      I opened a business checking account and as soon as I funded the account, the money was stolen. I was sent a debit card which I never received, and since there were no security features at all, someone was able to activate the debit card and use all the money on it. I submitted a claim and got a response that "I am responsible". Bluevine failed to have the security features necessary to protect my money. Not only am I going to continue fighting until I am fully refunded, but I will take legal action if necessary. Additionally, I plan to let everyone know about how horrible this experience has been for me and for compromising my small business all thanks to Bluevine's lack of security. It seems nothing short of a coincidence that my debit card was stolen all the money drained. Bluevine also immediately closed my account as soon as I filed a dispute. This bank is absolutely awful and I strongly urge everyone to deposit their money elsewhere.

      I, (A Business Checking Account Holder) have let this bank know several times that their was an unauthorized fraudulent charge to my account. I filed several disputes submitting undeniable proof. I (A Business Checking Account Holder) reported my card stolen and still have yet to receive a replacement card. I have submitted proof that from the date of 08/28/2023-09/01/2023 I was in police custody, making it impossible for me to make a transaction on my card the date of 08/30/2023. Bluevine has permitted someone to fraudulently steal a total of $4000 dollars from my account causing me very much pain and suffering. My arrest on 08/28/2023 is ******** public record and factual. With that being fact, I could not possibly make a transaction due to myself being in ************* ********************** custody until 09/01/2023. So Bluevine Bank along with an anonymous individual or party has illegally conspired together to impersonate I, (Business Checking Account Holder), to commit bank fraud, illegally removing unauthorized funds from my account.Attached is all exhibits and or evidence supporting my claim.

      BlueVine held a check written to me for three days. I referenced an email notifying me that the check cleared and the funds were available. Based on this, I proceeded to move money into other accounts and write checks to other companies. I also had BlueVine send checks totally over 5k to ***************** and another vendor (which costs $1.50 each). Three days after, I suddenly received an email stating that ALL my accounts with them were suspended. Since it was a Saturday, no one was available to speak to me until today (Monday). I found out that the check was returned (after clearing) because the signature was slightly off from the signature on a check I previously received from this client a month prior. I explained to them that my client is not out of state on a business trip and Im unable to get a replacement check at this time. I asked about the money ($5k+) that they already took out of one of my other accounts for the checks they sent on my behalf and I was informed those would bounce ok, so then wheres the money they took out when I requested this transaction? So as it stands, all my business accounts are frozen because of a check they cleared then later returned over a slightly off signature resulting in me having no access to nearly $10k in my other accounts with them. My checks are now going to bounce and Ill be stuck with all those fees and making my business look terrible. This company is absolutely horrible and fraud! I will be seeking legal action and media attention for this poor excuse for business!

      Bluevine Bank placed my account on hold because they need to see an invoice for my business phone number dated within the last 30 days. *** already told them and showed them I pay my phone bill once a year, and I dont have the type of invoice they want. Plus Ive had this number and account since February! Plus I have 2 other business accounts with them, but thats about to change very soon. Its got to be illegal to stop access to money my business earned because of a phone number I still use everyday.

      My company has been a customer of ******************, *** for the better part of 6 months after we were offered a line of credit. Things this far have been going fantastically from both parties. I have been in need of a new bank, they offered 2% on deposits, no ACH fees, no mine/fees. Excellent! I opened the checking accounts 2 months ago.Two weeks ago I made the switch from Chase to Bluevine. They have been holding deposits for a week, which is normal. No problem.Then funds were released and I started making payments. Suddenly this past week I started getting emails that my ACH payments have been cancelled. Not sure why, I have the funds in the account and all the receiving banks details were correct.They needed verification of our business? So I sent over the information and it was rejected. I called support and they asked for a different document (not one they asked for online). I sent that and it was approved.Now they are saying they cant verify what we do and they are asking for Proof of Work completed. I sent them the customers PO copy, our packing slip and invoice and they rejected it.I cant get anyone to respond. I cant get funds released or payments sent out. My entire business is on hold and they are not willing to help.If Bluevine needed this all verified, it should have been done at least 2 months ago when I first opened the account, NOT after we deposited several thousands of dollars.Imagine you are a small company and you cant pay rent, your vendors, your employees, yourself and at the same time you cant receive payments from your customers.Please help me resolve this issue so we can get back to business. This is unprofessional and scam behavior.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      While my account has been taken off of hold, they failed to update the information within my Account and I am still experiencing issues - I cannot fully use my account (such as to send international wire transfers). I have called Support on Wednesday, they said it was escalated to a Supervisor and should be resolved today or sooner. They said they would expedite it but they did not. I am still not able to fully conduct business and it is negatively impacting my business.

      I hope Bluevine takes my experience (as well as others) to improve internal processes to prevent further disruption to their customer's businesses. We did not have any issues with a competitor bank. I wish to continue to work with Bluevine and hope they are quicker to resolve issues; it should not take 2-3 days for a response. Other banks are able to resolve these types of issues by the end of the call and I expect the same level of service with Bluevine.

      On the evening of 8/31/2023 by business account was placed on hold. No communication, no email nothing. I woke up on 9/1/23 and went to buy supplies for my business and was advised my transaction was declined. I attempted to log in through my mobile banking and received the message I had to log in online due to a hold on my account. I was unable to make my purchase and went to open my business and log into my BlueVine account from my laptop. My night credit card deposit didn't clear and they froze my funds. I called to inquire and they advised that there was a verification hold. Now when I opened this account I sent all the necessary information and a rep continuously called me to get me to utilize my account advising of all the benefits. I eventually switched banks last week and here I am Labor Day Weekend with no access to my business funds on the busiest day of the weeks Friday and Saturday for me and Monday is a holiday. I called and escalated to a supervisor and when I was not satisfied she just kept saying I am clarifying this for you and there is no one else you can speak with. This should be illegal- these are funds my business earned not Bluevine. I want access to my account so I can withdraw the funds and go back to my original bank. I only want the corporate office of escalations to contact me.

      My bank account suffered atm fraud due to a hacker, and I had $3200 stolen from me. Despite submitted police case numbers and my *** report, this bank has repeatedly refused to return my FDIC insured funds to me after months of disputing with them. No other bank that was attacked by this hacker denied my claims. This is completely unreasonable for this bank to not return my money to my business. I have submitted all documents to Bluevine already. The communication from this bank is terrible and there is no explanation of denial of return of funds. Please let me know if you need more from me.

      BLUEVINE HAS STOLEN MY MONEY! THEY placed a hold on my account for over 2 weeks now even though I've given them all of the information to prove my new phone number is mine. All I wanted to do was change my phone number because they would not allow me access to my account without it. This is ridiculous. Now, they have ignored numerous emails from me. They never know what to do when I call. They treat me awful and say they will send it to the "underwriters" I'm an infuriated at this point. All My bills came due and I can't even get my money to pay them. I hope they do a class action against Bluevine, and Shut them down forever. They need to give me my money or I will seek civil and criminal charges against them!

      I received an email from Bluevine. They continue to deny me access to my account unless I give them a PDF phone **** with my name on it. I have already let them know that it's a free phone from assurance wireless. Assurance wireless told me that since it's a free service they do not provide a phone bill, and that I should screenshot my account page. That's what I did. I also screenshot the conversation I had with Assurance Wireless. Bluevine has all of this documentation. I also have a picture of me holding my ID. They know it's me. This is why I'm filing a complaint because it's obvious they are stealing my money at this point. I also have all of this documented, so that I can *** them for overdue fees and punitive damages since their actions of stealing my money is costing me money at this point. They have refused to reply to any of my emails or phone calls for over 2 weeks. They just now replied because I filed a complaint with you all. 

      I am attaching some of what I've sent to them so far, and I'm forwarding you the email they sent me. They keep asking me for something they know I can't get even though it's obvious I'm myself. This is the email I received from Bluevine

Also, I tried to use my debit card to transfer my funds to another institution, and it was denied by Bluevine! I cannot access MY own money nor transfer MY money! This is the worst financial service in history! I'm pursuing legal counsel. I want MY money now!

      It is clear bluevine is not a bank and is a scam. They hide behind coastal community FDIC license which they would lose soon. ********************** is under investigation by the congress already for PPP loan and they might be another failing fintech company.. We made a mistake going to bluevine and if anyone want to complain send the complaint to the federal reserve of ************* they are already investigating them.

       

      reading that someone lost $46K and another $178K with bluevine already makes me feel bad with them as our balance was less... this place must be closed.

      They act as a checking account then the go and lend that money as bluevine capital with high interest usury interest rates....

      The federal reserve told us they are looking into them already and we will be in touch...
