2 starsI entered into a contract with the doc pros and prior to the 5 day grace ****** I attempted to cancel at this point its getting the 5 days and still no response from them. I just want to cancel.

We have cancelled this consumer on 8/23/23 when she requested to cancel. We sent a SMS confirming cancellation and a email on 8/28/23 confirmnig cancellation. This person keeps calling requesting a update but they are cancelled. No payments have been made and this client is cancelled since 8/23/2023.Review fromMarie P

1 starThey are a fraud. Take your money and never paid toward anything. Told me they would only pay when I got notice I was being sued. I cancelled and ask for refund of some money due to they never paid anything out of what they received. I was told I would not get refund because of the safety they provided. What safety???Wait till I get sued to do anything.No this company just took/stole my money for nothing. Nothing but scammers.The Doc Pros
