I am a customer of *************, which is a Subsidiary of Daybreak Games. I have spent approximately ***** thousand dollars on my accounts over the past 5 years or so.Recently, Darkpaw has been banning random accounts for "Cheating". Recently I had several accounts that were banned for "cheating" despite not actively cheating. This has happened to others as well. My primary concern with this, is that they are known for banning accounts to bring in additional revenue from people reopening new accounts and having to purchase account upgrades. In addition to this, there are multiple known cheaters who have suspected affiliation with the company, and involved in real money exchanges for in game items. These accounts violate the rules, but are never punished due to known affiliations with Daybreak employees.I attempted to contact customer service to discuss some of these grievances, but they do not accept phone calls, and have ignored and closed multiple tickets over the past month.I have several primary concerns that I would like addressed:1) Daybreak refuses to tell individuals who's account they have banned, exactly what the reason for banning was. When real money is involved, I believe there should be some transparency. If there is no transparency, then reimbursements should be issued for subscription time paid for.2) If there is standing policy in place in the ****, then the policy should be uniform amongst all customers. The ********************** is choosing to punish multiple paying customers, while allowing known hackers and cheaters who make thousands of USD annually with transactions to continue to play without punishment. 3) Daybreak also uses loot boxes. While not officially gambling, the items from their loot boxes are tradeable in game for a currency called Krono, which is easily sold for USD. They do not post odds of winning certain high value items with their loot boxes. I know personally I have spent almost 1000 dollars without winningInitial Complaint

I paid money for in game credits (tickets). During use of the game, it frequently crashes and becomes unstable. This does not allow me to use the in game credits in the way that they are meant to be used. I cannot even play the game at all sometimes due to the issue.The attached screen shots show the game in various stages of crashing. This company owns the developers of Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO). I have 2 lifetime accounts with this game (does not need a subscription)(aacounts are axxedge and twinkiecakes). The game progresses by expansions and various types of other in-game items. The game has several in-game currencies, that can be used to buy digital items within the game. There is one currency that you can buy with real money, called LOTRO Points.Recently I saw a digital support packs advertised on their website, with 3 levels of content, the most expensive called "Rivendell Luxuriant Supporter Pack". This supporter pack is advertised/shown to include ****** LOTRO Points. See attached photos.I purchased this pack on both accounts, and expected to receive the digital items when I first logged in on each account. I did not receive ****** LOTRO Points on either account, but instead was only granted ***** on each account.I have filed supports tickets with the game, 2 weeks ago, and these tickets are just ignored.This is not acceptable. You cannot advertise something and not actually deliver what is advertised. So first you cheat me, then you insult me by ignoring my request to have it solved.Initial Complaint

I would like to appeal my ban. My account should be released because I've been falsely accused of cheating on Dc Universe Online. I will submit evidence that I am being falsely accused of this ban. First I would like to start that I am not the cheater you claim me to be. My friend Kyza was having trouble logging in to his account, and we are both PC players, so he asked me a favor to try to log in with his accounts to see what's wrong with them. I have provided screenshots of the conversation up until the accusations of my ban. When I tried to log back into my account, so I could continue playing dcuo as I was I had trouble logging into my account. Once again I was just doing a favor for my friend not knowing the outcome that this would happen to my account. I provided Screenshots of the conversation on the day of the offense which was February ***** of 2022. Also, when I play DCUO I'm on full screen during the gameplay. The game I purchased over a period of more than three years is like not working at all. When I attempt to interact in the game it simply doesnt work. I have the game for years and years and it suddenly stopped working about one month ago. I have filed the bug reports and gotten no response that is helpful. It seems to be more along the lines of bullying or giving up rather than helping, namely as I have had the account since the title I am playing, Planetside 2, stopped working. The studio has multiple games and it seems to be just with the one. Last time I contacted them they hung up and online standard channels seem to be escalated bullying at best. To be totally honest I'm not really sure you can help. I was thinking about getting back into this game owned my daybreak game called Everquest. I was scrolling though there website and seen this add *************************************. The add states re-scribe and you get get a level 100 boosted character + other stuff. I seen this got a little excited an re-subscribed to the game. Well come to find out this is an add for march-April for 2024. If you were subscribed during that time you would get the 100 boosted character + other stuff. I feel that, i was tricked i don't see any reason why that add would still be on there website but to trick people. i would still like to get my level 100 boosted character, but i am happy playing the game again even tho i was drawn back under false pretenses.Initial Complaint

On July 12, 2024 ************* Community Manager Angeliana made a post on their forums that a the expansion for Witherred Lands /Skyshrine would unlock on 11/19. When 11/19 rolled around they said it was now the 20th and was always the 20th. This is false advertising. Also cost people money as they had taken the day off of work in anticipation of this new expac. My account through ******************** has become unusable/broken. Despite changing the password multiple times, the primary account is inaccessible.Another account was created to create a petition for the above issue and also address the problem via forum. No action or response has been taken on either aspect.There is no ability to access financial information provided to the company via my account. Next, I am still being charged for account access despite this. Next, this is a material breach in contract from the inability to use the paid for services. Lastly, this runs afoul of 12 U.S. Code 5481 for financial transactions.This is a known reoccurring problem from 2018 forward harming multiple parties. They double charged me for a subscription I did a chargeback because I dont know how you get a subscription twice. Now they are not only saying I owe them the extra subscription they banned my account and keep unbanning it this is the 4th or 5th time even after I have volunteered to give them the money I cancelled my chargeback they said they never got it so my bank decided to do another chargeback since they said they never got it and now theyre demanding me to pay them the money I had to do another chargeback on so apparently they did see it in their system contrary to the pile of emails I have from them
