediately

    I paid this company for solid lead generation. Within 15 days I started realizing the leads were not actually solid. These were randomly pulled from who knows where. I know some of these people because we live in a small town. They never input information to sell there homes. This company was sending me other Realtors as well. As if that wasnt bad enough I started calling more numbers and realized a large majority are disconnected number or people in other ******. I dont service such as ********, ************, ********, exc. I addressed this and ******** called me to let me know even though he knows the leads arent actually viable and he cant explain why Im still responsible to pay for a service they cant provide. Unfortunately they have my bank account number and routing info. I never thought Id be stuck paying for lists of numbers that arent actually interested in the service I provide. I still am required to pay for February even though they said they understand they arent providing the service promised. I payed $914 for December and $914 for ******** The return will be zero and in *********** that can break an agent. This company also refers to themselves as Cheap A** Leads. Now Im learning theyve had class action lawsuits and many people like myself end up getting scammed.

    This company advertises to Realtors that they provide real estate leads for buyers and sellers. I paid $900+ for ****** leads that they would ***** from their active websites where buyers and sellers are actively searching.I have contacted their advertised phone number numerous times and left multiple messages on their website and heave received no response.I did some digging on the internet and it appears this company has done this over and over again.Please help
