      Glad to see I am not the only one that has fallen for People ******'s scams. First of all, they don't "find" any information that I couldn't find on my own through ****** search. Second, they have been charging my credit card for over a year now even after canceling for over a year multiple times!! BE AWARE they are a scam!!

      I was trying the one time offer to find my lost phone it was for 95. Cents. The information I got was a old owner of my phone number it wasn't even my information. Two days later they charged my account for people finders ***** that I didn't agree for . BEWARE of these kind of scammers that charge you for whatever they want to.

      I used PeopleFinders once and paid what I thought was a one-time fee back in September. Since then, I have been getting charges for CFK*PEOPLEFINDERS and CFK*PF REWARDS for $24.95 and $14.95 respectively. Apparently, after you use their service once, they auto enroll you for monthly membership AND their rewards program all WITHOUT telling you. I reached out to them to reverse the charges, but they refused. A very shady business with horrendous customer service!       Im very upset and I consider companies like this one predators. They scam money off of the backs of the hardworking innocent public who happen upon their site for some information and trust they will do as they advertise. For example a special offered 3 days for $3.95! Great deal I had my business finished in less than 48 hours. I followed instructions to the red print to CANCEL clicked on it as directed and thought that was it what a great service and a fair price. Yeah WRONG!!!!! They are scammers and thieves, they rob the middle to poor hardworking people to line their own dirty pockets. People such as you folks can shower over and over but youll never wash the stink off youll always smell bad. Your a pack of thieves. Because its wasnt but 3 days after I canceled you stole $29.95 from me as if Id never CANCELED!!!!! I want my $29.95 back immediately or Im going to let every internet site know that your company is a bunch of stinky thieves and im serious. *******************************

      Tried to find something on a free website, and it links to the peoplefinders.com for more information, and it charges a lot. I was thinking to leave, but when the system captured the "leave" and tried to sell $1 dollar for one person's report.... I think one dollar is OK to double check on someone. I read very carefully to see if there's any hidden fee or any subscription, but there's nothing on that page. It's all good at this time.After few days later, I found they charged a $29.95 for a month. This is insane, crazy.... Later, I found they had this subscription only at the receipt in the email, if you didn't notice, you will miss to cancel the subscription.Additionally, the charge is much high than a "standard" fee, I remembered it's much cheaper than $29.95. Overall, this website plays tricks on the customers. It's fraud. I immediately disputed this on my credit card company, as now, they are playing "another trick", delaying the respond to the credit card company --- I guess they will respond at the last minute or don't respond at all. 1 - star is the minimal, it's 0 star if BBB allows.
