This company will NOT stop spam emailing. Im getting ***** emails per day. I never singed up with this company. I try to block or unsubscribe or report spam but it does not work because they slightly change one part of the email address every time. Terrible!Business response

That sounds super frustrating, we completely understand. I can assure you that we do not send nearly that many emails a day. In fact, I checked our internal database and the email address you used here is not found, meaning we are not emailing you at all. Nonetheless, I will still place your email address on our suppression list so that you can not receive emails from us in the future.
It is not in our practice to use multiple email addresses to contact our users or make it difficult to unsubscribe at all. If you would like to forward us some of the emails you've received to ********************************* we may be able to provide additional tips to identify who is emailing you because it isn't us.

On 12/11/2023, I responded to an email from Getitfree.us to confirm my address for the *********** gift card. After doing so, I also qualified for an Amazon gift card. Then on 12/19/2023, I confirmed my address for an Olive ****** gift card. I contacted their customer service by email on 3/14/2024 telling them that I was tired of responding to their emails as I never received anything. They wanted more information, so I sent them what I typed above about the gift cards, and I sent it on 4/15/2023 and they replied that it typically takes 4-8 weeks and to be patient. I told them that it had already been over that. I have not heard anything since.Business response

Thank you for confirming your information on more than one occasion, we appreciate that!
However, confirming your information is not how you redeem a free sample. We've included some FAQs in our newsletter to help users understand the necessary steps to claim their sample.
If you do not register with us so that we have your info in the system and answer a few questions so that we can get to know you better, you will not receive one of our samples like the gift cards you mentioned!
Thank you for replying to some of our newsletters but in order to receive a free sample, you have to claim it!

Did a survey on getitfree on 2/12/24 and was awarded an item and agreed to a $6.95 shipping fee.They charged my MasterCard $24.16.On 2/12/24, I sent their customer service an email requesting they credit my credit card because I didn't authorize the $24.16. No response.Sent them another email on 2/14, no response.Sent them another email today, 2/18.Below is a copy of the emails I sent them.2/18 Hi, would you please help resolve this problem?? Appreciate your help.*** ***** ******************** ************ 2/12/2024 Today I did a quick survey via you *** gift card ad. I was awarded a Dyson vacuum and I agreed to a $6.95 shipping charge. You then charged $24.95 to my credit card!!!! Cancel the shipment of the vacuum, and Return the $24.95 to my account!! Who authorized the $24.95 charge???? I didn't!! Please let me know when this is done. *** ***** ************ ******************** 2/14/24 I agreed to a $6.95 charge for shipping and nothing more. You charged $24.16 to my credit card. I did NOT authorize this. I would appreciate it if you cancel this transaction and return the $24.16 to my credit card. Please acknowledge receipt of this email.Customer response

I don't see any correspondence with your email address and our support account but that's okay, it's still really easy to unsubscribe yourself. Simply click unsubscribe in the footer of any email we've sent you. If you don't see an unsubscribe button, the email did not come from us.

My daughter ******* (11 years old) received a **** debit card from Netspend. She never requested the card. ******** advised me that they got her info from getitfree.us and that they said she may have requested it on her behalf. They continue to share her personal info with other companies and is now receiving lots of unsolicited offers.Business response

Please email us at *************** with the email address your daughter would have used when registering with us. I will need that to reference her user history. I conducted a search with your email and we don't have any records associated with it. If there is not another email address that you can think of that she may have used then unfortunately this mail has absolutely no association with us at all. Thanks!

I can gladly ensure your daughter is suppressed from any of our marketing campaigns. There were no records for the email address you provided which tells me the lead simply could not have originated from us. We'll still take steps to ensure she's not contacted by us in the future. That said, please be aware that complaints are published publicly which is why I suggested emailing us her address so that it would never be shown here.

I don't know how. But somehow my email got registered for this site. However, when I go to unsubscribe it says invalid email but won't let me change or do anything about it. The emails are scams and I don't want them.Business response

We're sorry to hear that you aren't enjoying our site but no worries at all. If the unsubscribe button is not available in the footer of the email, it did not come from us. However, based on the screenshot you attached I believe I see the issue. It looks like you may have input "[youremailaddress]@gmail.com,phill" so it does make sense that would error. Try simply, inputting your email without ******* at the end. I did not post your actual email here for your privacy! I will also add your email to our unsub sheet from our end. Thanks!

Someone used my phone and signed up for this get it free promotion and 15 seconds on she was done I got 10 called & texts from people trying to sell something and the call still keep coming. I just want it cancelled but I cant find out how to do it. If u hit unsubscribe it brings up another page and try to click on that and it wont work. So please stop calling and texting & emailing.Business response

No problem at all, we can help you unsubscribe yourself. I test our email preferences page often and it is functioning across all channels. What kind of device are you using? What browser is it? If you receive an email from us, simply click Unsubscribe in the footer and then update your preferences on the next page. If this doesn't work correctly it's possible that email did not come from us or there is a technical limitation with the browser or device you are using but that would be highly unlikely.
If you would like to remove yourself from our SMS program, simply reply STOP to any message we've sent you. Replying STOP is usually an industry standard so you can try that for any messages that did not come from us too and it may work!

Navigate to any email we've sent you and click Unsubscribe and you will be taken to your preferences page. Next, update your preferences and click Submit to save. If you do not see an Unsubscribe link in the footer of the email, it did not come from **. If you are a member of our SMS program, simply reply Stop to any message weve sent you and you will be removed. If you would like to remove yourself from our email list, simply click Unsubscribe, which you can find in the footer of any email we've sent you. If you do not see an Unsubscribe button in the footer of the email, it did not come from **. If you would like to remove yourself from our SMS list, simply reply STOP. That keyword is an industry standard, so even if you aren't receiving SMS messages from ** that still might work. Replying STOP to SMS messages that came from ** will remove you 100% of the time.
