The sign on the building says they are 24 hours but whenever I come here they are closed. I work for door dash and I have been sent here 10 times and only picked up 2 times with the employees saying they are closed for technical maintenance every time I come here. Why is that??Business Response

Thank you for your help. As I did report it to door dash. I just found it funny that the 4 employees there made it known that "that's the door dash driver who always comes through" then started laughing like something was funny. Just like them I rely on my money as well as they do. I reached out to the ** of store who has yet to return any kind of communication to me. Thank you you can call this resolved it doesn't look like any action will be done or help in this situation. Thank you

I always have an issue at the **********, ** location, ************************************. This time was no exception. I placed my order through their mobile app so I could go through the drive thru and pick up my food. I gave them enough time before I went up there. Well the tacos I had asked for were so greasy the grease was literally coming through the paper they were in. I ask for extra lettuce because I use to work at **** and now they have to do them from scratch instead of giving me the ones that are sitting there under the light. Well those are the ones I got and the grease went through the bag and I didn't know it until I got home and tried to walk out with the bag and the bag developed a hole where all my food dropped to the floor. My burger and fries were all over the floor I just threw them away and bought something else. I really don't appreciate **** letting all that grease go through that bag. I understand that they are busy but if they would have done what I asked it is possible I wouldn't have written this complaint. Also none of the tacos had extra lettuce and no sauces that I had asked for was in the bag. Thanks for your time.Business Response

We encourage all guests to let us know once they have any issues with their order and bring it back specially since this was a pickup order and they have had similar issues in the past and give the location the opportunity to refund or replace.

03/02/2025 $35.85 (2x)I ordered through the mobile app, and attempted to place the order for delivery. It wasn't successful and so I transferred more money to my account (thinking the problem was due to lack of funds) after attempting to make the order for delivery again, once again it said unable to process... Shortly after while checking bank activity I saw that these were reflecting on my account both attempts were successfully denied from my account which in total is about $71 or so.. I called the store and they had no order for me and after many attempts of emailing I got a response saying they no record of charges.. here I am a week later with these transactions still pending on my account. I have no idea what to do because clearly theonry was debited and states jack in the box merchant They are terrible in providing feedback and assisting with any issues that arise. They take peoples *****, ***'t fulfill orders . And you don't get a response to concerns this is robbery and terrible just terrible service I want my money backBusiness Response

I would like a phone call back to discuss the details of our experience. There have been two in the last week with the same employee. Yelling, berating, refusing to fix our order when we got home missing an item. The employee blaize was absolutely awful. We both manage restaurants/bars and understand the business, what a business can do and their limitations. How we were treated was unbelievable and unacceptable. Hello I have sent multiple emails about a refund for an online purchase that I never received. Ive sent 4 emails since the date of purchase which was on March 1st. We've had problems over and over with this Jack in the box they sent us a free meal in the mail because the worker was ignorant and told us we could leave over a soda. I ordered a $6 meal deal double cheeseburger the burger didn't have any cheese and only one ***** and I asked for no ice in my soda and it was full of ice. I didn't dare ask for the soda to be remade because when they remade the burger they didn't remake it. they put a piece of cheese in a bowl and gave it to me. 3 pieces to be exact. I didn't even notice the single ***** until I got home. I don't know what's going on with this Jack in the box but they all need to be fired or retrained or something because I was there last night and they said the grill was down. It was a bar rush and a bunch of people were there. I don't even know if that's what was going on, I couldn't make it in to see. Please do something about this Jack in the box. they always get everything wrong every time you order from them. Its gotten to the point where we don't want to go there anymore. This one employee especially with long long black hair and *****. I wish I would have got his name, he needs fired. there's no amount of retraining going to help him. it's the same one that gave her a piece of cheese in a bowl instead of remaking the burger. This is also the same guy who was making sodas at the drive-thru but whenever I finally got his attention to get my order which was a soda he told me I could just leave. please do something about it.Business Response

So basically what your telling me is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is going to be done?! I thought the customer is always right? When you tell the employee my hamburger is incorrect and he brings you back a bowl with cheese in it, there's nothing wrong with that? Yeah my previous complaint I was given a Jack In The Box coupon. But it obviously did not fix the problem because the same employee still works there and the same employee still argues with the customer, gives the customer cheese in a bowl, and gives the customer grief. I have never experienced anything like this with a business. For him to hand me a bowl of cheese when I told him my hamburger was wrong, something is clearly wrong with that picture. And for you guys to just write it off like it's nothing, there's a problem with that. This same employee was arguing with another customer because their order was wrong and he was arguing with them because he said he made the order and he knows it was correct, and there's nothing wrong with that? I don't know who this dude is and I don't know why or how he is keeping his job, but this is just completely unprofessional.
A coupon don't fix a employee who thinks he's high and mighty whenever in reality he's nobody. And it's ridiculous that he can make a customer fuel just completely unwelcome in a business that's for the public. And it's like the company don't care. Something is clearly wrong with the way you're doing business. Employees like that don't bring back the customers, they drive them away. And you just lost a customer cuz I will never go back to that business as long as he is employed there.
