    This is the worst company I have ever worked with for customer service except for their shipper of choice *****. Ive been waiting two months for a 72-hour delivery and ***** cant even find my $3000 package that says its on a truck and out for delivery for the last two days. But ***** has at least let me speak with human beings the last two days - whovr given my NOTHING in the way of results or promises made and kept about updates so I can pick it up myself - they have no clue where its at- Ive yet to speak with a human being at Anabei through all of this nonsense For TWO MONTHS NOBODY has called me Thats what my $3000 is worth to these two companies Absolutely NOTHING Never again

    The sofa is poorly designed and cheaply made, which is not reflected in its price tag. They do not require you to return the cushions, which I'm sure would be a nightmare, but quite honestly, this is also a reflection of the quality. They don't hold up to typical family life like other sofas in the same price range do. Additionally, though they do have a generous return policy, customer support is slow and unhelpful. 0/10 do not recommend.

    ************ wasnt arriving, so we canceled but they refused, charged us & shipped it over 2 months late. It is poorly & cheaply made of metal rod frame w tarp as seating base, not worth $3700. On the day we received the sofa we canceled right away with 5 of the6 boxed unopened. Anabei reply was for us to contact a charity or church to donate it to them then they will credit us back once they received the letter. After several weeks of searching for someone to pickup finally we received & forwarded the letter to them. No credit. They refused to credit us back and or pick up the product as per contract. I am a senior w back problems I certainly cannot take 6 large boxes to the post office. It has been over 6 months and still no results. This was a birthday gift from my daughter. We have the emailing back & forward as proof that the promise of refund is still not honoured since January 2025 when we requested a full refund. These boxes r still sitting in my home unopened.

    The order was placed in November, had an End of December shipping estimate and shipped on time with delivery 1/10. 

    Since the customer disputed the charge back in February it prevented us from being able to refund them. 

    We have discontinued making our product available in Canada due to return logistics issues which is why customer in Canada had to donate their pieces instead of returning them.  However we would have refunded it months ago had there not been a dispute.

    Claiming that you would have made a refund months ago is a lie. The dispute was closed as soon as Anabei stated they would refund us as long as we cancelled the dispute. Upon providing proof to Anabei that the dispute was closed, they still refused to provide us a refund. They claimed that the dispute was not closed even though we provided proof and screenshots that it had been cancelled. We waited 4 weeks for Anabei to provide the refund and they never followed up. Extremely unprofessional company who not only lies, but does not hold up to their word.

    Strong chemical smells, poor structural support, received messages via email on how to return couch by putting shams in box, provide dimensions and weight then they will provide return label. We have had no response in three days.

    Cushion inserts are compacted for shipment and can take 7-10 days to fully expand so they customer never felt the actual finished product.

    This customer initiated a return within the return policy on 6/26. Since they disposed of the packaging they had to source boxes.  They provided the box size and weight 6/29 and had labels sent to them 6/30.  This item is pending a return for a full refund.

    I have had a negative experience with Anabei. I ordered a modular sofa based on reviews which I now believe were not authentic and possibly generated by the company to drive new business. The ordering process was simple but once I paid, the follow up was very vague. Ultimately the delivery was incomplete- missing one box-so I was unable to assemble the furniture and it sits in unopened boxes useless while I have an empty space in my living room. I had carefully planned based on their delivery confirmation and even ***** was confused when they arrived with a partial shipment. It was very difficult to contact customer service to report this issue. I requested return labels to cut my losses and I do not feel confident that they will arrive in a timely manner. In them meantime I am stuck with boxes piled in my living room and no real clarity on how to get a refund for this terrible transaction. I should have paid more mind to the reviews online before purchasing, Bad decision. Over 2 thousand dollars to wait several weeks for a half-shipped DIY couch?

    I am so sorry that you have been affected by this issue.  Our shipments originate in the *********** area which, as you are likely aware, there has been some unrest which has hindered ******* operations.  This has disturbed our pickups and separated some boxes within the same shipments.  We are working diligently with ***** to resolve this and get these shipments on the way as quickly as possible. 

    Each section is modular and in its own box, so we hope you can open it and try the other sections while waiting for the last one to arrive.  I checked the tracking and see it is arriving in two days.

    False advertising, absolute fraud. The couch is essentially an oversized metal camping chair with memory foam and cheep fabric. Fabric that stains and tears easily. Save your money, its junk.

    This customer ordered in 5/2024.  They must have enjoyed the product as they ordered an additional armchair in 1/2025.  The customer did select the Eggshell fabric which is very close to white which could be why they are seeing that it stains easily. 

    We offer a 1-year warranty though and do not see any warranty claims of tears for this customer so they must not have been caused thru normal use. Both items are still covered by the warranty at this time, but the customer did not reply to our emails offering assistance.

    PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY an absolute nightmare. End of December I finally pulled the trigger to buy a new couch as i was moving to a new state and i had been contemplating on Anaheim because i have two Mastiffs and with the couch being washable, pet friendly and stain resistant, i thought this would be an amazing addition. I WAS WRONG. Pet hair CLINGS to the material so bad and had so many stains that will not wash out after only having the couch for 2 months. I emailed them and expressed my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with this and they basically told me to kick rocks because there was only a 30 day guarantee. I even told ******* that i would send back the covers for a different material or color in hopes that they would exchange it. They denied that as well. So now im am disputing this for fraud and false advertising. So many other people have experienced this same thing and i hope this will stead you away from this couch company Not to mention that the seat back is so uncomfortable. They fall to the back and never stay in place. I will definitely be getting something else as im so irritated

    I purchased a couch from Anabei based on their advertised claims of high quality and pet-friendly materials. What I received was far from what was described. The couch is extremely uncomfortable, with metal bars pressing through the cushions, making it difficult to sit or lie down for extended periods. The cushions lose their shape almost immediately after use and require constant fluffing to maintain any support.Despite being marketed as fur-repellent, pet hair clings to the fabric excessively and is nearly impossible to remove. Additionally, the amount of assembly required was not disclosed upfront. The couch arrived in multiple pieces, and every single part had to be put together, which was unexpected for a product of this type.After realizing these issues, I attempted to contact the company for a resolution. However, I discovered that Anabei does not provide a verifiable business address and uses a domain privacy service to conceal its identity. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability.I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The product does not match the description, and their lack of business transparency makes it difficult to seek resolution if there are any issues.

    I purchased an ottoman slipcover. It took a while to arrive because they make it after the order rather than pulling it off a shelf. I do not own their furniture. Im sure it may be helpful for young families who spill baby bottles or koolaid but its basically a folding metal lawn chair frame with attached pillows, covered by a slip cover, for a relaxed look. The plus is that its completely washable and modular. The downside is its a lightweight frame and theres a wait for the build. That being said, I absolutely love the item and the fabric that I ordered ( Heritage Velvet in I think it was called ****). It was well sewn, and the seams were finished nicely on the inside so it wont fray when laundered.
