      Sold a pair of pants on posh platform as a top rated seller, description was 100 percent accurate. Bought pants off PoshMark exact same way and re sold them. Buyer didnt ask for measurements and then opened a case because she said Im obligated to provide them however Poshmarks policy states sellers do not have to provide measurements its up to the buyer to ask. Buyer couldnt afford the pants so she opened a case. PoshMark fraudulently allowed after two weeks the pants to be retuned. They arrived damaged and worn and PoshMark has ignored all my emails saying they are aware the pants are damaged upon return but I will have to re buy a brand new pair and they will not be refunding me. This scam is illegal and i will need to be paid in full for my sale.

      I am rejecting this response because: PoshMark once again has lied in their response. I have not been paid on this sale nor for the fraudulent return and damaged item. PoshMark will owe the full amount of the replacement cost of the pant totaling ****** if they dont release funds owed. PoshMark has engaged in abuse and theft and no longer is a trustworthy platform. I strongly encourage you to coordinate with your accounting team to release full funds for the sale or we will proceed with legal action. I appreciate your corporation on this matter.

      I bought a tote bag from a seller on Poshmark. The bag finally came and it's saturated in cigarette smoke. It does not disclose this in the ad. I don't want this item, it smells horrible.

      I purchased a t-shirt from a seller on Poshmark who used photos of an authentic Realisation Par designer shirt in their listing. I trusted that was what I would receive. However, the shirt I got was clearly a counterfeit: it had no designer branding or tags, the colors and quality were completely off, and it did not match what was shown.When I contacted the seller, they ignored me. I filed a case with Poshmark, submitted side-by-side photographic evidence, plus screenshots from other listings showing the real product, the tag used by the designer. I even sought out advice from the Reddit Poshmark community and got comments from other users pointing out that this seller frequently lists cut tag designer items and only uses the brands official photos without a photo of the actual item for sale had I known this was a red flag I would not have purchased. Despite this, Poshmark denied my return, claiming it was a case of the item not fitting or not being my style which is not true and does not reflect what I reported. I followed up with even more documentation and contacted the brand (Realisation Par) to alert them of the counterfeit. Poshmark claimed they reviewed the chat between myself and the seller, but it was clear they didnt and I simply got a lazy copy/paste response.This is not a case of buyers remorse. This is a clear instance of fraud and counterfeit sales, and Poshmark is failing to uphold their own buyer protection *********** seeking:A full refund of $41.43 Accountability for the seller Confirmation that Poshmark is reviewing this case for fraud and taking action to protect future buyers This experience has been stressful, unfair, and is undermining trust in the platform.       I must strongly dispute Poshmarks decision to close this matter by claiming the item is as described.

      After further escalation, I received direct confirmation from the original brand, Ralisation Par, that the shirt I received is not authentic. I have attached their email for your reference. Their representative also expressed interest in removing the fraudulent listing and involving their legal team if necessary.

      This is not a matter of fit, color preference, or brand omission in the listing it is about intentional visual misrepresentation and platform accountability. Here are the core facts:

      The seller only used photos of models wearing the original Realisation Par shirt in the listing. This visually misleads buyers into believing they are purchasing that very iteman authentic item.

      The shirt I received differs clearly in print quality and color from the photos in the listing, which means it does not match the visual description implied in the post.

      The seller has a pattern of listing knockoffs, including other questionable designer-branded tees, sometimes even naming the brands in previous listings and then stating they were found at a thrift store or they later cut off of the tags.

      Poshmarks claim that an item cannot be counterfeit because no brand was explicitly named is illogical and sets a dangerous precedent: it suggests that sellers can freely use deceptive images to imply brand authenticity without consequence as long as they dont name the brand in the text. And again: this seller HAS used brand names in their past listings for inauthentic items. Additionally, when I searched for this specific shirt on Poshmark, this sellers listing came up, regardless of omitting the brand in the listing. 

      I request that this case be reconsidered. I am also formally requesting a full refund of $41.43 and a review of this sellers activity for potential fraud.

      I have attached pictures of this. I sold this item with extremely clear, concise and honest photos on July 1 of 2025 to this person. This person as the buyer has now changed their name and is bludgeoning me with harassment. I have asked Poshmark to please stop them and release the funds as they are lying. They have showed in different items from what I sent them and are attempting a refund which would set me back not only a sale but also my cost on my product I am asking for an intervention and help with this as it is really disgusting to be put in this position and unprofessional I need an answer and Ive been asking and asking the case. is supposedly in review. There should be no cases person as the buyer has absolutely lied and continually bludgeons me.       My account on ********************** was wrongfully banned due to a customer believing I was selling counterfeit items. The customer opened a case against me, realized they were wrong and the items were real, and dropped the case all within minutes. Hours later my account was banned, i.e. I cannot perform any actions within the app. I am now missing out on my second income as a mom, all due to this company seeing that the customer opened a case against me for counterfeit items before dropping the case minutes later and profusely apologizing to me. The entire conversation is viewable by Poshmark, yet they did not view the conversation, and only saw that a case was opened against me. Poshmark refuses to respond to me, refuses to view all of my proof that my items are genuine, and refuses to view the screenshots of the customer and Is conversation in which they profusely apologize and state that they were able to verify the items they thought were counterfeit. It has been days and I am still unable to use Poshmark due to being banned. I am missing out on my second income as a mom.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received what appeared to be an automated email response on 07/03/2025 that did not address any of the issues I brought to attention in my email. My original email stated that I was reaching out due to multiple issues with my account, and that I was unsure if my account had been hacked, wrongfully banned, or suspended. My account was and still is not allowing me to do anything whatsoever. After asking fellow Poshmark users, I discovered what was happening was a wrongful ban. I sent additional emails and messages asking for an explanation as to why my account was wrongfully banned, to which I received no response besided the email you are using as defense. The email being used as defense stated: "Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and am happy to look into this further for you. I kindly ask that you please provide the proof of authenticity for the items. This can include your receipt or invoice from the original purchase. Once the authenticity is confirmed, I would be happy to reinstate the listing on your behalf." This is not a response to any of the questions or concerns I brought up. I do not need the listing described in this email reinstated; it was already sold. I need my profile reinstated. Taking almost a week to address an issue that happened and was resolved over the course of an hour is very unfortunate customer service, and I wish I could reach a real human being who would actually look into my issue at hand and realize that it was a mistake on behalf of my customer, not me. I have no reason to be banned. I have done no wrong. I have never and would never sell a counterfeit item. Even the customer has reached out to ********************** support on my behalf, yet there has been no resolution. This is taking away my second income as an already struggling mom. Poshmark was a way for me to pay my bills, buy my daughter formula, make friendships and connections, escape the real world, and have fun. It was all taken away from me do to a false accusiation that was admitted by the customer themselves in our chat, to ********************** Support, and to me.       On 6/25/25, I purchased a luxury ***** item from a livestream on Poshmark. The seller showed the item stating it was in almost new condition. At no time did the seller disclose the item was a childs item. When I received the item I contacted the seller and Poshmark to let them know it was a childs product and it did not fit and I requested a return. The seller offered a $100 refund to make it better which I declined because it doesnt fit. I have sent at least 20 photos and 10 emails and requested this be escalated and have been ignored. Poshmark has denied my return and suggested I reposh the $800 item so they can make yet another 20% off the same item. Poshmark has sold fake luxury items to me. Their app has become nothing more than a home based gambling site with peddling raffles and wheel spins all of which Poshmark makes 20% off each entry purchased. Yet when luxury buyers spend substantial money and have true issues, their remedy is to resell it so they can make more money. I want to be refunded my $800 as I was sold an item without full disclosure. If you are selling in a luxury market, you should know your products before selling and accepting the amounts of money you are asking. The once trusted selling and buying company has become a disgrace in the pre-loved luxury market. They depend on their users to help keep it safe by asking users to review listings for authenticity of luxury listings. Its a complete and utter disgrace. Many of their top luxury sellers have left the platform due to the reasons of fees, gambling and selling of fake luxury items. As a buyer of luxury items, I will follow their lead.

      I have e-mailed Poshmark at least ***** times asking for support. I have sold seven items on their platform. They have a trigger at $2,500.00 items sold where they make you enter your tax information. What I've read is Poshmark has a glitch in their app that gives you an error saying, "you have made an invalid entry." When in fact I've given them the correct information according to my previous filings with the **** I have seven items sitting in limbo that I can't ship until they've verified my tax info. Their system has locked me out. The only answer I have received from Poshmark customer support is check your info and try again. Again, I can't try again, I've been locked out of trying again for almost 3 days now. They have no hotline to speak with a person and it's almost taken them 3 days to respond once. This is unacceptable. I'm going to lose almost 2k in sales because of their horrible system and customer service.

      Ive been a 5-star, top-rated Poshmark Ambassador since March 2017 with $6,765+ in sales and $150 currently pending.I recently sold four **** ************ table books valued at $147+ (not including tax or shipping I originally paid). I offered them to the buyer for $50 with free shipping, leaving me $31.73 in earnings. These books were in excellent to near-new condition, with only minor outer scuffs from storage. Photos of front and back covers were included, and I clearly stated the books were flawless inside, because they ******* always, I disclosed every known flaw. I bubble-wrapped and boxed them immediately upon sale.The buyer opened a case claiming the spines were ripped and a page was torn. That was not the condition I shipped them in. This is either:1. A fraudulent buyer who damaged the books to get a refund 2. They substituted photos of other damaged books to scam the system Poshmark hasnt responded, hasnt paid me, and is allowing buyers to exploit the platforms policies to get free merchandise by falsely reporting damage.Worse, Poshmark asked the buyer for photos of my packaging, as if to suggest Im at fault, despite my 8 year, flawless record as a seller. Books dont rip in transit unless intentionally ************ not accepting damaged items back. Im not taking a loss on products I shipped in confirmed, pristine condition.The only acceptable outcome: Poshmark will need to release my full earnings for this sale. Anything less signals that Poshmark is complicit in enabling fraud and abandoning its Sellers.

      Business Name: Poshmark, Inc.Complaint Type: Product Issues Counterfeit Item and Return Denial On June 29, 2025, I purchased what was advertised as a new Daily Drills sweat set on Poshmark for $123.57. The item arrived sealed in branded packaging, but several details indicate it is counterfeit.First, the signature green Daily Drills hang tags were missing. Since the packaging was sealed, the tags could not have been removed without opening it, which raises concerns about authenticity. The material is thinner and lower quality than any authentic item I own, and the logo is misaligned and incorrectly sized. The interior tag says "Made in ***," while all genuine Daily Drills items are made in ******Most concerning is the **# on the label, which traces to "**** ***** ************ according to the FTCs ** Lookup Tool. Authentic Daily Drills items are manufactured by ************** in *****. I contacted Daily Drills directly and shared photos; a brand representative confirmed they do not believe this is an authentic product.Despite this, Poshmark denied my return request. This contradicts their Prohibited Items Policy, which prohibits counterfeit goods, and their Buyer Protection policy, which guarantees refunds for inauthentic items. I submitted evidence through their support system, but no resolution was offered.Resolution Requested: I am requesting a full refund of $123.57, that the seller be reviewed for potential counterfeit activity, and that Poshmark improve enforcement of its own policies to protect buyers.
