      After playing the game EverQuest 2 for many years, an item value misconfiguration in the EverQuest 2 marketplace caused my account to be banned.This free item had a value of 1 copper piece. When placed in the player house and picked back up, the item value increased.After aquiring several of these items with the intent of decorating, they were inherently sold as I was looking at item value only, not the item itself.I was then immediately banned from the game.After seeking assistance from Daybreak in customer support they confirmed twice that their actions were firm.

      The company has suspended my game account for dubious reasons -- and while the company has the right to cancel my account (its your game) the company does not have the right to block me from my personal and private credit card and payment information.Daybreak games, when suspending an account lock you out of any access to the site. This disallows you from accessing appeals to suspensions (which makes that option trivialized). More concerningly and the primary cause of my involving the Better Business Bureau, is that it locks the customer out from changing / removing payment information.If all suspended accounts had customer's payment information removed, and immediately stopped charging suspended accounts that would be fine - but it appears that is not the case. No information has been given to me on the nature, length, or any detail whatsoever on my suspension - including if I am still being charged. Which I suspect quite strongly the answer is - yes I am still being charged.

      I paid an entry fee for a digital event they have every Sunday, however during the event I experienced a bug that impacted detrimentally on my game play and upon investigation seems this bug had been around for about 3 weeks and they haven't fixed it not have they made any reasonable attempt to make a public notice or known issue about this.Also I found out the bug also impacted a tournament I played the day before. I submitted a reimbursement request for both events for the reason the unfixed bug prevented me from obtaining a good result on these tournaments. However since they first reimbursed be the entry fee from the Saturday tournament (10 tix = 10 USD) they denied the reimbursement for the 2nd tournament held on Sunday which happens to also be more expensive entry fee (30 tix = 30 USD).I complained about the lack of common sense about why would they only reimburse me for one event and not both or even why only the cheapest one. I would want a prompt resolution to this and my money back. Even better if they would apologize with a larger reimbursement for all the trouble and lack of customer service

      Two unauthorized payments have been fraudulently taken from my checking account. 7/9 transaction #****** $14.99 and 7/16 transaction # ****** $17.99. I have NEVER done any business with this company and never even heard of them. I do not play any variety of online games and there is no other person that is authorized to use my debit card. These charges have nothing to do with me and I want my funds promptly refunded. This is theft and it will take weeks to go through the fraud department with my bank, which I will do. A quick internet search reveals how disreputable this company is. When you call them, you cannot speak to a person and their voice mail is "inactivated", Obviously wishing to actually resolve any issues regarding their criminal activities. I want the funds stolen from me returned immediately.

      I was planning on the new TLP server that launched May 22 2024. I paid for 3 accounts and purchased Krono for this purpose. I have played the game before and am familiar with the terms and conditions of the ****. Less than 24 hours into the new server launch my accounts were banned for cheating. I have never used any 3rd party software and was following the rules when I got banned. I appealed the ban and got no response. I would like to be reimbursed for the amount I have spent.

      I had a eq account forever ago stopped playing for awhile because of disability and while not playing I had got into a car accident so it messed up my memory, I had emailed this company about getting my account back I remember alot of my toons including iteams said toons had but thanks to the car wreck I don't remember much more I've spent alot of time on that account got a few epics and spent a good amount of money of expansions, I had 2 other accounts attached to the email given would love to get my account back please and thank you

      This company's website does not allow for them to be contacted directly in any way to resolve an issue. Every time you click on support or contact it redirects you back to the same page. I did not pay this company directly, as this company was not the original owner and has changed hands more than once. I paid the original company, Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) well over $1,000.00 starting in 2002, and daybreak games wont allow me access to that account indirectly.

      to fix the issue and stop lying to us about the issue! the problem is that Daybreak has developed a virus and called is an expansion! the program is growing in size everyday and the game is now broken so badly that it is unplayable! i pay over 600 bucks a year on this game, as do many of us and for that much money they should give us a finished product! this time around they gave us a virus that is growing in real-time in game! pixelation: toast, cant see anything through the culdoscope of colors in the way attached to every npc and player in ************** hall completely gone ! stripped by virus, chat channels complete mess, cant read anything ! this list is HUGE !!! and all they say is oh we are working on it .. with every patch they do making the virus grow!! need to talk to an Executive of customer care to understand why they gave us a virus and how they are going to compensate us for this major failure that we bad tons of money for !!

      I paid for a life time Lord of the Rings Online account in October of 2009. In 2020 I lost access to the account with no reason given. I've continued to try and regain the game account several times.I've just recently found the receipt for the the Lifetime Account and gave those credentials to their support staff. They continue to refuse to help me regain the account.Order # ********** Lifetime - $199 If Daybreak Games for reason I can't even image can't allow me to gain access to the Lord of the Rings Online account, I would liker a refund check mailed to me for $199.By definition a Lifetime is "the duration of a person's life." I'm not dead, and I can't log in for the last 4 years, So I would like a refund check mailed to me.

      This complaint relates to "The Lord of the Rings Online" (LOTRO) MMO game which Standing Stone Games LLC owns, distributes and runs.I have had an account on LOTRO since 2007 when the game launched and paid for a "Lifetime" subscriber. I have had no issues with subsequent owners/distributers of the game - it has changed hands a few times in the intervening years. I do not play as much as I once did, but I do actively purchase and play expansions as they are released.To this, I went to login to my account last week and found I could not get access. I have raised tickets with SSG support system multiple times and found out that my account has been "stolen," and likely misused by a criminal third party.SSG asked me to provide evidence that the account is mine and once I do that they would then recover the account for **** have since provided;My details (name, address, email address ********************** details Email Receipts of purchases, server moves, character transitions and general communications from LOTRO/SSG in the past 13 years.PayPal ********************** ID's for multiple transactions in the previous years A CD Key related to the first major LOTRO expansion from 2010/11 I have also gone through my recent emails in an attempt to discover when it was compromised and the only email I can find from SSG which would be a notification of such was sent to me on the 14 June 23 @ 17:39 - this email LOOKs suspicious and like a phishing email, so this is why it was ignored at the time,
