    Contacted on behalf of my elderly parents. Owner was Horribly rude over the phone, made an inquiry to have an SSD hard drive data transfered to a USB.Owner stated this was an easy process and can be done with an ordered Amazon device. Explained that my elderly parents aren't computer savvy and wouldn't know where to start. After staring this they responded with "did you understand a word I just said."If it's so easy why not offer the service and take my money???In response was "congratulations you just lost business" and now gained a bad REMOVEDreview for acting un professionally and simply rude.
