    I recently checked my consumer credit report and Ive found fraudulent activity on my credit report. I have no knowledge of (SECURITY CREDIT SERV) and have no dealings with them. I have never received any loan from this agency, and I do not recognize this debt on my report since I never signed any agreement with them.

    I am not liable for this debt with SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE. I do not have a contract with the collection agency. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested. I was unable to file this complaint within a year due to being in emotional distress of an abusive relationship and escaping an abusive relationship by moving out of state. Getting rooted in a new environment with a stable job seemed more important over a year ago than to dispute a debt.

    I am reaching out to report a fraudulent collection account that has appeared on my credit report. I did not open or authorize this account, and it appears to be the result of identity theft.Details of the account:Account Name: ******************** / SmartPay *********** Account Type: ******************** Date Opened: 03/25/2025 Balance: $1,331 I have no knowledge of this account and did not engage in any transactions related to it. I respectfully request that the BBB assist in investigating this matter and help ensure this account is removed from my credit file and any relevant databases.Please provide confirmation once the investigation has been completed and the account has been addressed.

According to **** section 605B it is illegal to report anything on my credit report without my permission PLEASE remove this NEGATIVE item by law you are obligated to reinvestigate this inaccurate account.     I reviewed my credit report and found an account that I did not open and do not recognize. There is a Security Credit Services collection account opened on 11/27/2023 with a balance of $305. I never authorized or applied for this account.This appears to be the result of identity theft. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that any fraudulent information be removed from my credit file.
