      Am new to Poshmark and at this point not real sure how it works. Up to March 28, 2023 had just made a few purchases. On March 28th 2023 listed a purse for sale via "reposh", and soon got a message that was posted on the listing asking if the purse was still available and stating that she was having problems with viewing the photos on the purse and could I email her the photos, this woman also posted an email address. After reading the "hints for selling" on the website I attempted to promptly answer this woman and immediately my listing was taken down. Now I am unable to list, or even purchase anything on the website, I am receiving error messages advising me to contact ***************** I have sent 3 messages to **************** and they are NOT getting back to me.

      On March 2, 2023 I sold a LV handbag on Poshmark.com for $825.00 (order #******fc2b9ba4e41f1ddc27). I was provided a shipping label ***** tracking #**********************) by Poshmark which I was to use to send the handbag to the authentication headquarters in ********** with. The **** website gave an estimated arrival date of March 9, 2023. The last entry associated with the tracking number was on March 12, 2023 that states, "Moving Through Network, Arriving Late". It is now March 29, 2023 and after several calls with the **** and multiple attempts at contacting Poshmark, nothing has been resolved. The buyer became frustrated that the bag was missing and canceled the purchase and I don't have my bag. I am seeking $825.00 which is the total price that I sold the bag for or for my bag to be found and returned to me.

      On 3/26/23, I accidentally placed a bid on a Poshmark live auction. The app repeatedly froze under 5 of the live shows I had been to including @aihposh. The app was glitching and somehow the bid button was hit. Immediately, I informed the buyer via written bundle message, written message on the item and message on the shipping page of the accidental bid. The order has not shipped and Poshmark policy allows buyers to cancel bids before the shipping process begins. I sent those messages when the seller's live show was happening which was way more time before the item shipped. Many of us using the app have made several complaints about the app glitching, even removing the bids that buyers already placed a bid which is outrageous (3/27/23, @roasdthrift live show). A Louis ******* bag was incorrectly set wrong for the buyer by Poshmark, the app kept bumping people out and there were 2 accidental bids on her show from the app glitches. Poshmark needs to be finally held accountable for the poor performance of their app and instead of taking so much money from sellers on commission 20%, they should invest in more improved application functionality that will assist issue like this from happening. They should be paying more attention to improvements to improve their customer service. I have already informed friends of mine of my experience and they have chosen to join Poshmark's biggest competitor. Poshmark need to do better and provide better customer service.

      I sold a necklace on posh in the amount of $1500 on March 11 2023 order number 640d1b56ecbe7e497c632d8f. Item was shipped March 13 and delivered to posh facility on the 17th. I received a notice that item was being authenticated and the next day the order was canceled. There was no explanation to why the order was canceled posh never reached out to me to tell me why, so I reached out to the buyer to see if she had canceled the order. The buyer stated that she didnt cancel the order she was wondering what was going on so she reached out to posh and polished emailed her stating that there was a problem with the package but didnt state what the problem was. *** tried calling them emailing them and messaging them through the order number with a no reply. Its been over two weeks and Im out of a necklace that I didnt get paid for.

      I placed an order to Poshmark for a package of bamboo paper towels on 3/20/23. Order No. 6418f909f85c851456b9ae51, seller is @lizzyisland23. I have yet to receive them. She emailed me the other day and said AT THE LATEST, she would ship them on 3/27/23 (today). She has not answered my emails today, and it looks like she has not shipped it yet. I want my items, I don't want a refund. I WILL get law enforcement in on this if I have to.

      I purchased a pair of shoes on Poshmark. The seller shipped the incorrect item as I received a pair of pants. When confronting her via the app, she realized the mistake she had made, apologized, and said we'd get it worked out. I also had to contact Poshmark to let them know that I was unable to accept the item since it was the wrong item. All I continue to get back is an automated message saying they won't accept my claim and that I'm attaching incorrect pictures. The seller has also stopped responding to me. Horrible customer service- would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from Poshmark.

      Poshmark is not harm when it comes to returns for the seller. This is the second times they have held my money after the buyer stated they mistakenly bought it. But because they are an ambassador Poshmark doesnt even allow the seller speak. Horrible business. Unfair in every aspect

      I used this business to sell personal items totaling $1800 after they collected their fees. I requested that the funds be redeemed via ACH/direct deposit on March 3, 2023 and their website states three days to process the redemption and transfer the money into my bank account. It has been 21 days and they have not sent me the money and I have sent seven emails to their customer service asking why the money has not been sent to me and when I can expect it. I have not received one response from their customer service team. My bank has no record of the ACH/direct deposit so they have not rejected the direct deposit. I want Poshmark to send me the funds owed.

      I just got an email stating that the item was correctly described when clearly the seller was confused and misled me to believe that the item had a GMT function.Please refund my money for the purchase. The item clearly does not have a GMT function. It also does not have a Seiko NH35 movement, but rather a cheaply made chinese movement with no name and branding.

      March 19th I purchased a Louis ******* purse that was described as having a dust bag and locks in the seller description.After purchasing the seller informed me that she lost the dust bag and locks.I politely asked her to please cancel my purchase. She refused and my credit card was charged $583 by Poshmark.The seller then listed the item again for sale.It still shows my purchase but shes selling the item again this time changing the description. She is committed fraud.Enter Poshmark I have emailed them at least ********************************************************* my money back.They never respond back at all.I need help to get my money back from them.I will never do business again with them ever.I just cannot bout. $583.All Im asking for is they cancel the bogus order and refund my money.       The seller agreed to cancel my order as she misrepresented the item. I have in writing that she was going to cancel the order yet she blocked me and shipped the item. Its not even arrived and they have not resolved the issue.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The item should not have been sent in the first place. It was promised by the seller to be canceled. Poshmark did not address that the seller blatantly lied after saying she would cancel the order but did nothing to cancel it for me then blocked me and mailed a package missing the dust bag which in her description was stated comes with dust bag!

      I have proof I was promised a cancellation from the seller in writing from her and expect Poshmark to refund my money back.

      The item never arrived at my home so its difficult to follow guidelines when you dont have the product.

      This all stems from a seller who is a lier.

      After selling the item to me she listed it back on her site!Selling it again to some other person.

      Unbelievable that as a consumer I have been robbed of $583 and have no item!!!

      Poshmark do the right thing and refund my money I have no purse its been resold.

      Are you really that dumb that you cant see a bad seller on your site.

      make this right give me my money back
