    I recently received communication from SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE attempting to collect an alleged debt.
    I send a letter to SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE to cease and decease all communication immediately with a verification of the alleged debt with the following

    Further More SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE Are attempting to collect an alleged debt where the so called original creditor has falsely represent the character other Violations under 15 USC 1692 e that SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE is implementing it self.

    Furthermore
    SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE unlawfully reported a debt to my consumer report in violation of REGULATION F, New Rule effective November 30, 2021. Cease reporting this debt immediately or face legal action. SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE lack permission to include anything on my credit profile (15 USC 1681b2) and contacting third parties with my personal information is illegal. Your actions amount to Aggravated Identity Theft (18 U.S.C. §1028A), a felony punishable by up to 2 years in prison, in addition to civil liability.

    The continued reporting of this inaccurate information is a clear violation of the Law 15 USC 1681 s-2 of your responsibilities as a furnisher of information.
    SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE have caused me and my family severe harm due to your negligence and inaccurate reporting. Cure and DELETE This is an Erroneous, inaccurate account SECURITY CREDIT SERVICE need to Cure and DELETE this from my Consumer report.
