This is the only fast food restaurant I can go to and not have to check my bag before I leave. I know exactly what to expect. And it's perfect every time. The staff is always friendly with big smiles on their faces when I get to the window.

For the last 4 times I've tried to eat at this location I have been disappointed. This time I go into the location to get something to eat after work and the doors are locked. DURING BUISINESS HOURS! The girl told me they were closed for cleaning because they had an audit tomorrow. When I worked in the food service industry I had to do this while working and serving customers. The management should be ashamed of themselves for putting anything above their customers. I really hope something gets done. If I could leave less than a 1 star rating I would

I visited the **** n the box on ****** view inside shell on ****. 21 at 12:30pm and the Hispanic manager has poor customer service and they are very racist. I ask the lady to repeat my order and she got upset and stated that I needed to get out of her line. I pulled to the window and she said what do you want free food. She stated I was on food stamps. False. Im not on food stamps and placed an order so what do you mean I want free food are you serious. She stated she makes more money than me. Is that how you speak to your customers? What does that have to do with anything. I mean we can compare education and salary at another time. Just because Im black doesnt mean Im on food stamps. This lady needs to be fired. When asked her name she told me she doesnt have a name and get out of her drive thru. This is the most unprofessional representation of your company and she should not work with customers. They are in a predominantly black community speaking to customers this way is unacceptable.

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered online for pick up and they wouldn't give me my food or answer the phone. I called corporate and they never called me back or responded to my several emails. I never got my food or my refund.

To whom it may concern,I live right down the street and frequent jack in the box often but for some reason this is the only location that I ever have issues with. It's very disheartening how many horrific experiences I've endured at this location. From my orders being incorrect numerous times to even more outrageous incidents like the staff being rude or disrespectful or even trying to intimidate. I've never heard of a restaurant treating their customers bad? And why do you guys mislead the public and advertise that your open at 6 am but you are never open at 6 am. This morning again I showed up at 6 am to be notified by an employee that you don't open til 630am and today it's going to be even later because he's doing paperwork. Then on top of being disappointed about the hours I also get greeted very hostilely with mean faces telling me telling me to leave because he's doing paperwork and they won't be open til after 630am? This is outrageous! I've never encountered poorer customer service at a restaurant before or been rudely talked to by employees! This isn't the first encounter like this at this location. Usually, I just bite my tongue and ignore it but I'm utterly disgusted on how they treat people much less their customers at this location so I can't keep my mouth shut any longer. After yet another terrible outrageous experience at this jack in the box location and being made to feel uncomfortable after just trying to purchase a meal at one of my former favorite restaurants, I have to speak up. I don't understand why this is the only jack in the box that I've ever been to and been treated like this. It's been nightmare after nightmare at this location.Regards,CP

This has got to be the worst location *** ever been too! *** got so many things to say that they are doing wrong its unbelievable. First off it took 45 mins to even go through the line to get and wait on food. They messed up our order giving us food we did not order. We ordered a milkshake and it sat on the counter while we were at the window for 10 mins before they even gave it to us because they were waiting on other food. It was half melted when we got it! Then they tell us the salads are bad and have to make fresh ones so they said to go park and they would bring it out. We waited 15 mins no one came out. I went inside the store and waited another 5 mins before anyone would even talk to me! The workers were just standing around and just stared at me not asking me if I needed anything! I have to yell excuse me can someone help me! I told them the order that was wrong and also my missing salad they never brought out. They messed up the order again did not bring me what I asked the second time and then said they were going to start making my salad. Another 10 mins still no salad. None of the food we ordered even tasted fresh. My lettuce in the tacos was spoiled! Also when I was inside observing the workers, they all used their bare hands to touch every ingredient of food they have plus using the same hands to touch equipment and register not using at least hand sanitizer between handling food and touching other things. Its the nastiest craziest situation to witness! The workers all look confused and moving at snail pace. None of them looked trained then a big bug was somewhere in the back and they freaking out scared to death of it. Its just sad. Ruined my experience food was nasty and will never be back.

I had the most disappointing and disrespectful interaction at the Jack in the Box in *********, **. After ordering my food using the app, I arrived at the restaurant around 9:00 pm (the app advised to come before 10 pm due to closing hours) after clicking ***** my Order. I waited for awhile in line, once I got to the speak, I advise I had a mobile order, gave my name, and was advised to pull forward. When I got to the window, the associate asked me did I have the mobile order, I replied yes, and was told my order was not available. She apologized, I asked her if she could have my order sent to another Jack in the Box since it was already paid for. She ask her manager who comes to the window and explains the food of my order is frozen and they close in less than an hour. Shes not going to unthaw it. I can choose something they have available. The problem with that was, I already paid for what I ordered and nothing else was truly offered. She did not explain what leftovers they had or were willing to make for their customer. She told me I can get a refund, then stated, you paid on the app, refund yourself. I was already upset that I was offered nothing of substance then to be told, refund yourself. To make matters worse, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away without assistance in making a request for a refund on the app. Another associate was standing there so I tapped on the window, she tried to help me but couldnt get it either. I felt like it was my fault for even ordering at this restaurant, weve had problems before, but thought things should have improved, but sadly not. I was still charged for refused service and food. I havent received a call regarding the matter for anyone at the restaurant, and that is just another piece of **** to pile on this experience. The only thing I received was a disrespectful attitude from a supervisor/ manager and no assistance to correct the situation. This is unacceptable!

I was at a Jack-in-the-Box in Lancaster California standing there for about 15 minutes and then they say oh the the lobby was closed and I said when did the lobby close there is someone just left with some food she said just now I go no you’re going to serve me and she just started getting on my case
