      Someone hacked my Jack in The box account and ordered food using a card that is not on the account. ********************** will not allow me to change my password or dispute the order. I am unable to delete my account as well, because they will not let me. Someone is going to continue ordering food on my credit card without me being able to stop it.

      Thank you for contacting us.  We apologized for the experience this guest had. We were notified by the guest on 07/26/2025 and have responded back by email and provided instructions on how to change password and dispute the charges if any wit their bank since this is fraud.  If the guest would like their information deleted, they need to go to, ************************ and go to the bottom of the page and click in Do Not Sell My Information and it will give them option to delete their information. 

      I will re-send the instructions for Fraudulent activity.

      I had to talk really loud for them to hear me through the intercom instead of asking me if I wanted milk or drink on my kids menus they just did mouse when I asked them to fix it they did I said no ice in the cups they still put ice in the cups and then they fixed it and when I went to go put one of the cups in my cup holders in my car the lid wasn't on all the way and it spilled all over my car because the lid came off in my hand when I explained that that had happened they asked me if I had wanted another one I had said no never mind I don't want anymore I had already waited a minute for you guys to take my payment you guys then messed up my drinks and then it spills all over my car then I'm just told sorry in the window shuts

      I placed an order on jack in the box website for delivery. After about two hours I never received the order so I called jack in the box. They told me my order had been handed to the door days driver and that they could not help me. I call the driver that was suppose to deliver my order and they said jack in the box told them someone had picked up my order already. I called **** in tha box back and they said they would not help me to contact door dash. I did contact door dash and they canceled my order explaining I should receive a refund after 7 days. It's been 10 days and I still haven't gotten my refund. I call door dash back and they said jack in the box is the one responsible for my refund since they are the ones that have the payment information. I have not been able to get my refund and I never got my food. Basically jack in the box stole 62 dollars.

      To whom it may concern, I buy foods at ********** all over the country, but I just had the worst experience and zero customer svc. with rude employee, ****** *. , store #**** order #**** in ******, *** , 3608 ************************* at 12:14 PM on Wednesday, 7-23-2025. At the drive thru placing my order I cordially greeted her hello and asked how shes doing today. I couldnt hear her response. Should replace the intercom speaker. She got an attitude when she took my order? She was ******* me to drive up giving her my large order for lunch and I told her I need to add more items, but she cut me off and told me to drive around. She was completely out of popular Coke and then she got extremely irate when I politely asked for her to name off the drinks that were available. I dont drink ***** so I asked for flavors. She got perturbed about listing the flavors. In the ending, turns out I received some watered down diluted weak so-called grape soda. Unfortunately, there isnt any caffeine. When I went to the pay window, she treated me horribly and filled my order wrong and then I explained to her theres more items and she wouldnt give me the time of day and tried to rush me out. She slammed the window closed twice and had to honk my horn and I thought she didnt want to hear the rest of my order so she was expressing her disdain and disgust talking, under her deductions, too long. If she wouldnt kept closing the window, she wouldve heard the entire order? Anyway, I wound up not getting the ****s Sourdough burger w/o cheese and received a regular plain **** and Spicy Chicken + curly fries. I was so disappointed. Its my favorite tasty no. 1 item I wanted. Got 11 packs of ketchup, never ordered 1? She charged me on top of the horrible experience, house buttermilk ranch 25 cents ea. Received 3 mayo packs and asked for 6. Ordered 2 special burgers and combo and jalapeo poppers. Info of employee acts of extremely poor cust. ***. added as pics. No reason for rudeness. Retrain.

      Called twice because I placed a mobile order but never got a confirmation tried to called and see if my order was placed or not but no one answered so i was CHARGED for food even though it was never placed I called two different Jack in the boxes but my order was never placed and I was charged for the food I didnt receive. Last order shown on my mobile app was on the 16th of July but when I tried to make a order for the 17th of July it never was place I never got a confirmation code and I was charged for the food

      On July 16th, 2025 around 8:30 am I placed an order on the Jack in the box app and it said there was a problem with my card, I then added more to my cart and tried it again, the same message popped up so I decided to check my bank account and it showed a charge for $30.58 and a charge for $35.41 but the order was never placed. I looked for info so I could call Jack in the box customer service, there is no number. I never got an order number or anything, its just charged me and did nothing. I need a full refund in the amount of $65.99. It is impossible to order on your website and on the app, someone needs to make it all user friendly.

      Yet another horrible fast-food dump that does not care! We placed an order through Instacart for Jack in the Box, and it was beyond a bad decision. The receipt on the sealed bag was 100% correct but everything inside the bag was wrong. We were charged $38 for 2 small kids burgers and one apple juice. I called Jack in the Box, and they would let the phone ring and ring. After about two minutes someone would pick up, wait a second and hang up. I called Instacart and they said I needed to call **** eats and they would take care of the mistake. I called **** and the number I was given is not in service and there is no way possible to speak with a human at ****. I called Instacart back and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried the store again for over an hour and they would just pick up and hang up... I called Instacart again and they said place the order again and they would reach out to **** to get a refund, so we did. When the order arrived, we had two of the seven items in the bag, and both were made wrong! I tried to get it again and faced the same issue. I contacted my credit card company, and they said to file a negative review and if I had not heard from them within 48 hours to call them back and they would refund both orders and charge them back and I should also file a complaint with the BBB and I plan on doing so! We will never return to **** in ************************************************************************************! Once again Chic-fil-a rules!

      Yes, we did order this through a third-party business, however the third-party company did not prepare or bag the order that was in a SEALED BAG...!  The receipt was 100%correct that it was stapled to the sealed bag but what was inside was not the only thing that we ordered.  So, they are trying to tell me the third party company did the following things: 1) opened the sealed bag after a Jack in the Box employee packed it and sealed and stapled the bag closed, 2) removed the items we ordered out of the bag and replaced it with the two kids burgers and apple juice, 3) repacked a new bag with the things we did not order, &4) delivered it to me.  Is this what you are wanting me to believe?  If so, HA, you have no common scenes! 
      What about the re-order that was incorrect as well?  You expect me to believe the same thing?  Well, I am not!  Let's say I own ********** and you place an order with my restaurant, or a third party and the receipt is correct, but your pizza is totally wrong, and you call me, and I tell you that I can't do anything about it and you would need to call **** ***** Pizza. Makes sense right?  Maybe in your eyes
      I am not accepting this ridiculous offer.  We threw everything in the trash, and you have no choice but to refund my money.  I have spoken with my credit card company, and they advised me to dispute both charges, and they would refund my money and charge you back and this is what I am going to do since you refuse to do anything about your companys mistake. 
      It looks like you would rather try to please an angry customer rather than make matters worse.  I as a business owner of 36 years would gladly refund the entire amount plus offer you a free meal for you and a guest,but I do not want any offers for free food from Jack in the Box as I have only dined there a few times and the food was horrible each time.   Best of luck as it appears you desperately need it!

      I purchased some food and a drink through the mobile app, but I never received my items. The location I ordered at for pick up is listed as open 24/7 but when I arrived to the location it was closed. No one came onto the speaker at the drive thru to assist me so I pulled up to the pick up window. No one approached the window and I even looked inside but did not see anyone inside the store. Since there weren't any employees at the store and it was very clearly closed I ended up leaving without the items that I paid for. The drive thru has a security camera so there is proof that I was there, that no one assisted me, and that I left without the items I paid for. I contacted Jack in the Box to get a refund but never received a reply or a refund. Since I never got what I paid for, I am entitled to a refund and would just like my rightful refund.

      I have already contacted the Jack In The Box Customer Support and it does not feel like i am talking to a real person. They are trying to offer me a "DISCOUNT" off an order. But i do not want to ever waste my money in jack in the box ever again. All i asked was for my order to be refunded to my card i used for the order. When i ordered it all seemed fishy to me, you see i live pretty close to the jack in the box but i was busy taking care of the house and wanted a quick meal. But the order took so long to get to my house and i was already getting upset because it was almost over a whole hour and it usually does not take that long for the order to get to my house. I was watching the driver go to the HOSPITAL, and i was slightly concerned because they took over 20 minutes there not moving towards my house. Then After that when they arrived to my house they took extra long to find my house, and when they did they were extremely rude and on the phone, and i couldn't ask him why the order looked wrong. I Could already tell that the order was wrong so before i even opened the bags i took a picture of them as proof that i did not tamper with them, because this has happened before with ****. apart from the driver taking so long to get to my house. So this was the last straw. I noticed that my drink was wrong, it was some sort of grape flavored drink instead of a coke, i could even smell it without even drinking it. The fries were missing and a "Classic Popcorn Chicken Big Box Combo" was missing and it was a tiny little box instead. Obviously before i contacted jack in the box, i contacted the dasher. And they were extremely rude on the phone giving me attitude and then apologizing because i was asking him to do his job correctly, he said "i knew it" after i pointed out that the order was wrong and also COLD. and then he told me would contact his boss and he would call me back in order to resolve things and it has been over a week and nothing, he was not a man of his word.

      All they are offering is a DISCOUNT when I clearly told them that I dont want to waste money in jack in the box ever again. They offered a 20 dollar coupon for a 41 dollar meal they messed up. I want a full refund. They are ignoring my emails. And I have heard stories that they ban your account if you keep complaining. I will not be silenced. Plus the coupon is temporary and expires. They WANT YOU to waste more money for messed up food. And no one faces consequences or takes responsibility.

      At 1:56am on Friday July 11th 2025. I was having trouble ordering with employees and had an issue with the food. I ordered 2 tacos and the meat seemed old and the tacos were so stale. I got a chicken sandwich and it felt super rubbery. Im 6 months pregnant and am afraid I might get sick from the food I just ate and am now on my way to a hospital because I just came down with something. There has been a lot of people complaining about this store but I came because it was the only option open and I hadnt made food this evening so I decided to buy fast food (bad idea). I was having trouble ordering because it seemed like the ladies only had 1 person in the drive thru who spoke English but had just left . They barely spoke any English and after finding out a friend of mine after telling them about my worst fast food encounter they told me that the manager was hiring people that are undocumented and have a fake social security and are still working there after they quit.
