Order # ***a39dc66e9b6ca63e74c7f Username: @jazzshabazz I blocked a user on ********************** for being rude. Unbeknownst to me, the user created another account and purchased an item for me. I shipped the item in a timely manner according to Poshmark guidelines. The buyer received the item in a timely manner and it was just as described. The buyer then reveals that she was the user that I blocked and opened a case saying that she wants a refund and would be keeping my item. Poshmark approved her case stating that the refund was approved due to an undisclosed stain. The buyer never mentioned a stain or provided any photos but the return was approved. The buyer was supposed to ship the item back to me but four days later she still hadn't shipped it. I received an email on 1/5/23 at 10:02 am saying that they are aware that the buyer hasn't shipped the return and if she doesn't ship it, they would be releasing my funds. At 2:39 am on 1/6/23 I received another email from Poshmark saying my return has been delivered to me and the funds have been released back to the buyer. The buyer lives in ** and I live in **. There is no way a package can make it from ****** to ******* in 16 hours using a Poshmark shipping label. Poshmark usually notifies when an item has been dropped at the post office and a tracking #. I have not been provided any notification of shipping, a tracking # or proof of delivery. The buyer has received a free pair of pants from me. I have also been harassed by the buyer who has violated multiple Poshmark rules without being reprimanded. Poshmark has ignored all of my requests for review of the case and sided with the unhinged, disrespectful buyer. She has her money back and gets to keep my pants.Business Response

I still want someone to explain how the return was approved and why the return was marked as delivered even though she never shipped the order back. Why was I never given tracking info. Its not fair that she got her money back and is still able to sell on the platform.

Order Number: 634b6b001df2ebd89266908f Order Date: 10/15/2022 Amount: $1,278.43 Received from ***** $100 Issue: Package was supposedly delivered by **** but I never received it. **** confirmed that the driver signed my name. **** is taking full responsibility -- and will issue me the full amount IF I can provide information that the package was fully insured. Poshmark's 3 day timeframe to report an issue was if I never received the package. Poshmark system automatically had my package as delivered because **** said it was. I chatted with the Seller for advice. She told me to work with **** on the issue as the package should be fully insured. I've submitted a claim with **** in November, but 3 times **** denied the full amount due to the package not being fully insured (last one being submitted 12/27 and denied again on 12/30). I've emailed Poshmark in December through 1/4 requesting an ID or something that I can give **** that the package was fully insured. They told me there is nothing they can do because it should of been reported 3 days after receiving the package (which again, i've never received) but also confirmed that the package was fully insured. They will not respond to any of my emails and the phone number doesn't work. Resolution: I just need to give **** an ID or some proof that the package was fully insured for the amount i paid for. I have not requested any refund from Poshmark -- just **** because they had an employee sign for my package which i never received. thank youBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: they finally responded to let me know that the package was only insured for $100. Since the seller nor I knew about the small insured amount, I did not reach out to their customer service department until December when **** told me it was only insured for$100.
I spent almost $1300 on a purse I never received. If the seller was aware of the limited insured amount, she would of told me to contact Poshmart customer service ASAP before their 3 day policy expired.I have not heard back from Poshmart on my response which is to open the account back up, change the item from Delivered to Not Received. And Im asking for a refund of **** since Ive received 100 from **** already

I sold a pair of designer boots on Poshmark on Dec 7, I received a pre-paid postage label on Dec 7 and I packed and mailed the item on Dec 9. It went to Poshmark for authentication and then it was sent to the buyer. It has been "in transit" since Dec 12. I have emailed Poshmark to report this missing and they keep telling me to "wait" until after the holiday because shipping is backlogged. It is now Jan 5 and nothing has been done. I have been told the item is insured ?? No one will respond. These boots are an expensive item and I need the money and I want Poshmark to stand by their guarantee. Re: Order #**a9d687c793c4fe3fa1922c I made a purchase for an item that the seller marked didn't specify the conditions in the listing. However, I reached out to the seller asking for the condition of the item, which they replied with "Like New". I found the answer kind of vague, but I still gave the seller the benefit of the doubt because I thought my purchase was protected by Poshmark. I was mistaken of course. The package arrived and to my surprised item has been washed, so far from "Like New" I tried to solve the problem with the seller before opening a case with Poshmark. First of all the the seller didn't deny the item has been washed, so the case was open and Poshmark follow their protocol, then before I was even given the chance to reply to the claim and even before the 48 hours I was given to were due, another email came with the resolution against me and in favor of the seller with an $20 credit to my account consolation prize. I Will Not Accept this resolution. I paid $307 dollars for an item I was told it was "Like New" when it far from it.Please note, that if retaliation if to be taken against me or my Poshmark account I for filing this complaint with the H3337353**53435313**9H I will take legal action as I am just trying to get what I paid for.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: How can you tell by looking at a picture that the item isnt "Like New" as it was listed, but instead the item was washed and like a said previously even the seller admitted the item as washed.I paid for something "Like New" not something that was even washed. Either this is resolved in a satisfactory way for both parties or I will be taking Poshmark to the small claims court in ***. Please bear in mind that the filing fee is over $200 dollars that is also to be paid by Poshmark if the case resolves to my favor which I am pretty confident it will since the seller admitted to its faults.

Order #**a3a998f4e525f7292eb4c8 12/21/22 I ordered an outlet cover for $16.97 from a seller named @closwald on H323032323**1323**735H. 12/29/22 I received the item and immediately installed it/ attempted to plug an item into the outlet with the cover and it immediately fell. I attempted to plug other items into the outlet with the cover and the same issue. I realized that the item is defective because the border around the cover hole where plugs are inserted is raised and nothing stays in the socket with this outlet cover. 12/29/22 I immediately contacted Poshmark via the app to request to return the item for a full refund due to the item being defective with the same explanation. 12/30/22 I received a reply: We have reviewed the case you submitted for order Rustic Cast Iron French Fleur ** ******************* Outlet Plate Cover. Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because: - Condition of item received has been altered - No longer qualifies for a return and the funds were released to the seller and the case immediately closed. 12/30/22 I submitted multiple photos showing the raised borders where plugs are inserted and to show I had not altered the item. 1/4/23 I received an email stating: To prevent these issues, we kindly advise buyers to ask detailed questions prior to purchasing the item, for example, the size label, measurements, or materials, to ensure that the item will fit as expected. We also encourage buyers to keep in mind that sizes can vary by fit, style, and brand. As a suggestion, you may resell this item in your own Poshmark closet, or it may also serve as the perfect gift for a relative or friend. My reply 1/4/23: There is never a reason to ask if an outlet cover allows items to be plugged in or not. Its an outlet cover and by definition should be functional to use the outlet. Its a defective item and should never be allowed to be sold and would be UNETHICAL to resell this item. I am shocked that this was advised based on my complaint.Business Response

Dear To Whom It May ******** On December 12, 2022, I placed an order with Poshmark with the expectation that my order would be shipped in a timely manner. Ten days passed with no shipment sent, concerning me that this might be a fraudulent account that I had purchased from. Poshmark support assured me that I could cancel the order for a refund (see also screenshots attached per their policy) after 10 days with no shipment. On the 10th day, I canceled the order. Following the cancelation of this order, the shipper finally shipped the order. In spite of my cancellation, I have had to reach out to Poshmark several times requesting to please cancel this as I no longer wished for this item, and was assured a refund would be provided after that 10-day period. Not only did they ignore several emails, but now that they have responded weeks later, have insisted that as the order has been delivered, it is final sale. They have refused my request for a refund, despite assuring me of it prior, and in spite of my several offers to return the item as well. I ask for your help in please rectifying this matter and affording me the refund that was promised to me by the Poshmark team. In early December 2022 I purchased a new pair of ************************* sneakers. The seller advertised the shoes as a US Womens size 9. They arrived and are a womens size 8 which isnt my size at all and I would never have purchased.
