On 3/2/24 we placed a mobile order for pickup at the local Jack in the Box (*******, **). When we arrived at the window, they told us to park in the front and they would bring it out (as the inside was closed at that point). We waited outside for over 30 minutes, all the while every single employee saw us, the individual that told us to wait was too busy playing on his phone to answer my several attempts at knocking on the door to get their attention. FINALLY when we did get ahold of them, they handed us the order which had been sitting out all this time, being served cold food (which I told them, and nothing was done) and missing items. Which thanks to the cold and under cooked delight we were all ill the next day.I filed a complaint online on both 3/2 and 3/7. Both times no one ever contacted us back, but we certainly got the auto response for each one asking if we were contacted then thanking us.I would think Jack in the Box would have improved after leaving *******, and ******** for so long, but clearly their goal is still to get as many people ill as possible.Obviously no one is ever going to call us back regarding the visit, as I assume management (if anyone even actually manages that store of exceptionally lazy people) could care less. So at this point we simply would request a refund, as we plan on never returning to Jack in the Box again.A copy of the e-mail receipt has been attached to this complaint.Business response

I have tried visiting this location multiple times during different hours and weeks. Not once have I gotten helped or gotten an order. 2 times I drove up and no answer through the drive thru, drive after 10 min and they are sitting around and got told ****** we only do door dash. Next time I tried systems were down. Next time I went same thing door ****. Its like they dont work but you have all these people just sitting around. this location is already on a bad side of town with a bad reputation it just makes it seem like drug front store like Sonic was. We reach out and the district manager just says this is being addressed we hired more adults this has been going on forever and nothing is being doneBusiness response

On 3/20 at 7:00am, I visited this Jack in the Box. I ordered my food in the drive thru and was promptly given the food. The issue was the cashier kept my card and did not return it before giving me all my food. When I received my food, I thanked him and drove away. No one tried to stop me and thus my credit card was left at the drive thru. I had to go back to the store and get my credit card which could have been compromised during that time. I realize that I did drive off but the employee should always give the card back first.I contacted Jack in the box about this issue and no one decided it was important enough to ************ that I have your attention, maybe you can finally respond to this issue. I had to get a new credit card because in the time it was out of my possession, how do I know if employees wrote the information down or took photos. The time and effort to return to the Jack in the Box and get a new card was avoidable and worse yet, Jack in the Box doesn't even want to address the problem.Business response

Thursday March 21st 2024 as a disabled Navy Veteran, my care taker ******************* escorted myself and our 2 dogs to get a sandwich at Jack in the box. The previous night March 20th 2024 our family ordered to go food at Jack in the box in ******* **********. We had been moving from ******** ****** one of our homes and bough a home in ******* **********. Jack in the box in ****************** is walking distance so we had to get food for medical reasons as we were needing to regulate our diabetes and other medical conditions as we are home owners and disabled military veterans . In this evening of the 21st March 2024 approximately at 10:pm after a long day of moving and unloading into our new home in ******* **********. Both myself *************************** and my care taker ********************* and 2 dogs went to Eat at Jack in the box. My care taker ********************* went inside while I tended to our 2 dogs on leashes politely outside . The cashier was immediately rude to my care taker ********************* and refused to sell us just a the ultimate sandwich. Just the sandwich and not the combo. The cashier refused to sell the A la Carte sandwich and refused our money to buy the A la Carte ultimate sandwich. The cashier and manager refused to sell the sandwich to us as we needed to eat food for medical necessity. Told us to leave the property and she was calling to police to have ** removed . Jack in the box ****************** refused service to paying customers that are protected under the Americans with disabilities Act and disabled ******** military veterans and had not basis initially to refuse service to our family of 3 and 2 dogs where repeat paying customers and patrons the current ******* *********** Jack in the box location. Something needs to be done to retrain ******* ********** Jack in the box employees to learn the law of Americans with disability Act and disabled veterans act and not refuse service to repeat paying customers . This simply in very wrong and we want a resolution and an apology .Business response

I placed an order through the jack in the box app for delivery at 12:20pm, i never recieved my order, the estimated delivery time is stuck at 5 minutes and the doordash contact info for the driver is not avaliable meaning the driver is no longer doing the order.Business response
