      Poshmark refuses to contact me about my problem. A few days ago I noticed I couldn't buy anything anymore. And couldn't copy a listing. I could do everything else including listing new items.Today I noticed I couldn't list a new item either.I have messaged them on support like the error says and they won't get back to me. It's been days. There is something wrong with my account and no one is answering me. I am so frustrated. I've sold and bought on there for a year with no issues. My closet name is Super_fast_ship. Please someone help me.

      Hi sir, I do not understand what is happening here, my earnings did not reach my bank account, although it is stated in the message that I received to request the withdrawal that I will receive the money on 07/07 but I not receive anything, and I contacted the support team, the agent told me that he would help me if I did not I received the earnings on 07/07, but the surprise is that at the end of the day 07/07, then my account was suspended without any reason, all my listings are original and I previously submitted the purchase receipt to avoid my account being suspended, but if you want to steal my earnings in any way possible, I will once again attach the purchase receipt with this complaint. It is not possible to accept the suspend of my account without any reason, and not to send my earnings to my bank account, and not to respond to my messages from the support team, I will also attach a screenshot of the last message I sent to the support team without receiving any response, as well as a screenshot to prove that you have received my request to withdraw my earnings, I thought this was a good site, nice things, good customer service. First of all, you should know that I send messages to the support team, and no one wants to respond to me. You can verify this matter by looking at the messages that I send without any response, Secondly, the item that you considered not authentic, I provided proof of its authenticity by sending you a receipt for the purchase of the item from ****************** store, you can see the first message that I submitted in my complaint, and you will find proof of the purchase receipt, and let you know that this item was then sold on your platform and was delivered to the buyer, which means that I did not have the item left, because the purchase receipt was among the items that must be shipped to the buyer, and you can also look at the description box for the item in my wardrobe, and you will find that I mentioned that the purchase receipt will be shipped from the item to the buyer (Listing id: *************************. also, when I added the item to my closet and then deleted it from you, then I sent a message to the support team on 06/15 and submitted the purchase receipt, and when the proof was reviewed, you returned my list to appear in my closet, I will provide a screenshot of the message that I received in my email stating that you have reviewed my list and returned it to normal, As for the evidence, I will attach with this letter all the pictures of the item, along with proof of the purchase receipt when I still had it. and I hope that you will review all the information that I provided and reactivate my account so that I can get my earnings.

      I placed an order on Poshmark on July 3rd. I was on vacation and returned back to the office on July 10th. When I opened the box there were 4 different colored drawer pulls than what I had ordered. After contacting the seller and Poshmark customer service, I did not get very far. Basically, I was past the 72 hour period. Well, that is INSANE!!!!! I was shipped something different than what I had ordered. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company since I was not getting anywhere with this company. Either seller or Poshmark disabled the conversation feature from the order that was placed. How can a company get away with this? They shipped me something that was incorrect and want to disable a conversation to make me go away. ****** frustrated, but I will be sending this correspondence to the credit card company. I will get my money back one way or the other.

      Poshmark does not honor their Poshmark Protect guarantee. In early July, I purchased a pair of Merrell boots from Poshmark. The seller described these as New Without Tag and as a size 6. Photos in the listing showed the same. The seller shipped the boots in an acceptable timeframe and they arrived in ok condition though they had been crammed in a box. As soon as I saw the box, I knew there was going to be a problem as the box looked way too small to contain size 6 shoes. Sure enough, I could not even get a foot in. I immediately (same day within an hour of receiving) contacted the seller. After 24 hours with no response I contacted Poshmark support and proved that the shoes were not the size they were advertised as. (Email and website communications attached). Even though their Poshmark Protect states that buyers are protected from inaccurate or items not as described, they determined that I should have forced the seller to demonstrate this was a size 6 before shipping. This is not a usual practice on this site. The usual way to solve this is for Poshmark to eat the shipping charges and allow me to send the shoes back for a full refund and allow the seller to resell the shoes with the correct size posted. (That is assuming the seller was not engaged in fraud -- the seller never provided where she obtained the shoes). I have also contacted my credit card company for relief. I will update this report if they are able to get Poshmark to honor their guarantee faster. I am not trying to double dip -- I am just looking for a fair resolution to this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: the boots are VERY clearly NOT the size that was in the advertisement for them. They are approximately an inch smaller than a size 6 shoe. I think that makes them a size 5? The shoes were clearly not marked with the correct size, but I had no way of knowing that until they arrived. The seller should have been able to tell that they were the wrong size just by looking at them. The seller also would not share where the shoes were purchased from which is highly unusual. I suspect that Poshmark simply does not want to have to pay the shipping costs for the return to the seller since it is too much effort to prove the seller did this on purpose.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is NOT a fit issue. The shoes that were sent to me are not a size 6. I proved the incorrect size with the photos showing that they are almost a full inch shorter in length than a size 6 shoe. Were the shoes mis-marked, are they not real? No clue. I had no way of discovering that the shoes were not a size 6 until I received them. The seller knows, but did not share where she got the shoes from. Additionally, the shoes are so far off from a size 6, that the seller had the ability to notice this before shipping the shoes. 

      I could tell immediately that the shoes were not the right size just by looking at the size of the box when it arrived and I promptly notified the seller and promptly notified Poshmark.

      Hi I sold a rolex/******* watch on Poshmark recently .i sent watch to them for Review it was in their review for over a week. Then order canceled told me it couldnt be vertified as Real. They returned the watch it was in Broken condition. Winding Stem loose broken in a bag, inside movement ************* Removed with screws still inside movement. This was confirmed by a watch expert. Poshmark denies all. I do have a video of my watch running. I ask for their video they said they have but my request was denied i also ask for person name who looked at my watch never got that either. The watch was Terribly neglected in Poshmark care. The watch is Real also. it was packaged awful also . This would be very expensive to get repaired. I was offered a ***** poshmark credit. What a joke i can see why they have terrible reviews.

      I am rejecting this response because: this watch is real was purchased from a well known auction. I requested documentation as to why they feel its counterfeit but was denied any proof at all.       I ordered pants from Poshmark. I saw they had a little scuff/ tear in them, which was fine because it didnt look like much. I was not home until July 5 and the pants were delivered to me on July 3, so when my husband return to work on July 6th he was going to wear the pants to work. However, when he got into his truck, the little scuff in the jeans completely ripped jeans wide-open when he bent to step into his truck,. As soon as this happened on, I contacted Poshmark. I saw that the order was auto completed. Therefore I could not go through the proper steps of filing a formal return that is when I resorted to emailing Poshmark support and letting them know. I reached out to the original seller she said she would be more than happy with providing me a FULL refund. However, Poshmark said that since I didnt file a formal return within the 72 hour or three day timeframe, they were not able to give me a refund because the funds have already been distributed to the seller. However, I was well within the 72 hour time frame. Here is a recap. The pants were delivered to my mailbox on July 3 at 1:54 PM. Ive reached out through Poshmark support on July 6 at 1:18 PM. however Poshmark auto accepted my order before the 72 hour **** was up on July 6 at 12:46 PM. Therefore, I could not file a formal return which meant I had to email poshmark support. It is not my fault that Poshmark auto completed my order without my acknowledgment. I have screenshots emails with timestamps on them to prove I am in the clear. The seller has no problem. Refunding me a Poshmark is being very difficult and is refusing to help.

      I am rejecting this response because: Poshmark states you have three days or 72 hours from the time of the DELIVERY to make a formal return as seen on the screenshots I provided, there was no possible way for me to complete a formal return since poshmark auto excepted my order on July 6 at 12:46pm. Therefore I had to resort and emailing them the issue which I then emailed on July 6 at 1:18 PM (see screenshot) The package was delivered to me on July 3 at 1:****. Which means I had until 1:**** on June 6th to make a formal complaint but that option was taken away when Poshmark auto completed my order, without my knowledge. I am also not sure why I am receiving such a hard time about this. I am clearly within three day or 72 hour **** unfortunately due to poshmark Auto accepting my order again that is the reason I cannot file a formal return through their website, which is why I had to resort to emailing them. All I want is a refund for the item.

      My Poshmark account has apparently been hacked am Im locked out. They have making fraudent charges on my PayPal account. I have sent numerous emails asking for help, with no response. Ive had to involve my credit card company. I also sold an an item that I have not received payment for. There is absolutely no way to speak with these people.

      On 6/29, I visited a live auction on the Poshmark app. I accidentally hit "Bid" on the page in which a flyer advertising a flash sale appeared. It was an accident because a) no item was listed for auction, just the flyer and b) my finger accidentally hit the Bid button as I was trying to exit the app. The app then said I won the auction, even though there was no actual item listed on the auction. I was charged a total of $103.45 (the bid, which I accidentally hit the button for, was $88, and Poshmark charged $7.97 shipping and $7.48 in tax.) Poshmark debited my account for the balance I had in the account at the time ($24.25) and charged the balance ($79.20) to my PayPal account.I immediately messaged Poshmark support through the app to indicate I had hit the Bid button in error, and that there wasn't even an item for auction listed, just the flyer announcing a flash sale). I didn't hear back from Poshmark that evening or the next day, so I messaged Poshmark support again, as well as sent a message through the app to the seller, explaining my error in accidentally hitting the Bid button and asking her to cancel the bid. I didn't hear back from either Poshmark or the seller.Yesterday, I received a package in the mail from the seller. It was a copy of the flash sale flyer that was on the screen when I hit the bid button. She sold me a useless flyer for $88. I submitted a claim to Poshmark explaining that I had contacted them twice and didn't hear back from them, and that if they didn't resolve this issue by refunding my money for this sham auction, I would contact the BBB. After doing so, I received a response from the person who sold me the $88 flyer, justifying her sham sale. I have attached screen shots of the discussion, as well as photos of the Poshmark app showing the flash sale flyer that I "won," and photos of the **** package that the flyer was sent to me in, and a photo of the flyer itself.

      On June 26, 2022 I accidentally purchased a pair of earrings from poshmark when I fell asleep and maybe hit the purchase button? I didnt realize it until the next day. I immediately reached out to them and they wouldnt do anything for me about refunding/returning the purchase (3 hr return policy only) I paid over $420 plus shipping and tax totaling $456 for earrings I do not like at all. Written on the paperwork with them, is a card claiming they guarantee their product. This isnt true. When speaking with poshmark about a resolution, they said to get a reputable retailer to assess the value of the earrings and Ive taken to ***** jewelers and no one will give a numerical value to the earrings, Ive been told I wont be able to resell them either. Jewelers dont want anything to do with it. Paperwork says white gold over ***************. There is NO gold. Says diamonds, there are no diamonds ( they are manufactured). Poshmark should refund the price of the fraudulent earrings as it says they guarantee them. This is not the only time Ive purchased items from them that were not as stated. And when you are ripped off its terribly hard to get your money back or the issue resolved. I purchased a coach backpack that was not made by coach, a pair of sterling silver earrings that were just chintzy costume jewelry. It seems they are catering their business ,toward incentivizing thievery, dishonesty, and scammers not genuine sellers. I am genuinely disappointed. The only resolution that I will be satisfied with is a full refund of purchase price, I can return the earrings if necessary at completion.

      Under our Posh Protect Policy, Poshmark will give a full refund if the item does not match the listing description. However, Poshmark has requested that the user provide documentation from a jeweler or reputable appraiser in order for our team to continue investigating this order.       I am rejecting this response because:

      i have been to MANY reputable jewlery appraisers and they will not give me a paper that says it has value. they wont even purchase them for $10.  The earrings were listed with a manufacturers warranty for purchase, not honored. It says clearly on the earrings 925 not gold- it was listed as 18k white gold over silver, diamond .5 carat each and the surrounding gems are cz also not as described. the listing says ******* is the description and they are moissant, this is no where near a diamond and clarification of this is not explained in the description or title. Everything that your description says is fradulent, I am not the one who should have to prove the value of your product! jewlers have told me its not worth anything, and it wasnt what the description says- you are the responsible party for misappropriating the product description and sending paperwork saying its something that its not. 

      Please set up a meeting for me at a local dealer and i will be happy to bring them there. i cant find anyone that will put their name on anything that is supposed to validify its worth.
