2 starsAs of right now I am not happy. When I spoke to *****, she did the whole sales pitch to me. I told her I needed to raise my credit score asap so I could purchase my home. She told me she has seen clients score raise within a couple of months but that is not true. I signed up for a 24-month program and have not send improvement. They do not tell you that nothing will be taken place till the end of the program. It is partial my fault because I did not read through all the paperwork, they had me sign. I just trusted what ***** told me and it was just a sales pitch she did to me. When I call her now, she still does the sales pitch to me. I wish I would have had someone to speak to me that would actually6 care about5 my situation and not just do it just to get a sale. I now have to stick with the program since I have forked over so much money to them. We will see how it pans out in the end but I needed this taken care of sooner than later. She should have been honest and let me know this would take a long time for it to raise my score. Not make me think it would be done in a short period of time. I just should have gone with someone else.

4 starsWhen I initially signed it made I was a little nervous about this process. I selected a 12 mo program and I am really glad I did. It took 1 mo longer but it worked. They did update me every month as promised and kept me current on where we were in the process. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took a month longer. Thank you for the help!The Doc Pros

5 starsI called Doc Pros with $43K of debt and no chance of paying it off, like EVER! I was in a real bad situation, about to get sued and garnished. The agent I spoke to was extremely friendly, walked me through the whole process, and 16 months later I'm sitting here debt free and have a 743 credit score. Doc Pros saved my financial future because I was about to s**** it all up with a bankruptcy or a settlement. 1 starI thought I was getting a d*** consolidation company but all they wanted was to make sure that they got their payment each month and they never not once contacted the debtors that I owed not one time did they do that all they wanted to make sure they was getting their payment and when I canceled asked for a full refund, they give me a one month refund and now theyre avoiding my calls. And since they havent contacted any of my debtors, one of them is now taking me to court and suing me, which I have no choice, but to agree with it and pay the debt because I owe the debt, but this company was supposed to consolidate everything for a low monthly payment and take care of everything they did nothing they contacted no one except for me when they wanted their payment each month. I wish I wouldve read more into the reviews before I even went through with agreeing to their terms and they never sent me nothing in the mail. It was always a phone call a text or an email. They never not once sent me a letter so I could have a paper trail.The Doc Pros

We appologize for the confusion as at no point do we advise clients that we are a consolidation company. Clients receive Welcome Packages and calls every 30 days including an acceptance call within 24 hours of enrollment. The Doc Pros does not send out paper mail as many companies do not anymore due to technology. Everything is send via email and SMS. We have sent your additional refund review to upper management. 1 starThey are bunch of rip offs. They don't refund your money once you made a payment. I made 2 payments and only got refunded 1 month they are keeping my money. Don't go with this company.Review fromDaniel J

1 starAll they do is store letters, emails, and texts.They verbally tell you they will end all your outstanding **** for a very reduced price.They do nothing. If Id read the fine print to begin with I would have known they do nothing. They played me for a sucker and won.The Doc Pros

1 starthese people are liars. the first ****** that contacted me told me some lies about how it works. the biggest was that if I was needing the money back for whatever reason I could request it. a couple months in I needed pay rent because my unemployment benefits so I requested my money back. reluctantly the ****** talked to said she would send it that day. I called a few days and told it 7 to 10 days. so I call back a week later and told my request was denied. I ask to someone else and got stonewalled. I told her I felt like I was scammed and she hung up on me. so they got my money and I got the shaft.
