      On or about 08/10/2023, my gaming account on DC Universe Online was terminated for erroneous, and/or ill derived means. Upon requesting an explanation, I was denied due process on multiple occasions, in malefaction of their own Terms of Service. Although no proof of my violation was offered, I was offered, however, the opportunity restart using a different email address. Such a demand was unreasonable and is tantamount to fraud as it would result in the loss of $2600 in cash, and over $212M in-game currency. Additionally, between the month of September 2020 through August 2023, I was subjected to persistent and ongoing harrasment, including racial slurs from online players by the gamer tag OG ******************************** among others. However, these two individuals were the ring leaders. During this four year period, I filed over 50 complaints, and nothing was done to protect from there abuse.Instead, I was told to put them on ignore. However, doing so did not prohibit them from continuing to bad mouth me, amid a chatroom full of other players (as many as 40 at a time), where followers of their would then engage in bullying and offensive behavior.The two offenders (above) often brag about how skillful they are at getting other players banned. They use various methods of manipulation, including, developing relationships with management and developers of Daybreak Game Company , LLC. , then they instigate racially motivated hate speech and confrontations with myself and other African-American players. Their verbal abuse will at times go on for hours, but as soon as I, or anyone says one word in our defense, (which ought to be considered mutual "smack talk"), suddenly we are subjected to suspension or banishment.It has been 18 months since my last warning and I have been ignoring both of these people since then. Hence, I am not aware of anything I could have done to warrant a complete ban of my account.My only guess is that it is an organized scam!

      DayBreak Games LLC is falsely advertising that players dont have to spend money on the game to be as progressed as other players, but the games missions that you do daily and weekly and the gameplay mechanics itself promote cash as currency and forces you to spend cash to progress with your friend and others, I have lost time spent in the game along with others thinking it was actually a free game that didnt force you to pay USD, when it was the complete opposite, as well with a harsh and insulting community.

      Daybreak gaming is not upfront about there in game purchases and you are not awarded what you pay for. There is many others in the community as well who have paid money and never get what they have paid for and they do not want to fix the issue to provide refund when they know of there issues and outdated gaming software

      11/25/2022 Was playing the game. It's the day after thanksgiving and I work a remote job. 0 calls or tickets all day allowed me to put some time in. I'm sitting here playing then all my screens go black. I asked my friends in discord if the server crashed and was told no. I tried logging back in and it says I'm suspended. I tried logging into their website to submit a ticket, but you can't even do that when you're suspended. I used a different account and submitted a ticket. They responded today 11/28/2022 and told me I was suspended for unattended gameplay. I was sitting at the computer the entire time. They said they sent me a message and I did not respond. The default chat box is half the size of your iPhone mini and every single text message filter into this box. I did not see their message and thus they say I'm unattended. NOTHING in their **** or any posted rules state I have to respond to anyone for any reason or have my account suspended.I explained to them in the ticket I was not unattended, and this is their response. Attached. So not only are they punishing me for doing nothing wrong. They are threatening to punish me further when I didn't break the rules in the first place.My prior history with this company is them doxing me which allowed my friends, family, and former employer to be harassed. Forcing me to view pornographic images. Suspending my accounts without just reason. All just because I wanted to play this game with my friends.I've filed this complain before, but they didn't resolve anything. No credit to my accounts for the times I was unable to access what I pay for. No apology for the harassment.I don't know if its a rogue employee that continues to instigate harassment towards me. As far as I'm aware no one has had to deal with what I have just to play this game. The same person that responded to me today is also in an attached e-mail from 7/28/2017 suspending me.

      This happened 09/16/2022. The day prior I purchased 200 usd worth of in game points. They then the next day made an unauthorized charge for the same amount as the previous day 212 dollars and some change. I found out on 09/28/2022 I contacted my payment provider then the company I bought from. They said they would issue a refund in 7 to 10 days it's now been 11 business days. I've tried emailing the parent company with no reply, they state to call them in their legal section but no one answered and the message says that you can't record a message because they discontinued phone support. I have contacted support several times with no response.
