I work here. I get treated unfairly daily. This will be the fourth manager since i have been working here. Mind you i am a manager but have yet to get a raise. Oh and to top it off had a hand accident and needed time off which i had the hours to do so.. Was told by the manager at the time that he will put my sick time in still have yet to get a check from this company. They hire there family etc who still money etc. I need to find out who to talk to in regards to receiving all my sick pay and my check which was a recent one. I need a CEO etc to call me or email me since talking to my manager does not help or I get hung up on oh and I have every text I sent that just in case he says he never got. I will not let this rest i deserve all of my pay and respect. You do not treat people this way. I already have written an email to the man who sign the checks and still nothing. I am looking to take another action to receive all of my pay etc.

I am livid. I went there on 2/13 filled out the complaint that day and have yet to hear from anyone! My food was disgusting that it wasn’t even eaten. I live in Texas where things are far from me and didn’t have time to take it back. BOTH chicken sandwiches were absolutely disgusting almost like they were left out all night. Not to mention the guy at the window who called my WIFE a sir. It’s 2021 are we not there with supporting the lgbtq Jack in the Box?? Disgraceful that people have to resort to this for any type of answers.

i did a grub hub order from this jack in the box to be delivered after going to another jack in the box and didnt receive the food i paid for and wanted. so i put in the order and received message that it was being prepared then recieved another message that it was being picked up then received another message later that it was being delayed due to someone else picking up the food. after an hr i called jack in the box wanting to cancel my food since it was made an hr previously and the food would then be really cold. I was told that they can not cancel the food that it is to be done by grubhub- then i asked for the number to grubhub and was told he couldnt give to me i then asked for the number for the area manager of jack in the box or corporate and was told that this was not a corporate issue. so yes my food finally arrived and like i expected cold and congealed. If Jack in the box is going to partner with another company to provide services to paying customers then JIB need to also be held accountable for customer service as well .

We ordered tacos and pre paid for them for our wedding. They never showed up. We had to all multiple times to get an answer. When we finally got ahold of someone, they told us that they forgot. The district manager offered us an apology and a free taco for ruining our wedding. Totally unacceptable.

I was asked to move to the front to wait for my order, I said I would wait, then the manager asked me to move to the front to wait for my order, I said I would wait. she got mad. within a few minutes my order was ready. I opened my window and the person working the window threw the bag full of food at my window and slammed the the drive threw window closed. I waited, and asked for the manager. she came and rolled her eyes at me and said "and what, you wouldn't move so what."...This is not how your customers should be treated. If you're just moving everybody around front to make it look like your window service times are good, Maybe you should just make your window service times faster. And If I want to wait at the window for my food, That's my choice. I should not have my food thrown at me because I didn.t move. They acted like I was not going to say anything about it....And I wasn't given a receipt to give a review, or know what I spent at your restaurant. And I got none of the sauces I asked for in the bag that was thrown at me.

I work at jack in the box and the things we do is illegal and I feel bad for the customers that's why I'm saying something now we would still serve good even though the refrigerators and freezers arent working they lowered my pay with no reason and the store has roaches inside and nothing gets done please do something about it

They don’t even deserve one star. My opinion the managers are thieves along with the workers . They have no problem taking $34 from a customer and not giving him 1 ounce of food that he paid for. That’s like kicking someone in the nuts while they are down on the ground. Unbeleivable !!

Below is my ****** and **** review for the **** * *** *** ********** *** ****** location: I am absolutely appalled at the HORRIBLE service and disrespectful treatment from the staff at this location! I ordered several items, drove home to eat with my family, only to realize they forgot one of our burgers. I drove back through the drive through and asked for them to replace my burger. Immediately the "manager" jumped on the intercom extremely RUDE and said I needed my receipt. I explained my receipt is at home with the food I dropped off to my family, and just wanted my burger they forgot. Again, VERY RUDELY the manager said she can't help me. I then drove up to the window, and all employees walked away and hid in the back for 5+ minutes. I then parked and proceeded to head in to get my burger they forgot, and they ran to the door and locked it. At this point I realized how insane they were acting over my missing burger. It just so happened that a customer walked out, so I was able to walk in. I walked up and kindly asked for my missing burger. They insisted I needed to go back home and get my receipt. I tried to explain I did not want to go back home just to drive all the way back to show them a receipt they could have easily pulled up on their own. The "manager" woman then began SCREAMING AND CUSSING at me. It was at this point I pulled out my phone to film the insanity over my missing $3 burger. On film I captured the manger woman screaming to "get the **** out of her store." After just asking kindly to please just provide me the food I paid for, and continually getting yelled at, I left. Needless to say I did not return. I will however be posting the video to their F******* to warn other customers, and sending off to corporate. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I was in the Dobson and Alma School I ordered 2 tacos and a small soda. it was lunch rush and there were very few people in the store. The person working the fry station was also working the register with one glove on handling money then touching several food items. The tacos came fast but they were room temp and one was missing the sauce. Something told me to say something but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and I ate them. 5 hours later I had bloody diarrhea. I don't think they know how to handle food safely. I will never eat their again and I don't want free food.

I can’t believe I have to come here to leave a review. Long story short came in three times and each time my order was wrong. Tried to get a hold of customer service and it took over a week to respond. I was promised 3 coupons and they only sent me one. I have photos for proof. I will never ever eat at a jack in the box again.
