    Collection (Equifax)SECCREDIT ***** Reported 11/01/2023 $860.00 I am filing this complaint regarding an inaccurate collection account reported by ************************* on my Equifax credit report, showing a balance of $860.00 as of November 1, 2023. This account has caused undue stress and negatively affected my credit standing, despite my efforts to dispute it. SECCREDIT has not provided any original documentation, such as a signed agreement or account statements, to validate the legitimacy of this alleged debt.Under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), furnishers are legally required to report only accurate, complete, and verifiable information. When a consumer disputes an account, the furnisher must conduct a meaningful reinvestigation and remove or correct any unverifiable information. By continuing to report this collection without proper verification, SECCREDIT is violating my rights under federal law.I am requesting the immediate deletion of this collection from my Equifax credit report unless SECCREDIT can provide verifiable proof of its accuracy. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will escalate it to the **** and *** and pursue all legal remedies available under the **** to protect my consumer rights and hold the furnisher accountable for continued inaccurate reporting.

    I'm reaching out because I'm having an issue with a debt that was reported to my credit by WORLD ACCEPTANCE and now it's in the hands ofSECURITYCRED . I want to make it clear that I do not owe this debt, and I have no contract with SECURITYCRED .Ive asked them several times to send me the original contract, but they havent provided any documentation to prove that I owe anything. This is concerning, as I should have been given the opportunity to review any original agreements they claim I signed, but theyve never sent anything over.Heres the account in question:Account Number: *******High **********************: 336 Opened Date:4/13/2023 I dont know where this debt came from, and Im not sure why its showing up on my credit report. Since I dont have any proof that Im responsible for this, I would like it removed from my credit report and for no further action to be taken against **** hope you can look into this and help me get it cleared up quickly.
