    On 9/24/2024 I put on my new G7 sensor in my upper right arm. I put my shirt back on and I felt a little tug on my sleeve. Lifted my sleeve up and the sensor "O" tape came up with the senor all covered in blood. I quickly got an alcohol swab and cleaned myself off. I then had to put another new one one. Went to Dexom Tech Support and told my problem and they sent email back: "We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a replacement at this time as you have reached the limit for goodwill replacements." ************ doesn't think that they have a problem. Their adhesive that they use is poor. You have to put an "O" tape on to keep the sensor on. (Freestyle 3 doesn't have that {they use a different type of adhesive}). I've lost 3 do to adhesive problem and 1 the reader just couldn't read. Now I will not be able to monitor my blood levels for 10 days. ************ need to study "Freestyle3" and make a better product. My ***************** went with Dexcom because they were cheap. Well - I guess you get what you pay for !!!!

    Really only a half star. This company provides a very unreliable product for blood sugar monitoring. Constant failure of the sensors and inaccurate blood sugar readings. I wish more people would complain and that this company would acknowledge that they need to fix this problem that so many of us are relying on for management of our health and disease.

    I use a g7 after being diagnosed type 2 diabetic after having a heatstroke incident in July. Had the sensor fall out 3 days early in which I understood because the over patch I used wasn't waterproof nor sweat proof so I get it put the new sensor in and ad no readings for 2 hours then recieved readings for about 45 minutes during a crash and then proceeded to nolonger get reading had to go somewhere to check my levels and was reading in the low 40s and have been guessing where I've been and basing everything off of feeling this weekend. On the dexcom website in the *** section it says in an emergency situation you can receive a voucher to turn into the pharmacy to receive a free one instead because this is my first one they want me to wait their 1 to 2 BUISNESS days to make a decision if they're going to replace ot then it's 2 to 3 BUISNESS days to ship so because it happened Thursday evening at best I'm looking at receiving it Thursday or Friday the following week which is 9/12/24-9/13/24. That's ridiculous. Then when my girlfriend called because she works in a *********** and knows what to say medically wise and can speak the lingo that I don't understand medically wise she got referred to the supervisor named ******** and after she mentioned that not only that everyone was making this alot harder than it has to be but this is ridiculous ******** **** up on her. There was no call back we had a clear connection and there was absolutely no way we got disconnected.

    So far I am extremely disappointed in this product . Constant problems and constant false readings waking my house up in the middle of the night. Im done with them . Theyve taken 300$ from me . Additionally customer service was not helpful , I was driving to tears explaining that I cant afford to just buy more devices. 2 failed on me and they offered to replace ONE ! Waited waited waited finally came after 7 days ! Get a different brand .

    They are very difficult to get your products from. I was supposed to receive the G7 they kept sending me the G6 . I finally received my G7's but I can't get my receiver for them. They keep telling me it's on the way but it's been a month and I keep calling them for one. Was supposed to receive it today and never so I called yet again and they still never sent it. I ask for a supervisor to call me well that never happened either. Very very disappointed with this company . I am in the New Brunswick Pump program so they have no excuse other than the employees or someone is not doing their job. I have had type 1 diabetes for 42 years and checking my glucose levels is a absolute must . You would think the company would realize that but they don't seem to care. Not impressed in Saint **** NB ????

    Wow... I thought I was going through issues. Anyways, DEXCOM is h*******t, esp their customer service. I had a sensor that didn't insert into my skin properly so I called to get a replacement. I called on a Saturday and was expecting a delay in delivery since, well, it was a Saturday. I was told that on Monday, DEXCOM would send out the ** and it should take 3-5 business days from then to get my new sensor. So, I was expected the product sometime from Wed-Fri. I even told the person that I was leaving town the following Saturday and needed the project by Friday at the latest. They said, quote-on-quote, it should arrive by Friday at the latest...Fast forward to today, I got an email stating that the package won't be delivered till SUNDAY (or 9/1). NOT COOL! I will be out of town and the package will be delivered while no one is home. I then called and asked if I could get the package retransitioned to where I'll be on that date. NOPE!. ******** customer service. I tend to blame the company themselves for issues, but this time, it's the customer AND the customer service reps. ******

    Horrible product and ****************** They don't stand behind their product and if you look at reviews.. No good products this year. I keep having sensor issues, Then transmitter went bad, Waiting 6 weeks for the replacement sensor. I even sent my Receiver to them and after they received, It.. Must have lost it....This company is a pain in the **** and will not stand behind their products...I TRULY HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.. Like I said,, Look at their Reviews..

    I have had two issues with Dexcom. First the product. First sensor - The readings were frequently sensing low and alarming throughout the day and night. These readings were. inaccurate. The Replacement sensor did not make it past the 25 minute warm up. Second issue - As there was some glitch on Dexcom side charging my CC, I received an invoice and asked to pay by cheque. I did so in good faith. The cheque was cashed but two weeks later my CC was charged 299$. I have called, and even went to the bank to confirm that Dexcom had cashed my cheque. This proof was provided to Dexcom and still I have not received the funds. I would never recommend purchasing this product .

    G6 is garbage. Invariably receive multiple 'No readings alerts' after wearing for 2-7 days. They come in clusters with increasing frequency. Once the defective device starts with the alert, it will rarely reach the 10 day limit it is posted for. They keep sending replacements and they continue to be defective. I'm lucky if 1 in 5 make it to 10 days. Will complain to my medical provider and let them know about the garbage being paid for. Shame on Dexcom.
