    Sofa paid for is not due to be delivered until June. Cancellation policy states if cancel before shipping they will cancel and refund yet you cannot get in touch with anyone. I needed to cancel this sofa. I have tried calling, no answer. I have tried emailing as they suggest, no answer. I tried chat support and it states will reply in a few hours. What the heck are they doing. I need my money back and will place a claim via my credit card.What a mess. I do not recommend this and shame on me for even going there without research.

    False advertising, misleading customer service, extreme wait times, and more. - We purchased a couch from Anabei on February 9th. - We received the couch on April 20th. Over 2 months of waiting! - The shipment showed up completely covered in mud..- After assembling the couch we realized we paid $1,200 for a large camping chair. It literally SINKS to the ground. Frumpy is the main descriptor. - Reached out to Anabei because their website claims to provide 30 day returns. - They sent back a ******* LINK to restyle the couch and catch any issues that *** make your sectional look less than desirable - Posted a review to their website and it was immediately deleted. Ridiculous scammers.
