      On Nov 25 2024 I contacted Poshmark about opening an account for selling items. They said I needed to allow them to authenticate my bank account by letting them withdraw money for a 3 second hold. The money would be put right back. My bank would not approve that. So then they said to get a ****** card and put money for them to access. I did that. They took ****** twice for this 3 second hold. Then they said I needed it put ****** more in for them to access. I could not do that so they just stopped communicating with me. Now they have ****** from my ****** card that has still not been returned. I don't know what happened to the 3 second hold or what they have done with my money. Please help me

      Sell sold boots stating the boots are certain to fit women's 7.5 by stating they WOULD fit a women's 7.5. Boots came they wouldn't even fit me iam a women's 7, so I contacted seller, she said maybe they don't fit because the boots are vintage, and said she would take them back and refund me. Poshmark said no to me getting a refund, and stated it's not the sellers fault the boots didn't fit because they are vintage. So she was just guessing the boots would she said, WOULD fit a women's 7.5. why didn't the seller say should be, not will be as in would as seller says would fit insinuates the seller did her or his due diligence, that's what WOULD means the seller knew for sure, but no the sell guessed because the seller said, and offers her condolences by stating well the don't fit maybe because their vintage. Maybe so, then why did the seller claim 7.5 women's, she guess, the seller did not take any measurements to be certain, thus shouldn't have sold the boots as if she knew for a fact. Instead of letting the seller reimburse like the seller offered, because the boots are vintage that's probably why the boots don't fit, Poshmark won't have her abide by the terms of service to be honest about what your selling, oh heck no all you have to do is guess, and if the guess is wrong the the buyer gets ripped off, it's awful to be taken for an idiot. The power goes to who makes Poshmark more money thus above the law.

      I purchased the following item from Poshmark on November 15th #****df0650e2dfa9a9eb5c55 They were described at "Good condition - no holes or stains". However, when I received them, the elastic in the pants was shot. It just stretched out and didn't stretch back. I filed the claim with Poshmark immediately and sent a photo to demonstrate the issue best as I could. They wanted more photos and when I responded with an inquiry about what more would they like me to send because it's no easy to show bad elastic in a photo when you can't see or touch it, they denied the claim. You can clearly see in the photo I sent that the elastic is not gathered. The elastic was brittle and had lost all elasticity.

      I sold my Moncler coat on Poshmark originally having it for sale at 500$ someone offered 395 I recommended they buy over 500 so it can be authenticated and they would feel comfortable with their purchase they refused stating it was out of their budget, the cost gets delivered and the buyer claims its inauthentic I knew it was authentic being that I purchased it for 1000$ on **** earlier this year but I did not have time to fight over it so I accepted the return when I received the return it was a totally different coat that reeked of bodily fluids and was not Moncler I recorded me opening the box and it proved that it was not my coat my coat would also never fit in a box of that size! I thought Poshmark would help me being robbed on their problem they did not they have ignored all of my emails and said they will no longer be helping me! What type of business is this?? Robbed on a platform and no compensation?!? Over the past three years I have made Poshmark 5600$ PURELY in commission I have made 25000$ total in sales on the platform and this is the support I receive in return! I have attached proof of authenticity and the jacket I received. I would like a refund and my account to be reinstated

      My husband and 14 year old daughter wanted to buy me real diamond earrings for my birthday. The thought they found real diamond earrings on poshmark. They made a $500 bid @diamondlovers for earrings they were selling and in the advertisement ad it states authentic diamond earrings and they are not we are not diamond experts we read real authentic diamonds and made the purchase. When receiving the package we have discovered that the diamonds are lab grown diamonds, no where in the ad did it say lab grown, that is not what we were purchasing. My 14 year daughter saved up her allowance and bought me those earrings. Poshmark has a return guarantee if the ad is not labeled correctly we are guaranteed a return. Poshmark has denied my return, this company is not trustworthy and fraud, if you are going to sell lab diamonds it needs to say on the ad it is lab diamonds. You cannot say real authentic diamonds when they are not! I want a return we can ship the package back!

      I am rejecting this response because they have not followed their return policies, they have falsely advertise something stating that it is real and authentic when it is not real! We did not want to purchase fake jewelry, we wanted to buy real diamonds, real gold and that is not we have received and on top of that spent over $500 on fake jewelry. My next step is hiring a lawyer and taking taking this even further until we get this resloved.

      345$ were owed to me from my sales made on this platform. Poshmark has not released my funds. My account was restricted but I was able to request a direct deposit with my bank that stated would take approximately 2-3 business days. I have the bank statement to prove that I have not received none of the funds from the image shown.       While I was watching the "bagriculture" show on Poshmark.com last night at around 6:45 PM, I accidentally clicked on "Buy Now" by mistake on "**** Vuitton 21FW Charcoal Leather Cartable" (1st attachment). I immediately requested to cancel the purchase while on the show, and repeated my request to cancel many times. The host never responded.I tried repeatedly to cancel the order on the Poshmark website within 3 hours, as is their policy (2nd attachment). But, it didn't show up on "My Purchases". Yet, I saw that there was a Pending charge on my ****************** account from ********************** for ************** attachment).I tried to message the seller via Poshmark.com, but the website didn't allow it (4th attachment). Then I texted the seller (5th attachment). I then emailed the seller a few times, but the seller didn't cancel. I can forward those emails if necessary.I emailed Poshmark repeatedly last night and this morning to cancel the Accidental Purchase, but they have yet to respond to my many requests.       I repeat, I wasn't bidding on the Bagriculture Posh Show.  Seconds after my Accidental Purchase, due to the confusing trickery on the blue link, Buy Now, I messaged Bagriculture firmly and repeatedly on the Posh Show to cancel the order.  The host ignored my messages.  I found Bagriculture's phone number and email online.  I texted and emailed them to cancel the Accidental Purchase, yet they didn't.

      It wasn't even showing under "My Purchases" when I went to my account on ******************.  Then, I went to my bank account online and I was shocked to see that there was a pending charge from Poshmark for $2,161.30!

      To my second shock, when I went back to my Poshmark account, I saw that they withdrew the $5 credit I had also, which will bring the total fraudulent charge to $2,166.0.

      Within the 3 hour cancellation window, I tried repeatedly to cancel the Accidental Purchase on Poshmark.com but wasn't allowed to. 

      Also within 3 hours, I sent 3 emails to ******************************** which were ignored too.  I tried to call Poshmark's phone number, ************ six times, but no one answered and the voicemail box was full.

      After the "3 hour window" passed, the Accidental Purchase appeared on my Poshmark account under "My Purchases".  In that window, I tried to "Contact Seller", but the seller blocked me from contacting them.  I took a screenshot of that message and send that to you as proof of the seller's fraud (see attachment). I wasn't allowed to cancel the Accidental Purchase on Poshmark.com.  

      Since then, I sent numerous emails to ******************************* to cancel the fraudulent sale.  Yet, you ignored my requests stating "that's against Poshmark's policy".  Well, here is Poshmark's "Buyer Policy".  Look at Poshmark's Buyer Policy directly from Poshmark.com, which I've attached a link below and also highlighted in the paragraph regarding "Buy Now".  I was aware of the policy and the seller was aware of the Buyer Policy.  The seller intentionally hid the purchase for more than 3 hours and ignored my repeated requests to cancel.

      All of the evidence that I provided to you chronologically, including documentation and proof, should be more than enough to prove that this sale was fraudulent, and you need to cancel.  Since the **** tracking shows that the item will be delivered to PMHQ tomorrow, you need to stop it right there and cancel the fraudulent sale and send me a full refund.

      This is enough frustration and agony that I'm going through since last Sunday.  It ruined our family's Thanksgiving and the Holidays, especially with my health and dire financial conditions caused by the seller's fraudulent actions.

      I am rejecting this response because Poshmark is not honoring their Buyer Policy (see below). The seller, Bagriculture, tricked me by switching the "Giveaway" to "Buy Now", then ignored my numerous messages to cancel the Accidental Purchase.  Then the seller blocked me from cancelling within the 3 hour window.  Poshmark has not considered my numerous emails with proof of the seller's tactics, yet they are siding with the seller because they are going to receive 20% of the sale price as their own profit.  Poshmark has done this to many buyers unfairly and they have to stop.  This fraudulent sale has to be cancelled and Poshmark should give me a full refund.

      As a Buyer, you will be solely responsible for reviewing the item description before making an offer, bidding, and/or purchasing. Buyers who purchase mystery listings do so at their own risk. The contract to purchase will be between you and the Seller and not between you and Poshmark.
      Except for items marked as eligible for Posh Authenticate or otherwise marked directly in the listing, Poshmark does not physically evaluate items listed for sale and is not responsible for any item flaws or description inaccuracies. In the event of an issue with a purchase, such as an item not as described, please inform us within 3 days of delivery of the item to qualify for a refund evaluation under our Posh Protect program. If an item appears to violate Poshmarks Community Guidelines or Prohibited Items Policy, you may report the listing.
      Purchases
      Once a Buyer selects the Buy Now option for a listing or a Buyer makes an offer to purchase items that is accepted by the Seller, it will be considered a purchase and a binding contract between the Buyer and Seller. Upon purchasing an item, a Buyer must remit payment to Poshmark for the Item, including any listed shipping or additional fees and applicable taxes and other governmental charges. Poshmark is not an auctioneer, a Seller or a shipping carrier.
      Poshmark reserves the right to delay or cancel any purchase for Trust and Safety purposes, including but not limited to suspected fraud and to protect Users from illegal or otherwise prohibited activities.
      All purchases are final with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where:
      The Buyer cancels an order within three (3) hours of purchase; or
      The purchase has been canceled when explicitly permitted by Poshmark or if applicable, a Seller

      The listing expressly indicates the availability of returns.

      Poshmark has not responded directly to my numerous emails to the email address they provided ******************************** since Dec. 2, 2024.  I've only received automated emails stating they will "look into the issue".  I have provided copies of their policy from their website which gives me the right to cancel.  According to their policy, I had 3 hours to cancel the forced accidental sale.  My repeated requests to cancel within minutes were ignored.  Then, Poshmark and the seller, Bagriculture, blocked me. After providing evidence and proof of the fraudulent sale, Poshmark is still siding with the seller.  They took the same position as the seller to ignore my pleas to not ship the item, cancel the sale and charged my bank account without my confirmation, as it states in their policy.  Poshmark and Bagriculture have common interest in making huge profits out of this fraudulent sale. I REFUSE THIS FRUADULENT SALE AND DEMAND A FULL AND FAIR REFUND, $2,166.30.  This is not fair, not right, not just to ripoff anybody like this.

      I've emailed you evidence and proof of this fraudulent sale.  Bagriculure used trickery to get me to click on "Buy Now" when I intended to click on "Enter Giveaway".  The host said on his Posh Show that he hates buyers who only want Giveaways and don't buy anything.  He said "I will get you", and he "Got" me by his trickery.  I want Poshmark to send me a Recording of Bagriculture's Posh Show from Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024 between 6 PM and 7 PM PST!  You will see his trick and scam, and you'll see my numerous messages to the host seconds after he tricked me, which he ignored.  Did you see the Recording?

      As a Buyer, you will be solely responsible for reviewing the item description before making an offer, bidding, and/or purchasing. Buyers who purchase mystery listings do so at their own risk. The contract to purchase will be between you and the Seller and not between you and Poshmark.
      Except for items marked as eligible for Posh Authenticate or otherwise marked directly in the listing, Poshmark does not physically evaluate items listed for sale and is not responsible for any item flaws or description inaccuracies. In the event of an issue with a purchase, such as an item not as described, please inform us within 3 days of delivery of the item to qualify for a refund evaluation under our Posh Protect program. If an item appears to violate Poshmarks Community Guidelines or Prohibited Items Policy, you may report the listing.
      Purchases
      Once a Buyer selects the Buy Now option for a listing or a Buyer makes an offer to purchase items that is accepted by the Seller, it will be considered a purchase and a binding contract between the Buyer and Seller. Upon purchasing an item, a Buyer must remit payment to Poshmark for the Item, including any listed shipping or additional fees and applicable taxes and other governmental charges. Poshmark is not an auctioneer, a Seller or a shipping carrier.
      Poshmark reserves the right to delay or cancel any purchase for Trust and Safety purposes, including but not limited to suspected fraud and to protect Users from illegal or otherwise prohibited activities.
      All purchases are final with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where:
      1. The Buyer cancels an order within three (3) hours of purchase; or
      2. The purchase has been canceled when explicitly permitted by Poshmark or if applicable, a Seller; or
      3. The listing expressly indicates the availability of returns.
      Upon delivery, Buyers should promptly inspect and accept the order in order to release payment to the Seller. Orders will be accepted automatically after three full days have passed unless the Buyer requests a return by reporting the issue within the Service.
      In the event of a dispute, Buyers approved to return an item may only do so with the prepaid shipping label provided by Poshmark. Buyers who make unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund through Poshmark.

      This case has Not been concluded.  The business has Not responded to my latest request to Escalate this issue on Dec. 13, 2024.  See the attachment.  The package has not been delivered to me yet, **** Tracking #**********************.  They continue to ignore my numerous requests to cancel this Fraudulent Sale.    What is their "conclusion" and on what basis?  They are lying to me, the BBB and everyone else.

      To Whom it May Concern; This goes for five of my orders with Poshmark now and that is something I am requesting a refund of ALL the buyer protection charges to my account. This has accumulated to $401.58 out of my pocket on five transactions two of which I was not charged any tax because they were clothing items. When making offers you didnt know how much you were going to be charged for the buyer protection program before you submitted and offer but could only see it until after you checked out. The charge is supposed to be 5.99% you claimed but it was higher than PA state tax at 6%! This policy that was in effect for less than a month! Please refund my buyer protection money in the amount of $401.58 for all my five charged transactions. I reported each one separately. Please advise on correcting this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, ******* ****** I contacted the Poshmark via email which is the one way to do so and even though they revered this policy had it in effect for less than 30 days. They refuse to acknowledge that the charges where not transparent when shopping and I needed up being charged over $400 on five transactions. I had been a customer for years prior to this and the level of deception and unwillingness to correct this issue is unprofessional and I believe illegal. This is a shady and poor level of customer service. I have been a member of the Poshmark community for many years.I respectfully request for a refund for these unauthorized charges for all 5 transactions in the amount of $401.58. This transaction alone I was charged me $337.82! Again the buyer protection charges are not presented in the checkout in an offer situation so I was not aware that additional amount was charged to the purchases! I have included the feel again which doesnt not show up until after the purchase is made!I have contacted them and not gotten anywhere. One of the order numbers is provided below.

      Monday, November 18, 2024 placed an order with @t_rotenberry .The purse arrived SMELLING AWFUL! I told the seller and she said she washed it in Gain detergent. The seller said if I washed it the smell should go away. I washed it, twice. The smell was still as strong. Like a very strong, smelly perfume. I emailed Poshmark. They said because I washed it, I can't send it back. That is not fair at all. Following advice of the seller. It made me so sick, I had to throw it away!! I couldn't have it in my house.I feel that was *very unfair* of Poshmark. I think they owe me some or all of my money back. Who does business like this??

      I purchased an item on Poshmark that was listed as 18k. When I received the item, it was clearly NOT 18k. The seller reacted with hostility when I mentioned this. Before the sellers reaction, I thought it was a simple and honest mistake. The seller posted a picture of a gold stamp marked 750 but the picture was clearly not the item I had. The picture was of a different gold link and the seller tried to pass it off like it was the item I purchased. The seller agreed to take back the item and I immediately returned it. I was told by Poshmark I would get a refund in 24 hours after the seller received the item. Its been four days and still no refund. Ive contacted Poshmark three times with no response.
