      We ordered food on the mobile app and when placing the order an error popped up saying a promo could not be added. Immediately my card was charged and there was no confirmation email/text or order history within the app. My money was stolen and my family didnt have dinner. Attempting to call the store results in an automatic sent to voicemail only for the voicemail box to be FULL. There is no way to contact the store to see if an order was placed or talk to a real person with the business to issue immediate refunds or fix in app problems.

      on Sept 9th 2024 at 12:45 AM. My cousin and I went to Jack in the Box located at ********************************************* we were in a red truck with a silver tool box in the bed of truck against the back window with black metal rack. I ordered Loaded tiny tacos $5.00 & mini churros $3.39 sub total $8.39 + Tax $0.78 = $9.17 for my order. I only Had a $50.00 bill on me I handed my cousin the money he handed it to the drive thru employee. when he returned with the food and change he handed the change folded up to my cousin my cousin intern handed it to me I grabbed the change and put in in my bra thinking the receipt would be in the bag (IT WAS NOT) also thinking that it was the correct change that should of been $40.83. Once I got home I was getting ready for bed and out fell the change that is when I noticed I was given one $10.00 bill and $0.83 cents. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location the first time my order was $19.04. I should have received $80.96 in change in return what I did receive was $20.90 that day it just so happened I went to put my money in my purse that was in the passenger seat. I turned to ask the drive thru lady a question and the change fell on my seat instead of in side my purse. when I looked to pick up the change I seen that I was only given $20.90 and I told the employee right there. She did fix & acknowledged that she gave me less money due to having messed up earlier and didn't know how to replace the money in the register she expressed remorse so I let it go she did give me my right change after. What happened today is now making me feel this is happening more and more. I want my money back and I will not be going back to Jack in the box I will take my business else were. this is not morally right no matter how you try to see it.

      I placed an order at the Jack in the Box on *****************************. It was placed for carry out at roughly 1:30 (their closing time is at 2:00 AM). My wife went to pick it up and even though it was ***** minutes before their closing time, they refused her saying they "already shut off everything" and that they can't give me a refund and to complain to their manager tomorrow instead. Why would you guys even accept the order if the store won't honor it? And why have a closing time of 2 AM if your stores actually shut down 20 minutes before? Completely unprofessional

I call the restaurant and I can't speak to anyone, just leave a message. I want my money to send from Burger King. My children haven't asked to sleep because they haven't eaten.       Just yesterday me and my boyfriend tried placing a mobile order on the Jack in the Box app but the first time we tried pressing the place order it didnt allow us, so we pressed it again and the second time it did work. When we pull up to through the drive through to pick up our order the worker asked us if we had intended to place two of the same orders. We didnt know what she was talking about so I double checked and even went to my email and found out that they charged us the first time we tried placing the order, I explained to the worker that the other order was a mistake and a manager told us the only way we could refund was through the app because it was a mobile order. We only got one of the orders so we were hoping to get a refund for the other order we got charged for. We already tried sending a refund request but nobody has gotten back to us. We got charged an extra 25 dollars for an order we didnt intend to place and for an order we didnt even receive!

      Hello,My vehicle was towed by star towing as a jack in the box employee called and made the initial tow request for an unauthorized vehicle notated on the paperwork from 10:26 am to 11:26am however I pulled into a parking space after a white ****** corolla pulled out. I was parked for all of four mins including the time it took for star towing to hook up my vehicle and driveaway. The documents state I was a non customer walking across the street however I was not even given the chance to be a customer as I came back to no car and food was the last thing I was concerned with. Jack in the box authorized the wrong vehicle to be towed which ***** with star towing disclosed as the initial intake requires the year make and model, although she could not provide the info Id imagine does not coincide with my vehicle year make and model as only the color was the same. In addition star towing falsified the time the vehicle was parked unauthorized and jack in the box is not wanting to provide any info to corporate and reaching anyone on the numbers found online is impossible. Id like to remedy the issue by having either party reimburse the towing fee paid. I have attached all towing documents in addition to a screenshot of when my mobile order was placed for the coffee shop across the street as well as my current employers timesheet reflecting the time I clocked out for my lunch the day of.
