  They're scam. Don't ever work with them. I wasted $1000 per month for them and no hot lead, phone service they provide did not work and they blamed for 3rd party.

  This company is a scam. They profit from monthly fees and fed you no leads. One LAVA lead after $3k and 3 months was a handyman looking to partner with realtors to grow his business. And then trying to cancel is a nightmare. Just had to close the bank account because they continue to charge after cancellation.

  Very disappointing, I feel Ive been scammed. Paying about $350 a month for the last 3 months and not 1 viable lead. Every person has replied "STOP". What did I pay for? I've had Zillow and Realtor which were both considerably better (anything would be better)

  Complete scam!!!! Asked repeatedly to cancel (you pay monthly for their CRM which is basically useless) they refuse to terminate your agreement (even though they say they will) and when you call the support line to speak with someone - the agent on the phone runs you in circles pretending not to understand what you are saying! Do NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I am now battling them with my credit card company bc all they want is your monthly fee!!! I am also reporting them to the BBB. By the way- it should go without saying- I did not receive one valid lead..theyve been charging my credit card since May 2024. Ive been trying to cancel since August and here I am in December 2024 still disputing this..HORRIFIC.

  The program works pretty well. It's definitely a numbers game. I got about 100 leads from them and got 3 solid leads that turned into contracts and 2 good ones in the pipeline (they seem serious). The investment is paying off. I'll keep doing it as long as it continues to show results.

  Well I am canceling because out of all the leads I received in 2 mos, not 1 single lead has acted interested in buying or selling. The ones that have responded said they were no way interested in real estate. One lady said she bought a house a little over a year ago. where are they really getting these names and numbers from? Are they just buying a random list of contacts? Wasted ******* on nothing..

  In this business lead generation is always a challenge and it takes time, money and consistent persistence. As I was growing my business I new my database was not deep enough to get to the next level so research began and it took time to comb through the good, the bad, and the ugly. I've tried a few systems that did not seem to do what they claimed and so the search continued. I am so grateful I did not give up searching as I found local real estate leads. The initial communication was top notch. The presentation was clear and they answered all my questions- and if you know me, I ask alot of questions! They were prompt and informative. They don't hold your hand as there is an assumption you have done this for a minute and know you have to work at it- the leads come- they generate leads upon leads...and get as many warmed up as possible but the real gold is in your own work, follow up, and persistence. With a strong schedule and a commitment to reaching as many as possible and answering questions, placing them in now, *****, ****** or a year out buckets you can easily manage your workflow!! Questions are answered within 24 hours (often much quicker). If you are confused by the system, or something seems to not work as expected - just ask and they will walk you through it and figure it out with you. One of the better experiences with lead gen systems in the last 12 years. But, alas, it is not magic - they get the leads to you and then you have to work them, diligently, to uncover the potential. If you have the work ethic and determination to dig in and get it done- they will provide you plenty of leads to work with on a daily basis. Good Luck and Happy Selling.

  I have worked with ***************** Leads for 4 months. As with most real estate programs, this is a numbers game. I just converted my first listing this week. I was almost getting impatient but it did work out. To be honest, I was afraid of this being another one of those lead companies that just sends you bad leads, but that's not my experience. Hope this helps.

  ******* and ********************************* form local real estate leads ,Your actions are deceitful. Return the $97 you took from me promptly. I will not hesitate to report your fraudulent activities to the **** When you were eager to initiate services, you incessantly called me, but now you avoid my calls.******** with ***************** Leads, you mentioned it typically takes 5-7 days to start receiving leads via the Opportunities tab. However, Cheapa**Leads or ************** is clearly a scam. Despite paying $97 per month for exclusive buyer and seller leads, as agreed upon at the end of February 2024, I have received nothing. Your company manipulates terms and claims agreements never made. When I attempted to cancel, you persistently called me, pressuring me not to do so.To date, I have not received any leads, and my calls remain unanswered. I will also leave reviews exposing your dishonest practices. You are nothing but opportunistic thugs."
