    On 9/13/2018 agreement was signed for the business named Crunch university Square for a month to month subscription.There has been an increase for operational need of ****% in the last two years. The company states that it needed to to "keep doors open". I have called three times to resolve the issue in canceling my subscription for next month. They want to bill me one more month and as my last request to resolve was to see if they could refund me after the transaction is complete, but the business is refusing to settle. Over the last years since opening of the business, they have not met accessibility of equipment such as out of order machines and saunas. Agreement states they can refund me subscription if my transaction cannot be stopped due to not meeting the 10day prior period. But they refuse to resolve in this way. In addition the business refuses to be transparent with management contact information such as phone and/or email. Their response is "District Manager personal cell phone is used for business purposes and we don't give that out". Time of attempts are as follows:5/22/23 5/23/23 x3 via phone and one via email. The business is lacking transparency and delivery of services/goods. Not to mention lack of services for a period of 1yr or longer.
