      I have to constantly reach out to people finder to get a return on a transaction I never authorized. They keep charging me a subscription fee and I have to ask for the refund and get ignored. I never signed up for this feature or subscription it was one of my teenagers but the authorization to charge my card was never given. Please do something about this

      We canceled your membership and issued 2 courtesy refund for $24.95. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process back into your credit or debit card.

      At the time of purchase you chose to receive a discounted price for your report by signing up for a 3 day trial to our Membership. You had the option to cancel this membership trial at any time via your account on the website, via email, or with a representative over the phone. We did not receive any notification that you wished to cancel this trial, so the membership renewed. It is now canceled and there will be no further charges.
