      Poshmark continues to facilitate a platform of fraud and deception. This why so many sellers have moved to Whatnot. I have been selling in this platform for several years and have continued to experience poor support as a seller. There has been an increase of buyers remorse in live shows and Poshmark does nothing to protect the seller. For order #**cd**f69ef2df564e580765 , the item was CLEARLY described and photo with a damaged button. The buyer opened a claim saying there was more damage, come to find out the buyer caused the damaged. When I opened a case with pictures that showed this claim should have never been allowed, they still removed the funds from my account from the sell. They violated there own return policy. If I cant have proper resolution here Im escalating this to the ************************ and filing a police report for damaged property. This continues to be an ongoing issue with Poshmark.

      This order was placed buyer said she got the item. The entire order was cancelled I have emailed Poshmark several. I have waiting for over month to get paid and still not paid.

      I made a sell through Poshmark and shipped the order on February 28th, 2025, and the tracking on Poshmark update to the post office having possession of the item. After several days of the tracking number staying like this, I returned to post office, they told me it was delayed. I let the buyer know. After a few more days, I filed a missing mail claim w/post office. On March 17th, 2025 it showed it was out for delivery. Poshmark had cancelled the order saying not to ship item, when clearly the tracking showed the post office had possession of the item and I obviously had no control of it. I have contacted Poshmark support probably over 20 times via email and on the conversation section of the item purchased, there is an option to click on Help and Support. However, all of my messaeges/email have been ignored or they are answered by an automated response that says someone will contact me with 24 hours, or it will say it is being escalated to someone that can help, but it ends there. I am a single parent, the sale was $250, the buyer obviously received and keep the brand new iphone 15 still in the box, because Poshmark cancelled the order, and I never received payment for it. It still shows cancelled on my end. I have proof the buyer received it because she commented on the listing telling me she received it. I am beyond upset and frustrated with this.       I am filing this complaint due to the mishandling of my recent order with Poshmark and the company's refusal to provide a fair resolution. I received a bathing suit in the wrong size, and despite this being a mistake on Poshmark's part, I am being unfairly penalized for not returning the item within the designated return window.The package was delivered after 1pm on Saturday, March 1st, which was too late to return it as **** closes at 1pm on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays. I was leaving for a trip early the next morning, Sunday, March 2nd, and the bathing suit was intended for that trip. Because of my early flight, I had no time to return the item before leaving. I was out of town from March 2nd to March 8th, which made it impossible to return the item within Poshmark's two-day return window.This was my first purchase from Poshmark, and I was unaware of the strict two-day return policy. By the time I received the necessary return details from Poshmark, it was already too late. Despite explaining these circumstances to customer service, I have repeatedly received a generic, canned response stating that I did not return the item within the two-day window. I have emailed customer service numerous times, but have been unable to engage in a real discussion with anyone at the company to resolve this issue.The $5 credit I was offered is inadequate and insulting, considering I was sent the wrong item through no fault of my own. I have been ready and willing to return or exchange the item now that I have returned from my trip, but Poshmark refuses to accommodate this request. As a first-time customer, I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

      Over the past week I have had multiple issues with purchasing products on Poshmark. The first was a dress that was never shipped to me so I canceled the purchase. Because I bought this with money that I earned from selling on Posh it would not go to my credit card but my balance. I have sent multiple emails over the past few days and not heard back despite the fact that I am supposed to get priority as a Posh Ambassador 2. Next I bought a dress that got cancelled because the seller did not have it, fortunately Posh has already processed my refund for that but it seems unusual that that one is already processed when the seller only canceled yesterday and I canceled the order for the dress that wasnt shipping earlier this week. The other issue is a purse I bought this morning that was immediately resisted by the same seller after purchase but the seller shows as inactive. They possibly got hacked or are a bot but either way I know Im not getting that bag and I want to cancel my order. Because Poshmark does not respond to emails Im contacting you for assistance please and thank you.

      I purchased a T-Shirt from Poshmark.com on Sunday, March 16th online.They delivered a T-shirt that I did not order and do not want.They are making the return and refund impossible.I have supplied them with the order number but that is not enough for them, they are requiring a photo.I took a photo and was ready to send it to them; however, I received a message that for my own safety I would need to change my passweord.After changing my password I received a message that for my own safety I was locked out of my account, (You must login to your account top return items), Of course I do not even want an account with a businesses that thrives on scamming their customers. I have spent a lot of time on this because I am a big believer in justice, however, I do have two jobs and three children, so I am frustrated that Poshmark.com is attempting to make me give up on my refund.       Sold an order on poshmark, customer is on vacation for 2 weeks per her closet closed , post office has made several attempts at delivery. Package will be held for 2 additional weeks for customer to pick up. I will need my funds released today as package will not be marked delivered for 2 more weeks. Reached out several times to poshmark but theyve ignored it. I strongly encourage poshmark to engage directly with their team to release funds for the sale. As a top rated seller this is very unprofessional to be ignored on a simple fixable issue. Again its strongly recommended funds be released now. I encourage you to view info Ive attached.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have sent several messages to Poshmark support and received no answer or resolution. My funds are still on hold and have not been released for the fraudulent and damaged return. I strongly encourage Poshmark to engage directly with support to see why they are lying. This needs to be resolved asap. Attached is order number and email. I strongly encourage Poshmark to engage in honesty instead of continuing the path of lying and not resolving claims that they have had open for weeks. I will not be accepting back damaged merchandise for buyers remorse.

      I am rejecting this response because Poshmark has advised me that I should file a small claims court case to retrieve funds and damages they owe, & that even though they have thousands of complaints and cases opened on BBB they are short staffed and cannot respond. I am taking their advice to file in small claims and I want to thank you for allowing me that option.

      I purchased 3 small porcelain trinket boxes on Poshmark from a single seller on 3/9/2025. None of the items indicated any damage, which per Poshmarks written policy, damage must be disclosed. The transaction total was $114, but the damaged item was $35. One of the items arrived with significant damage. The piece in photographs did not obviously appear significantly damaged though there was some light glare, nor did the description indicate this damage was present. I reached out to Poshmark to request a return based on the damage, and the return was denied. I am looking for a refund of this item as I do not want the damaged piece.

The contract to purchase is between the buyer and the Seller, not Poshmark. Upon purchasing an Item, a Buyer is obligated to remit payment for the Item to Poshmark including any shipping or additional fees listed. All Purchases are final, with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where (a) Buyer cancels an order within three (3) hours of purchase, or (b) the Purchase is cancelled where explicitly permitted by Poshmark or where applicable, a Seller.

      Date of transaction: 3/10/25 Amount: $63.00 I sold a dress to a buyer and she opened a case and stated the belt was missing when it wasn't. I submitted my pictures and Poshmark never even looked at them or listened to me. I have been emailing them and they have not responded. I have no dress back or my earnings from the sale. The buyer is a scammer.

      My order was completed for me by Customer support without allowing me to receive the shipment and to even check if the item came. They accepted the order and finalized payment without me even getting an item. Totally fraudulent practice. What's the point of having a feature of feedback and delivery and order confirmation when those rights are taken from me on an order that hasn't yet been shipped
